Chapter 96
Aurora's POV
One night, as we were relaxing after dinner, Roline said, “Mom, Dad, I want to be like you when I grow up! You’re always together and supportive of each other.”
Her words warmed both of our hearts. “You can do it, honey. We want you to grow up to be good and strong people. The most important thing is to love and support each other, like we always have,” I replied lovingly.
Our children are everything. We will always strive to give them the best. And even though there are tough times, we believe that with love and hard work, we can create a happy and meaningful life.
Over time, I have come to realize that happiness doesn’t always come without struggle. We have to be willing to fight for it. We have to remember and embrace the love and togetherness that is in our family. Every test we face only strengthens us, brings us closer, and teaches us the true meaning of love and resilience.
Here we were, standing together in gratitude and hope, ready to face the future with enthusiasm. We were family, and nothing could tear us apart—especially when love and teamwork were at the heart of our existence.

A week later, I was invited by Dante to come to his company. At first, I didn’t know what to expect, but I decided to dress up, hoping to face whatever came my way with confidence. When I arrived at the company building, the atmosphere felt different—it seemed more lively and energetic.
As I stepped inside, I could feel the excitement surrounding the room even more. Without thinking, I followed the crowd to the presentation room, where I saw many of Dante’s colleagues and several important people in attendance.
When I found a seat, I saw Dante standing in front of me, ready to speak. My heart beat faster as I saw the smile on his face, but I also felt a little anxious. What was happening? Why did this atmosphere feel so special?
Finally, Dante’s father entered the room, and everyone stood up to greet him. In a serious tone, he began to talk about the challenges the company was facing and how they would affect everyone. I wondered if this was related to the corruption issue that had occurred earlier?
When his father finally turned to his son, I felt the tension. “Today, I would like to recognize my son, Dante. He has shown incredible resilience and leadership in the face of the challenges facing the company. Through his ability to solve problems and maintain integrity, I am proud to inaugurate Dante as the new President Director of the company.”
Those words struck a chord in my heart. The shock and pride were hard to describe. I had not expected Dante to pass the test so well. He stood out among everyone with such confidence, and when I saw the smile on his face, I was instantly moved.
As the awards ceremony continued, I felt tears of joy welling up in the corners of my eyes. Not only for his accomplishment, but also for the reminder of how hard he had worked so hard. All his months of hard work and effort had paid off.
After the ceremony, I walked over to him. He was still surrounded by his colleagues, but when he saw me, his smile grew even wider. “Aurora, I can't believe you are here!” he exclaimed, then hugged me tightly.
“Congratulations, darling! I'm so proud of you!” I answered, my voice shaking with emotion. “I didn't expect you to go through everything so well. You are extraordinary!"
Dante explained, “All of this is not only because of me, but also thanks to your support. You are always by my side, and that gives me the strength to handle all these problems.”
On the one hand, a feeling of happiness and gratitude flows through me. Seeing him embrace his new role with such enthusiasm makes me feel optimistic about our family's future. We have been through a lot together, and now, we can enjoy the results of the struggles we have made.
As we talked, the atmosphere around us became more and more lively. Colleagues and family joined in congratulating Dante. Our children also arrived at the event with cheerful faces. They ran to their father and circled his feet, full of joy.
"Daddy, congratulations on your new position!" Roline exclaimed, a big smile on her face. Ronald and Roland also shouted, "We are proud of you, Dad!"
This atmosphere of love and happiness brought warmth to my heart. Seeing Dante surrounded by his children and feeling the pride they felt, I knew that all the hard work we had put in had finally paid off.
After a few moments of celebration, we took a group photo as a keepsake. In that moment, I felt touched and grateful for all that we had accomplished. We are a supportive family, and togetherness is our most precious treasure.
Amidst the noise of the party, Dante and I looked into each other’s eyes. “We have been through this together. Let’s continue to love and support each other to face every challenge,” I said with conviction.
“Of course,” he replied. “After all, you are the foundation of my life. We will build a better future, together.”
The day ended in a celebratory mood. We took group photos, shared laughs, and celebrated an achievement that meant so much to us. And together with the children we love, we have stepped into a brighter future, building hope and happiness with every step we take.
After the celebration, we returned home with full hearts. We knew that the journey was long, but at that moment, we were more prepared than ever. Dante’s success was not just about his new job, but also about the strengthening of our bond, which had learned to hold each other and support each other.
When we arrived home, we sat together in the living room and planned our next steps. The children were beaming with happiness, and our passion for living life with love grew stronger.
That night, filled with gratitude and happiness, we resolved to continue creating beautiful moments in life. We would overcome every challenge and celebrate every success—always together, as an inseparable family.
