Chapter 69.
Alisons POV

We come home due to a frantic call from Valerie, she thinks she has an idea as to what is happening and she wants Evan here so they can make a plan. We leave Lorenzo’s pack letting him know we’ll be in touch soon, I get out of the car and head inside as Evan unloads our bags.

I find the twins in my office with Valerie as books and paperwork are tossed around the room, their eyes all snap to me as I step through the door.
“Oh Luna thank goddess you’re back.” Valerie says running over. “Where’s Evan?” She asks looking behind me as the twins continue going through their books.

“He’s bringing our bags in, he’ll be up in a second.” I respond as her hands hold my arms tightly.
“What happened while we we gone?” I ask looking at her frightened expression as fear fills me.
“Nothing bad I just learned a lot, I think I know who my mom is.” She says and my heart drops, I’ve always wanted to know who my parents were, it must be amazing to actually figure it out I think to myself.

Evan walks in as Valerie rush’s to close the door and spills everything she’s found out as my jaws drops and Evan follows suit.
“So let’s get this clear, you’re saying your mother is a century old witch named Griselda. There’s kids stories of her taking wolf pups and we think she worked under a nameless sorcerer?” Evan asks as my head spins I think just as much as his.
“Yes, we also found the same sorcerer in this book of cults. So the twins are looking through it to find more information.” Valerie states as Evan and I take a seat.

“Ok so now we need to find out where she is and what she wants.” Evan says as my body goes cold.
“Is that such a great idea? She hasn’t attacked us yet maybe we should strategize so we’re not going in blind.” I say as Evan nods.
“We still need to find out what she wants. I think you Valerie are the only one who can do that.” He states looking over to her as her face drops.
“Ok, I’ll keep pushing for visions and try to see more.” She finishes as we all agree, the twins will do more research and Valerie will meditate till she connects.

Evan and I stand as their heads turn to us.
“I’m going to go find Salem.” I say turning to Evan before walking out the door to head to the medic centre.

I walk in to see Salem sitting on the front counter colouring as Emily works on charts.
“Alison!” Salem yells climbing down as he runs to me.
“You’re home!” His little arms wrap around me as my smile spreads making me melt as this little boy clings to me and I lift him up.

“How was your trip!” He asks happily as I walk over to Emily.
“It was good we learned a lot, and hopefully now we can start helping people.” I say to him as Emily turns to me finishing her notes.
“Welcome back Luna, it’s good to see you.” She says smiling as I set Salem down.
“How was he?” I ask softly as her smile softens.

“Oh Alison, he is perfect. I love him more then anything else.” She says with tears in her eyes as I hug her tightly.
“Thank you for watching him.” I say with a smile taking Salem’s hand to leave.
“Anytime.” Emily answers kissing my cheek before I leave and she returns to her work.

I bring Salem back to the house and start making spaghetti for dinner as Evan comes in sitting at the table, Salem sneaks his way on to Evans lap as I continue to cook dinner for us.
“How was training while we were gone?” I ask stirring my sauce.
“Good Parker actually has a great system, I’m thinking about putting him in charge of warriors and training.” He says as I nod mixing the pasta in to my sauce.

We all sit down to eat as we make small talk with Salem about our trip, he has so many questions which just makes me laugh at how his little brain works. I sit reading with Salem as Evan cleans up the dishes before we all go upstairs.

I give Salem his pyjamas to put on while I brush my teeth waiting for him to join me, we both finish bed time routine before we hear Evan coming upstairs to tuck Salem in. He walks in with a big smile as Salem jumps in bed pulling his covers up over him.

“Good night buddy.” Evan says kissing him on the forehead as his little arms wrap around him, I say goodnight too as he calls I love you out the door while we turn his light off answering him back.

I step under the hot water to my shower as my muscles go numb and I feel weak, I sit down on the bottom of the tub and let my body relax. Evan opens the door softly as he pulls the curtain back and I smile at him.
“Why are you sitting?” He asks laughing at me as I look up to him.
“I felt weird so I decided to sit.” I say softly focusing on the water hitting my skin.

“Ok, well do you mind if I sit?” He asks and I smile again.
“Sit.” I answer softly as I feel him climb in behind me and he begins rubbing small circles along my back and shoulder blades.
“I’m sorry everything’s been so stressful.” He says softly just above a whisper.
“It’s ok, it’s an adventure.” I say giggling as he pushes his fingers deeper making me moan.

I feel his lips on my skin as the shocking little sparks start, he kisses along me and I moan in response.
“Do you want to get out?” He asks softly as I nod and he stands pulling me up with him. He turns the water off wrapping me in a towel before carrying me to our room.

He gently place’s me on the bed laying on my stomach as his hands rub along my body making me quiver and moan. His strong hands moving across my skin pressing my pain away as I’m in solid bliss, he kisses down my back as his hands find my warmth and I gasp. His fingers move around inside me making my body twitch to him as he groans.
“Fuck you’re so wet.” He says making me wetter and I feel myself already close, then suddenly he stops.

His hands firmly on my hips he pulls my ass up as he runs his head along my opening, I gasp wanting more, he pushes harder in to me and I flinch. My body aches for him, forcing himself deeper with each thrust making me cry out. I feel him so much more like this and I love it, my moans grow louder as his hand firmly comes down on my ass making me scream.
“Fuck I love the way you feel.” He whispers as I push back in to him and he groans in response.

His hand wraps around my waist as he pulls me on to him harder and I feel tears begin to fall down my face, taking every inch further and further until my body busts around him. He finish’s holding me to him as he flexes inside me and we unite as one.

We lay in bed together embracing one another as we fall in to dark bliss meeting each other in our dreams. My favourite part of going to bed is seeing Quinn, he’s always in my dreams with me which is oddly comforting.
