“I got this for you.” Jett gave me a phone which was really shocking, my jaw dropped.
“Don't be too excited, fat cheek, I didn't get you a phone because I like you.” He said, and I wondered what the exact reason could be then?
“I got it for you, so we can always communicate with you when we want to remember you are ours.” He added, and he was right, but will their lovers be staying here or what?
I really hoped their parents could help me when they came home last year, but guess what, throughout their stay, they were always busy and never had the time to listen to me or take note of their son treating me like trash.
“Go to your room now.” Axel yelled, and I nodded, thanking Jett before heading to my room.
I overheard them say,“Tell the boys to always keep an eye on Mariam just In case she tries to escape.” Axel said, and they all agreed, which means, no matter how hard I try to escape, it will never work out for me so escaping is so out of the plan.
I unboxed my phone and was shocked everything was fixed inside already. I felt so happy having a phone now, how I missed it so much.
I will get Cindy and Dave's numbers tomorrow, so I can start calling and chatting with them.
I appreciate Jett so much for doing this for me even if he doesn't have me in mind at all, I am still happy he decided to buy me a phone.
At school the following day, I saw Cindy and I hugged with excitement, saying,“I have my phone now.”
“Wow, this is good news I must say, dear Mariam.”
“You can say that again, now I can talk to you and Dave about anything I like.”
“Really, Dave came to your mind first, why? He got you the phone, right?” She asked angrily, and I don't know why.
“You got it all wrong, Dave is our friend and no, he didn't get me the phone at all.”
“If he wasn't the one who got you the phone, then who! Because I know you have no job you can do to get a phone in a short period of time, or is it your relative that brought you the phone!”
“None of the above, Jett got me the phone, and please do not ask me why he got me, okay?”
“Okay, I won't ask why.”
“Thank you, let's go to class.”
“But how did you talk to him in getting you a phone? You said you have nothing to do with him, right?”
“I thought I just told you not to even mention it?”
“I didn't ask why, but how.” She opened her hands in a weird expression.
“You know what, let's just go to class.” I said to her, and she nodded, saying,“Okay, I will wait until you are ready to tell me why he got you a phone or are you two dating?” I ignored her.
Class was going on, Jett messaged me saying,“Get me a bottle of water this instant, I am at the library.”
“Please, when I am done with class, I will get it for you.” I tried to buy time, but he sent an angry sticker with a scary message,“Fat cheek, do you want me to come to you? Get me a bottle of water now, and you are not allowed to come to me late.” He stopped typing, and I knew he would come to my class to humiliate me if I didn't obey.
Gosh, each day I get to meet new versions of the triplet when it comes to making me feel like a slave.
How can I escape from this class? The chemistry teacher is so strict, and she might get angry at me for trying to leave her class. There must be a way out for me.
I thought about it for a few seconds then luckily for me, she finished teaching and Cindy came to me about to say something, but I stopped her saying,“I am sorry, I need to go now, see you at the cafeteria soon.”
“Where are you rushing to?” She asked, but I didn't respond to her.
I rushed to get the bottle of water and headed to the college library to meet with Jett and I saw him sitting down and reading.
“The bottle of water you ask for, master.”
“Drop it.” He said, and I obeyed immediately then turned to take my leave when he said,“Where do you think you are going? Did I ask you to leave?”
“I am sorry, master, what else should I do?”
