“I was craving pizza that's why I came here to get it.” I replied to him,there is no way I can tell him I came with someone and the someone just disappears immediately he walks in, he might think the person was a guy.
“I see, are you here alone?” He questioned again, and I think he was doubting me,“What should I do, Clara? What if he finds out I am lying?” I asked my wolf form, Clara.
“I don't think he knows you are lying, just act yourself to him and ask if you should run any errands for him as well.”
“Okay, I hope that works, I will be myself then, he must not find out because anymore hitting from him today, I might end up being hospitalized.” Clara is really a great companion and with her, I no longer feel I am lonely.
“Yes, do you want me to run an errand for you?” I asked, but he ended up looking at me in a way I don't understand. Now I am left with the thinking, did it work or did it fail?
“Okay, get your pizza, let's get going now.” He added.
“We are heading home, right? Do you want me to also get pizza for you?” I just didn't know what else to say, I wanted to bribe my way in just In case he had plans of giving me some punishment, that is if he doubted what I told him, but I guess he didn't because his response made me a bit dumbfounded.
“No, we are not going home, let's go for some shopping, I will wait for you in the car and don't get me angry by asking any more questions, now I am in a happy mood.” He left immediately, and I was a bit confused. Did Axel just ask me to go shopping with him or what?
Let me guess, he wants to use me as a way to while away a little.
“I wouldn't say that if I was you, Mariam.” Clara said.
“So, what are you thinking about right now? Tell me, I need to know.”
“Well, he is still your mate after all,it's not a bad thing if your mate takes you out for shopping as well.” She added and I gave out a fake laugh.
“Even if they later change their mind and decide to accept me as their mate, I will never accept them. I hate them all, not after what they have done to me for the past two to three years.” I rushed out immediately to meet with him, and he zoomed over to the boutique and told me to pick whatever I needed.
I don't care if he takes me out of this town to another place for shopping, I have made up my mind already, I will never accept to be their mate, I will be their enemies and make sure they regret ever laying a finger on me.

We finished shopping and headed to the house. I thanked him for the clothes. He didn't say a word to me, instead , he just walked away, he was really full of himself.
The following day, when I got to school, I decided to accept the invitation to join the Lock Heart Pack without letting the triplet know about it.
I was told by Cindy that they always like meeting at the abandoned building in school for their training and meetings.
I finally found them and when the bald guy saw me, he smiled saying,“I knew you would come around, so guys let's welcome our newest member to the team, her name is Mariam.”
“Mariam, you are welcome to the family.”
“Call me Alpha Mike, though we are the least and not recognized as the other pack.” He said to me,
“I completely understand, and I am happy that you all accepted me into your family.”
I felt like home once again, and I was told now I am part of a pack, I will be able to mind link with any of them but once I leave the pack, they will cut me out.
I was taught so many things by the bald guy, I know his name, but I just like calling him the bald guy.
Anyway, I volunteered to join the race I heard is taking place, I am a good runner and I really don't know if I still have it in mind, the more reason I need to give it a try.
I learned so many things during my free period and when I returned to class, I told Cindy about the whole thing, and she told me she believed in me that I was going to win the race.
I really wish she will be able to attend, but it's strictly for werewolves coming with their various packs and no witches or rogues are allowed in.
I thought about Mabel, ever since that day, I haven't heard from her, what could have happened to her? Is she still in Dranovile or she has left for good?
I saw Jett text telling me to make sure I go early to clean his room and prepare his food.
I guess I have no other choice, I can't wait for the day, I am finally escaping out from this place for good.
I arrived at the house and I went straight to my room to keep my bag and change into my house clothes, got my cleaning things to clean his room and prepare his food, so he can eat once he returns.
He returned home and told me he didn't like the meal I prepared. I had to prepare another one which he also turned down again and again. What is his problem? Why make me go through all these stresses?
He should just tell us another way to punish me instead of this.
I slept off on the couch because I got so tired.

“Let me go, don't touch me.”
“You should have thought about it before coming to the woods alone, looking so hot.” He pushed me down and lifted my dress up as he forced his way to rape me.
Suddenly, two werewolves came and one of them shifted into a human immediately.
I opened my eyes sweating all over, it's just a dream, thank goodness.
Why am I having a nightmare about the night I was raped? Did I really struggle with the person while I slept walk in the woods? Why can't I see the face? Who was the person that shifted from a wolf to a human?
I noticed I was on my bed, I guess one of the brothers carried me to my room.
The nightmare didn't stop from that day. Instead he got worse. When I close my eyes, I am always dreaming about the night I lost my virginity, and it was making me distressed and I wish there was a way to stop such dreams from reoccurring again.
I got a text from the bald guy,“Hey Mariam, meet us in the woods, we have a little training.”
“Okay, Roger that.” I said putting on easy clothing, maybe this can help me feel normal by training with them.
About stepping out, I heard Jett's voice,“Where do you think you are going?”
