82. Prision

Lilith

My eyes felt heavy as I opened them. This wasn’t my bed. Where was I? What had happened. I was on my way downstairs to get food for myself. I woke up after Eric and I had fucked for a few hours. I made it to the kitchen only to forget what happened after that. I looked around the room. It was cement walls; the place was not cold or anything but if I had to guess it was a freezer or something. I looked around for anything, I realized based on the door this couldn’t be a freezer there was a vent in the celling.

It looked to be tiny, I looked around trying to find something to get up there but there was only a small thin mattress and a blanket and pillow in the room. I needed to see who captured me. Kali was quite at the moment in my mind. Probably because she was thinking about all of this. I felt her there, so I knew she was okay. But I would let her think. I began banging on the door. Yelling “I have to go to the bathroom.” A small slot in the door opened. This was the equivalate of a mail slot.

“What are you wailing about?” The man said. I could see his brown eyes and bushy black eyebrows. “I have to go to the bathroom.” He closed the slot. The door opened I went to charge it, but I was knocked over unexpectedly by an electric charge to my gut. Did he just use a cattle prod. A backet was tossed into the room. The door shut quickly. I looked at the orange Home Depot bucket. I saw the metal wire handle and smiled. Weapon maybe, if I could get it off. I picked up the bucket and looked around for cameras was I being watched. I wondered if I could reach the vent if I stood on top of the bucket. I sat it down and went to get on when I heard the door and got off and flipped the thing over.

The door opened all the way and there stood Bowie. He had red in his eyes, he was on blood. I could feel Kali in my head she was scared. We had hardly made it out last time. “You don’t need to worry Lilith I took you for your protection, I am not here to hurt you.” I didn’t believe him. “Rob was going to take you; he wants to make you his wife you know?” I nodded I did know that. “Well, that is fucked up, disgusting really, you know he had this plan since you shifted when you were a fucking kid, it is real sick shit.” He was not wrong.

“Anyways I brought you here, Rob won’t find you. For how he claims to be a criminal mastermind he is really stupid.” I stared at him waiting for him to give away more information, but he just looked at me. I was in a large shirt that was more like a dress. I had picked up Eric’s off the floor when I went to get food downstairs last night. “I should bring you some clothes that are better, I don’t like you wearing another man's clothes.” Bowie said.

I told myself to stay calm. “You know I expected you to be fighting me right now, have we lost our spark sweetheart?” No, I hadn’t I was being smart. Rob was an asshole, but he was not stupid, and he had made sure I was not either. I think he already knew what Bowie was up to he had just not made a move yet. Bowie was the stupid one. “Back on blood I see” Bowie smiled wickedly. “Yes well” I rolled my eyes. I didn’t fucking care why he was on it again.

Speaking of blood, I have missed yours very much.” My stomach turned. No, no, no, I didn’t want to be bitten. “NO, you are never going to fucking bite me again you fucking leech.” Bowie laughed, that is the girl I remember. Now stop acting like a child and come here I want a taste.” Kali was fearful, not much scarred her but after what happened last time, she had a fear of Bowie, and I couldn’t blame her. He had almost killed us. “Lilith I am not all hyped up I am not going to rip you open now come here.” I snarled. “No fucking way in hell.” He began marching toward me and I moved away.

He grabbed me and I kicked him in the chest and punched. He was fast I only got a few hits in while he tried to wrangle me, but it was no use. He had to have been on blood since I last saw him to be this strong, it probably didn’t help Kali was hiding in my mind. He bit my wrist, and my other hand came up and hit him hard in the back of the neck. He pushed his mouth deeper into my wrist. He pulled away eventually. He was right he had more control he didn’t eat as much as he had in the past when he bit me. “I also learned to make it enjoyable if you let me, I can do that for you, in the future.” Bowie said pulling out a handkerchief to wipe his mouth.

What the fuck, when did he start carrying that around? “Fuck off Bowie I have shit I need to think on, and it is not fucking you.” I said and he laughed. “Lilith that vent you are thinking about using is sealed, so don’t even fucking bother. No one is coming for you; your mate is going to go to Rob and probably kill him and he will know nothing. Or Rob will kill him, and you won’t be mated to him anymore. Either way he won’t find me or you. Especially when I have humans working for me, they won’t be sniffed out in a city this large. You need to come around to the fact you are mine, you have been for a long time and now I have you. If you let me, I can make this enjoyable for you. In time I may even trust you and let you out. But for now, you are going to stay here. I will visit you again soon.” I screamed. As he left.

