Chapter 16

Aurora's POV
After my thesis exam yesterday I felt very relieved because I had graduated. If I think about it I don't need to go to campus and meet toxic people. I can still be at home comfortably while eating the food I want. I just need to fix my thesis until I can print it and graduate next month. Ah, I can't wait for that.
While I was revising my thesis manuscript I heard my cell phone ring. Apparently, it was Dante who called me. He said he wanted to come home to bring food for me. I also only imagined peanut cake. With a savory and crunchy taste, I think the cake is the right choice to accompany me working on my thesis.
Not long after, Dante came home, but I saw he was carrying a lot of luggage. "This is your cake order."
I opened one by one the cakes he brought; there was a peanut-flavored sponge cake, there was a dry peanut cake, there was a peanut pancake, and many other choices. "Why did you bring so many? I only asked for this peanut cake."
I showed him a jar that I wanted peanut cookies instead of bread or pancakes. There were about eight kinds of cookies there and all were peanut flavored. Oh my.
“Well, I didn’t know which one you liked so I bought them all.” Dante then sat down, and apparently, he was tired.
I wanted to laugh at him. He was so funny. I said peanut cookies he bought with eight kinds of peanut-flavored cookies. But I appreciated his effort to bring my favorite cookies. “I think I only like this peanut cookie and I will give it to the servant later so that other employees can eat it.”
“It’s up to you.”
Dante went to his room, maybe he would clean himself. I think it’s not bad to be a wife. I have also prepared his clothes in the room in case he wants to wear them. I don’t know his taste so at least I’m still learning to get to know Dante better.
I ate the peanut cookies that Dante bought and hm they tasted delicious. By the way, I was curious about the seven variants of cookies that he hadn’t tasted earlier. So I tasted them all by cutting them and putting them on a plate. I couldn’t believe he brought eight variants of peanut cookies. Are these all the peanut cake variants in the shop that he bought? This is really funny.
After I tasted these peanut cakes, they all tasted delicious. I even finished them all. I became addicted and would be curious if Dante would buy all these cakes. I approached him in his room. I saw him busy in front of his laptop again. Wow, he was very busy. Even when he was home, he still had to work.
"What's wrong?" He realized my arrival and I just kept quiet.
"I've tasted all the cakes you bought earlier and they all tasted good. Where are you yet?" Maybe my question was unimportant but I was curious. I had read about the shop earlier on the bread box but I still didn't know it.
"I'll take you there tomorrow."
I smiled. "Thank you."
I closed the door again. I knew he was busy so I didn't want to bother him. I also had to finish my thesis manuscript according to the instructions from my supervisor yesterday. Because I have to print my thesis manuscript in two weeks after that I can register myself to attend the graduation next month.

The next day I have several schedules. First, I have to go to campus to meet my thesis supervisor; second, I have to go to the hospital to check on my pregnancy; third, I have to go to the bakery and cake shop that Dante mentioned.
I wear a soft pink dress so that I look fresher. "I can go to campus myself. Besides, it will be a long time there and then I can go straight to the hospital after that."
"I'll take you until you come home again," said Dante while wearing a suit like he was going to the office.
"But you have to go to the office? I also want to go around the campus for a while while waiting for the time to go to the hospital." I don't want Dante to just take me. I understand that he is a very busy person.
"I'll still take you, Aurora. Are you ready? If so, let's go!”
I don't think I need to fight anymore, it will be useless. Besides, if I'm on campus and meet Robert or Laura, there will be Dante who will guard me.
When I arrived on campus, I went straight to the lecturer's room. Dante was waiting in front and I saw everyone bowing their heads when they saw Dante. Maybe he is very influential on my campus. I met my lecturer and he said that my manuscript was good and could be printed immediately. I had also worked hard for it. I then left the lecturer's room and Dante was still standing there.
"I'm done," I said.
"You said you wanted to go around campus. Where else do you want to go?" Dante asked. He really wanted to accompany me on campus.
"I want to go to the canteen. I've wanted to buy food that I like for a long time."
"Remember you are pregnant so you shouldn't eat food that is unhealthy for you and the fetus in your womb."
I nodded. Besides, I also just wanted chicken noodles at my campus canteen. But is it possible that he would want to sit there too? He is a high-class person.
“Aurora!”
I turned my head when my name was called. I saw Robert. “What’s wrong?”
