Chapter 105

Amanda’s POV
**“Is anything happening yet?**” I ask Claudia. **“Not yet. I’m starting to get anxious”** she tells me. **“That makes two of us”** I huff, sitting down on the ground in her mind.
*“They’re coming. Sound an alarm”* Oliver says through a mind link. **“Here we go”** Claudia says to me and I come to the centre of her mind, to see what is happening.
“Oliver; it’s time you stand down as King” I hear Callum call out over the crowd in front of us. “No; you need to leave here or you will be prosecuted for your crimes” Oliver tells him, bluntly as a few growls come over the pack.
“I have committed no crime; you have kidnapped two of Michael’s pack members. You are the one to commit a crime. Give us Dianna and Crystal and we will leave peacefully” Callum shouts.
“You are mistaken; both women have asked for refuge. They will remain here for as long as they choose” Oliver tells him. We can hear shots being fired from the Sapphire Moon territory.
**“Michael is whispering something in Callum’s ear”** Claudia says to me. “I can see you, Claudia; how is my little white wolf? you will be mine, just like your mother” Michael snarls and Danny, Mumma wolf and Pappa wolf starts growling, next to us. “I am not yours” Mumma Wolf spits at him. “If you want my wolf; you have to find who has her first” Claudia calls out, smirking at him.
**“Mandy; head to Oliver. Seb is going with you”** Simon whispers as I leave Claudia’s mind into Oliver’s. **“What’s happening?”** I ask him. **“You ready to shift? Michael just screamed he knows Claudia has you because he saw you when she was 16. She spat back; wolves are not all they seem to be”** he tells me. **“I’m here too; Let’s do this”** Sebastian says and I come forward in Oliver’s mind as we shift.
I start running back towards the castle; “GET HER” Michael screams. **“Is there anyone chasing us?”** Oliver asks. **“Sure is, a wolf; don’t know who he is… Round and round the cobbler's bench, the monkey chased the weasel, the monkey thought 'twas all in fun…” “Are you singing?”** Oliver asks. **“NOW”** Sebastian shouts and I twist my body to leap on the wolf following me; instantly I retreat into Oliver’s mind and Sebastian shifts, mauling the potential capturer. **“Pop goes the weasel.”**
*“Mandy; head to Jade. Kingsley; head with her; Bea come to Claudia”* Simon mind links.
**“Hello Baby Wolf”** Kingsley says, coming into Mumma Wolf’s mind. **“Ready Mumma Wolf”** I tell her, shifting. I run towards the packhouse. “Wait, tread carefully” Callum says, taking a few steps backward. “Scared to attack?” Pappa wolf yells.
A leopard shifts and runs towards him. **“Amanda, get to him”** Kingsley yells. I race toward the leopard, leaping as Kingsley and I switch places, as Pappa Wolf shifts into Jesse. Both Jesse and Kingsley play tug of war with the leopard.
“You must have better fighters than that; or did you send them all to the Sapphire Moon Pack? Hang on; they are going down like flies from the gunfire; including Josiah I believe” Danny chuckles and Penelope turns on her heels running over to the Sapphire Moon territory.
*“Mandy head to Chelsea. Carter will join you”* Simon tells me through mind link.
I shift as soon as I get to Chelsea; Carter is already there. I can see a few lions and wolves’ unconscious on the ground. **“What happened to them?”** I ask Chelsea and Carter; **“Tim shot them with tranquillisers”** Chelsea giggles.
**“Someone’s chasing us”** Carter says; **“Verse 2; a penny for a spool of thread, a penny for a needle, that's the way the money goes.”** I leap and Carter comes forward; **“Pop goes the weasel”** I snicker as Carter mauls the would-be attacker.
I smell Brenda coming up behind me; “over to Matthew; Zephron is with him” she whispers to me, as I hear Tim shoot a few wolves heading towards Carter, before leaving Chelsea.
