Chapter 91
Aurora's POV
Dante smiled weakly, but there was a new spirit visible on his face. "Thank you, Aurora. Your presence makes me feel stronger. I will do my best," he replied, embracing me briefly before we stepped out.
The day was bright, and with the children by my side, we dropped Dante off in front of the house. Roline, Ronald, and Roland looked very excited. Cherry, even though she was still small, seemed to be paying attention to her father and followed our every step.
“Daddy, stay strong! We’ll wait for you at home to tell you all the exciting stories!” Roline exclaimed while waving her hand.
“I’ll be home soon and tell you lots of stories about today!” Dante replied, looking more confident.
As he got into the car, I gave him a big, enthusiastic smile. As the car started to move, we all waved, confident that he would be able to get through whatever came his way. In my heart, I prayed that his first day back would go well.
After Dante left, the kids and I went back inside the house. Today was an opportunity for us to get back into our routine. We wanted to make sure that despite the challenges outside, we remained united and happy inside the house.
The kids ran around, joked around, and played. I tried to create a cheerful atmosphere in our house. We did fun activities — drawing, playing games, and preparing food together. This way, even though Dante was busy working, we could still feel close and supportive of each other.
Every laugh, every smile, and every moment we share together reminds us that we are a strong family. And even though there are obstacles along the way, our love and support for each other are what will help us overcome them.
Today is the first step for Dante to get back into his routine, and I am confident that with our support, he will be able to overcome any challenges that lie ahead. And I am determined to always be there for him, no matter what.
“Mom, when are we going back to school?” Roland asked, looking very excited to go back to school. They have not been to school for a long time due to circumstances that have taken up my family’s attention.
“When the time comes, Mommy will take you guys back to school, honey,” I replied, giving him a big smile to motivate his enthusiasm.
Seeing them so excited to go back to school makes me happy. Education is the key to the future, and I hope they can have a better life than I ever had. I want to give them all the support they need to pursue their dreams, whatever they may be.
As a mother, I want to make sure that they have the opportunity to learn, grow, and find their passion. Whether it’s becoming a doctor, an artist, an engineer, or whatever they dream of. What’s important to me is that they know that I will always be there to support them, guide them in the right direction, and give them encouragement when they need it.
“Every dream is important, and you can achieve anything you want if you work hard and believe in yourself,” I said again, hoping that my words could instill enthusiasm in them.
“Yes, mom! We want to learn a lot of new things!” Roline exclaimed enthusiastically. Their laughter brightened up the room, giving me a warm feeling in my heart. Seeing the children so enthusiastic made me feel proud and happy.
“Okay, so let’s start with something fun. What do you want to learn today?” I asked, trying to make the learning atmosphere more cheerful. Roland and Ronald exchanged glances while thinking hard.
“I want to learn to draw!” Ronald replied.
“I want to be able to read short stories!” Roline added enthusiastically.
Meanwhile, Cherry who was sitting next to Roline cheerfully nodded in agreement, seemingly wanting to continue the joy. Seeing their enthusiasm, I immediately took the initiative to provide some drawing books and stationery so they could start drawing.
“How about we start drawing your favorite cartoon characters?” I suggested. Feeling inspired, I immediately took out paper and pencils, enthusiastically handing them out to them.
After handing out the drawing tools, I began to show them how to draw simple characters. In no time, laughter and happy voices filled the room as they created with their imaginations. One by one, they showed me their creations, and I couldn’t help but smile seeing how proud they were of the drawings they had made.
“Look, Mom! This is my favorite superhero character!” Roland said proudly.
“Wow, that’s so cool, Roland!” I replied, giving my sincere compliment.
Meanwhile, Roline showed me a beautiful princess drawing, “This is me! I’m a princess on an adventure!” she said cheerfully.
I really liked how they were able to express themselves and support each other. Little moments like these add color to our life at home, creating a closer bond between us.
Every time we share learning time together, I feel more and more convinced that love and support in a family are the most valuable things. With their enthusiasm and desire to learn, I know that the children will grow into great individuals. And as a mother, I will always be there to give them the encouragement and guidance they need.
Soon after, I decided to do activities with them at home so that they can continue learning in a fun way. We can draw, read books, or play educational games that can stimulate their imagination and creativity.
These days may not be able to replace formal school, but by creating a positive learning environment at home, I hope to help them grow well. We will go through this phase together, and I will continue to try to give the best for them.
As we sit together, joke around, and learn, I feel lucky to have them. Every precious moment we go through together will shape their better future and awaken deep love in our family. Thanks to this togetherness, I am sure that we will continue to encourage each other, taking every step towards a bright future.
