I woke up to another beautiful day to bully the triplet and also to make Mabel's life miserable as hell.

For the past week I made Mabel handle things in the kitchen but most times when it's dinner, I prefer Jett cooking because he is the best cook.

I haven't heard from Dave for some time now, I guess he is very busy but he promised he will come to Dranovile to see me and when he does, I will finally leave the triplet home to his apartment.

I trust my father is doing well as well, I really have nothing bringing me home for now, I need to make sure I find grandma, only she can tell me what truly happened and who killed my mother.

But sometimes I wonder, what if the killer killed her before I get to her? No way, she has gotten this far when it comes to survival, there is no way such a thing can happen now, she will survive it and stay alive to meet me.

By the way, what happy to Jett's mother? She left with no happiness on her face, and her sons look like they are still fighting with her but it is none of my business, I must say but still, I am very much concerned.

Mabel opened my room door with a cup of coffee and I looked at her with hatred, “Did I ask you to come in?”

“I am sorry, I wanted to serve you coffee.” She said looking down.

“Cup of coffee you say, did I request for one?”


“I am also sorry, I just felt like giving you a cup of coffee, that's all.” She said without looking directly into my eyes.

“Did you poison it?” I questioned her immediately and she went on her knees, “No, Queen Mariam, I can never poison the queen, my life will be doomed if I ever try it.”

“Really? Then why the niceness all of a sudden? Do you take me to be a fool or what? Mabel I know won't do such a kind thing except you have something you are planning.” I replied still trying to read her.

“My Queen, I have been serving you meals for almost a week, if I am evil, I could have poisoned it but I did not, this is to show you, I have changed.”

I know what she is saying is right, but why do I feel she is lying to me, looking at her eyes alone, I could tell she is not scared of me and she is just putting up an act to make me believe her, there is just one thing I would do, I will try her and see if my instincts are correct and if they are, I will stop her from attending to me and lock her up immediately.

“If it's not poisoned,then drink it,” I commanded her and she took it slowly and finished the cup of coffee.
“See, nothing happened to me.”

“The effect doesn't come immediately, we have to wait a little, so I will know if it's poisoned or not.” I walk close to her and lifted her head looking deep into her eyes, “I know you resent me so much, you have been like this even before I was out of the picture, you never liked me for once, and now I always considered you a friend back then but now, I decided to hate you completely for being a bitch.” I tapped her face and she looked at me saying, “I am loyal to you.”

“Clara, what do you think? I feel something is wrong with her, why is she so loyal all of a sudden?” I inquired from my wolf form and she said, “If you don't trust her, then stop her from accessing anything you eat, with that, you will be at rest.”

“You are right but I am not yet done with her, I need to make her go through several pains.”

“Suit yourself, I will assume your grandma and school are the main reasons you are in Dranovile, after which, I don't see any other,” she replied.

“Okay fine, I have heard you.”

“When are we going to train and run? We haven't done this for a long time.” Clara said to me and I don't feel like doing that now, I am trained enough already.

“Clara, we are good to go okay, there is no need for more training, and as for running, I know you wish to take over but don't worry, give me some time, I promise, we will run with the triplets in the woods.”

“Okay, no problem, you better keep your word or I will end up troubling you.”

Can't believe my wolf form will be this stubborn anyway, I love her, because she is the best companion I have ever had since I was born.

The only best friend I have then for a true lover, I would say Dave is the best following Elena and Cindy as well.

My father is also the best as well then for the triplet, in the past they were cruel but now they are much better than before so I guess things are working out perfectly, no need to fight anything, and we are now at peace fully so I get to be happy.

“Guess it was not poisoned after all, you may now leave,” I ordered her, and she walked out immediately.

I quickly had my bath and wore my dress to get ready for class as usual and met with my friend on the way.

I don't know why I am having a bad feeling for today, it's just like I should not even step out of my house today.

Maybe I should not call the triplet to take me home after school today, I will make use of a taxi instead.

“Mariam, I have a bad feeling concerning you, you have to be very much careful.” Cindy said to me and I smiled saying, “I am, I guess we both feel odd about today but don't worry, we will go clubbing tonight.” I said to her.

“Clubbing, since when do you like clubbing? Wow, there are so many things I really need to know about you girl.” She said with a beautiful smile.

“I guess you have to get a big note and a pen to write down so many things about me that you don't even know very soon.” We laughed about it.

“So what club are we going to?” She questioned.

“I heard there is a new club in town, what if we go there, it's down the road after the shopping mall.” I opened my phone and searched for it immediately and it popped up.

“You mean the Rockies Club? Damn, I heard it's crazy in there, the fun there can't simply be put into words.” She said in over excitement.

“That's the place we will be going today.”

“What time and where should we meet?”

“Let's make it 8 pm, I will send Axel to come over to your home and pick you up, what do you think?”

“The queen has spoken, so jokingly the triplet is like your errand boys.”

“That's exactly what power can make one do and also you are going to meet some hot guys there, I bet you, you might end up finding your soul mate there.”

“Oh spare me that, soul mate my foot, I doubt if I will ever get one at all, and lastly, almost all guys are cheaters.”

“Well, Dave is not a cheater so you are right, not all guys.”

She hugged me and I noticed she started behaving awkwardly immediately like she saw something.

“What is it?”

“No, it can't be, I saw you in a pool of your blood, you still have an enemy, what if we club another day?” she said in a frightened tone.

“Oh come on, no one can harm me, the triplet will be with us at the club so there is nothing to be scared of and as I said, I will be extra careful as well.”

“Please do, I will also have to meet my sister and tell her what I saw, we will meet as planned later today,” she said and I nodded.

I stopped a taxi and gave him the triplet house address and I brought out my phone to play with time a little, I laughed so loud watching a video that was so funny, I had to place it on repeat, gosh this content is so funny I must say.

It wasn't up to a minute, a car came from nowhere at a high speed and hit my car and it was a terrible accident, it was like the whole place was a bit dark.

I struggled to step out of the car, feeling pains all over and seeing my blood, I tried to trigger my healing but failed, what is happening?

The car that purposely hit the taxi I entered parked like the owner of the road and stepped down to approach me, it turned out to be Mabel.

I knew it, I am going to finish her now, “You bitch, you dare mess up with me?”

“You are powerless now because I fed you with what could weaken your power, I am the most powerful here.”

Damn it, she is right, why didn't I find out earlier, am I going to die today?

I tried so hard but she landed a heavy blow on my stomach and slapped me hard on my face, then she grabbed my hair, and I cried out in pain.

She brought out her long claws and circled them around my heart region saying, “I am going to reap your heart now and you are done for.” I closed my eyes expecting death.