**“Hey beautiful”** Zephron says to me. **“Don’t let Jesse hear you; he is the jealous type”** I snicker as I shift. **“Mandy; I want you to head towards Penelope. Apparently, she has a score to settle with me; I’m at a loss at what it could be. Zeph is going to show her not to pick a fight she can’t win, but we want her to shift so Tim can dart her”** Matthew says to me. **“Tim knocked out Josiah? She started coming here when she was told he was shot”** I respond and prance my way toward Penelope at the back of the fight and leap towards her as Zephron and myself switch places.
Penelope shifts and I hear Tim shoot the dart **“Bullseye”** Matthew yells and Penelope’s panther hits the ground.
“Head back to Simon” Brenda calls **“Bye beautiful”** Zephron says and I roll my eyes at him, before going to Simon.
**“Where to next?”** I ask Simon as I hear a few shots fired from Rick’s gun. “Where the fuck, is that coming from?” I hear Michael scream. **“Sariah and Leon are throwing everyone left, right and centre with fire balls. Wolves and other shifters can’t get near them. I think you should go see Phyliss”** he tells me and I leave him.
**“Ready for a run with a white wolf?”** I say in Phyliss’ mind. **“Shit, Mandy. You startled me. Let’s get out of the way so you and Gerty can switch”** Phyliss says as her tigress barrels over a few wolves that are down for the count. **“Penelope is captured, by the way; Tim just darted her ass”** I tell Phyliss as Gertrude and myself change places.
“Over there” I hear someone call out; shifting and coming towards me. **“Keep running, Parker and myself a swapping”** Gertrude says, before leaving and Parker comes into Phyliss’ mind. **“I’m here to do some damage”** Parker says as I jump and we shift places.
Parker takes off, ripping and clawing as he goes. **“I think I am getting motion sickness with your speed”** I giggle and head back to Simon.
“Are you done with your games?” Callum calls out from behind the fight. “Not yet” Oliver says, moving forward; the two vampires stare at each other. “You want my kingdom; you come and get it from me” he adds and I draw in a breath.
**“Don’t worry, Mandy. We have this part all planned out”** Simon says as I look on through his eyes as Callum comes charging toward Oliver, who dodges out of the way, ripping through his shoulder. Was he faster than he normally is?
Callum charges him again as everyone stops to look at the two vampires. Oliver dodges again, clawing at his side. Yes, he is definitely faster. How can… **“Parker is with him”** I say to myself and Simon smiles at me **“and Sebastian is with Jason”**.
“Why don’t you fight? I can keep going all night if I have to” Callum spits as Oliver dodges him again. “I know; so, can I” Oliver chuckles, dodging another fist and planting a punch into Callum’s stomach. “I have him, boss” Another vampire comes up behind Oliver, who shifts into Parker, ripping the vampires head off his shoulders and shifts back.
“Is Nesbeth really worth all of this?” Oliver laughs to Callum’s shocked expression. Callum composes himself and charges towards Oliver again, “My queen will protect me” he spits as Oliver dodges him again.
*“Oliver, Michael used your fight with Callum as a diversion. He’s heading for the bunker”* Danny mind links Simon, Oliver and Pappa Wolf.
“Enough. Nesbeth is dead; you will be with her and Danny will have his vengeance for your part in the wrongful killing of two innocent lives you identified as Lucas and Joseph” Oliver snaps and Callum lets out a low grumble.
**“Third verse; a half a pound of tuppeny rice, a half a pound of treacle. Mix it up and make it nice,” “what are you singing?”** Simon asks me, as Sebastian throws a panther out of the way. **“Wait for it…”** I snicker.
Oliver shifts into Parker and runs full speed towards Callum, who is trying to run away from him. Parker leaps onto Callum’s back, pushing him to the ground and clawing through his flesh. Oliver shifts back, grabbing Callum’s heart through his chest and pulls it from his body. **“Pop! Goes the weasel”** I giggle as every person, came to fight, starts retreating towards the Silver Pride territory.
*“Stop them from getting away”* Simon mind links everyone. **“You need to get to Claudia”** he says to me.
*“Let’s get Michael”* Oliver screams through mind link as I get back to Claudia.