“Kali what the fuck are we going to do?” I asked my wolf. “You and I are going to kill him or die trying I am not going to let ether of us be a blood bag for that fucker, and if he tries to rape us, it is worth dying for.” I sighed. Though I didn’t plan on dying. I sat there and thought. What had Rob told him, he was smart, he wouldn’t have told him much. He would have to told him just enough. If we were in the city like Bowie eluded to then if Eric came here I could mind link him. But he still wouldn’t be able to find me, fucking hell this was a shit. I didn’t care what Bowie said. I had to try the vent.

I stood on the bucket and was still too short to reach the vent. I jumped and my tiny fingers slipped into the little holes and the thing fell from my wait and I crashed down falling on the bucket and the cement floor. My side was burning. I looked up and there was cement in the vent. Fuck!!!!! He had been right. I groaned at the pain from the fall.

I looked at the metal vent though. It had edges. A weapon, and I smiled. “We are getting out of here Kali” I told my wolf. She didn’t respond. I needed to get out somewhat fast, Kali wouldn’t do well being confined her mind was in need of constant stimulation. Rob wouldn’t have told Bowie that. Rob would never tell anyone about the shit I had to do to keep Kali managed. Everyone at the gym just thought I liked working for Rob and crime was my thing. “You can break any lock Lilith” Kali said she was right; I was a master thief. I went to the door and tried to see if there was something to unlock, nothing was there though. The slot wasn’t even something I could open from the inside. I sat there for hours not knowing what to do, I tried to think of a plan, I tried to mind link Erick, Noel, Roxie anyone, but no one answered.

I began doing pushups, I couldn’t afford to be out of shape, not now. I went through a whole routine. I didn’t know how I had been here. There were no windows. I even shifted at one point to let Kali out but there was not enough room for her to run at all she could only do circles like she was chasing her tail. The lights shut off. “Kali, could I use the bulbs as a weapon?” I asked her. “Probably but I wouldn’t they would never replace them, and we would be in only darkness.” I nodded. I tried to sleep but couldn’t. The slot opened and a protein bar fell in as well as a water bottle. A man said. “You will push your bucket to the door and step to the far side. We will replace it.”

This was it time to escape. So stupid, I was ready to be shocked I knew they had a cattle prod, I could handle that, now that I knew it would be coming. I didn’t do as they said when the door opened, I used the vent and clocked the guy in the side of the head, blood dripped down and I felt a sharp burn in my side. The cattle prod, there was two guys. I grabbed hold of the pole shocking me and ripped it from his hand. I maneuvered my way out of the small, confined room. The man was running away, and I could see a phone in his hand. I through the prod like a javelin hitting him in the back and knocking the massive man down. I bent down and broke his neck and picked up the phone.

What was Eric’s number. I had no idea I had it saved in my phone. Suddenly I heard and alarm blasting red lights were flashing. I looked back to see the man I had made bleed hit a massive red button on the side of the open doorway. Fuck, and alarm. “Run” I told myself. I didn’t think I shifted. Kali was vicious and could kill easily. People rushed into the open hallway. I watched through Kali’s eyes. There were bars on both ends of the hallway. This was a prison. We were in a prison. There were no prisons in the city. Where are we? The man lined both bared exits they had riot gear on them.

Kali didn’t care and started to rip at them. Suddenly I saw a blur from her eyes. All the men hitting her with batons dropped and the one she held in her mouth like a chew toy was ripped from her jaws and blood spread. Fuck, no, no, no. I thought. I stared through Kali’s eyes and Bowie stood in front of my wolf, blood coating his mouth, chin, and cheeks. He had killed everyone. “Kali get back to our cell now.” I commanded my wolf, but she didn’t listen she growled at him showing her teeth. Was this where she was going to make her stand, escape or die. I tried to control her, but she was already shifted, and I couldn’t stop her.
