Alpha Sylvester got informed by Rita,“No,that can't be true,I saw Mariam and not her friend.” He refused to believe what they said.
“I am saying the truth,come see for yourself,they tricked us.” Rita added.
“No way,Mariam just made a fool out of me,I am going to make her pay at all costs,take me to the witch.” He ordered.
“Knowing she is not Mariam,I couldn't watch and let her be in your room,instead I locked her up in a cage with her mouth and hands tied,so she can't perform any spells.”
He kissed Rita saying,“I love you for being the best,I give you the order,look for Mariam.”
“Yes my king.” He left immediately to the place Cindy was kept.
“So you are the loyal witch that tricked me right?” Sylvester asked angrily dragging her chin.
“What do you think? A witch outsmarted the king,the king is foolish after all,you are not fit to be the king.” She laughed despite she was in pain.
“You bitch.” He slapped her continuously out of rage.
“How dare you talk to me like that? Do you wish to die? Do you think I can't kill you? Even if you are a witch.”
“So tell me,what are you waiting for? Kill me already,why waste time? Come on do it you bastard.” He hit her stomach and she screamed out so loud.
“I know your type,you wish to provoke me to anger so I can kill you,come on dear,is not going to be easy at all,you will wrath here in pain,just watch and see.“ He added,kicking her hard before taking his leave.
“It doesn't hurt at all.” She said mentally despite it hurts.

Rita gathered everyone and gave an order,“Everyone listen attentively,there is a problem and we need to solve it tonight.”
“We are loyal to you our alpha,just give us the order and we will carry it out at once.” one of them said.
“The ex queen escaped, you all go out and search everywhere for her,,they shouldn't be that far now.”
They all got ready and she gave another order,“The nightwalker son and the Golden Moss alpha are together,get them all,if they resist,kill them all.”
“Yes alpha.”
“Now go.”
They all left immediately searching everywhere for Mariam and her fellow accomplice but it wasn't fruitful.
She got angry when she heard the news,“Don't tell me they have left town,find them,if possible take the war to Dranovile,we must not let them go scot-free,as long as they are still out there,the king is at risk,do you get that?” She ended the call angrily and hit the wall with her yellow eyes out with rage.
“Mariam,I guess I underestimated you,don't worry, run as you like,I will still get you even if I have to get someone from the first town you come from.”

The following morning,the triplet got to their secret white house close to Dranovile.
“Wow,this is beautiful,I never knew you three have such a place.”
“An alpha must have a hidden place just like yours in Moon city.” Axel replied.
“Okay enough, let's go on and have a rest,we drove all night.” Diesel added and they went in. Dave carried Mariam to one of the rooms and placed her to sleep on the bed properly and covered her as well. He kissed her forehead and said to her, though she was still asleep,“I am sorry for everything that happened to you there,just give us a little time and we will make sure you get your seat as the queen.” He left the room and locked the door.
Days have passed,they all missed the real Mariam,ever since she woke up,she lost her joy and refused to eat any meal served to her.
“What are we going to do now? She refused to eat her lunch.” Jett asked.
“I really don't know what happened to her there, but she can't remain this way forever We need to make her see the reason to breathe again.” Dave suggested.
“We did everything possible and none work,I am out of ideas Dave,do you have any other ideas,what does she like?” Axel added.
“Gosh, women are so hard to predict, I can't believe we have been trying to make her happy.”
While they were still talking,Mariam remained in her room still crying,“I am sorry grandma,I couldn't do anything to stop you from dying,forgive me ”
Dave entered the room and saw her in tears,“Mariam you are breaking our hearts you know,you don't talk to us as usual,you don't give your beautiful smile,tell me,what happened when you were locked up?” He caressed her hair and wiped off her tears.
“Queen Rebecca was the one who killed my mother when she gave birth to me,she used her hands to send my mother to her early grave.” she cried more in his arms.
“I am sorry, I didn't know,don't worry,with time we will get your revenge.”
“I want to kill her with my hands,she killed grandma in my presence,I even begged her to spare her but she refused and killed her with no mercy,why kill an innocent woman?” Dave finally understood the pain she was in but the request she asked for can't be granted.
“Dave,I need to go out,I need some air.” she begged in tears.
“I am sorry Mariam but it is too risky to send you out,please forgive me,you have to remain here for your safety.”
“No,I want to meet death,what's the point of living when my friend is caged,my father is also caged,I am losing,what's the point of living? Tell me Dave, I caused the death of your father.” She yelled trying to get out but he stopped her saying,“No,you didn't cause anything,stop blaming yourself and put yourself together.”
“Let me go.” She pushed him hard and hit him before taking off.
“Mariam no.” He called her still groaning.
“damn it,how can she hit so hard like that?” He stood up rushing to get her.
Jett saw her running and went after her,“Where do you think you are going?”
He held her and stopped her,“let me go at once Jett,I am still your queen.”
“Yes you are my queen that's why I need to protect you, Mariam get a grip of yourself please.” He begged her and she laughed out like a crazy woman.
The others joined them and felt heartbroken seeing Mariam the opposite of herself,“Mariam please stop doing this to yourself.”
“You all are bad,do you think locking me up here can help me? I am a useless queen,powerless,I can't even shift into a wolf,I guess I took after my mother now.”
“Mariam all you need is more rest after which you will be able to get yourself again and shift into one.” Diesel added.
“Who do you think you are Diesel to give such advice,I hate you all,if I am your Queen then kill me already,allow me to die and let the people know I died while fighting,I don't want to be the coward in history.” She cried out.
“No problem,I will do that now.” Jett hit her and she fell asleep in the arms of Jett.
“Don't worry guys,she is still alive,I believe she needs rest,that's all.” Jett added and they all took a deep breath.
