I have been hearing rumors that she is back, but I don't wish to believe it, it's best she doesn't return to Dranovile.
“Hey, Axel, what are you thinking about? You didn't make any contribution to what we have been saying?” Diesel tapped me, I can't believe I was so carried away with the thought of her.
“Do you think the rumors are true?” I questioned my brothers.
“What rumors are you talking about, brother?” Jett and Diesel looked so confused.
“Rumors about her returning to Dranovile.”
“No way, that can't happen, who knows, she might be married to those two betas, I doubt she is here.” Jett added and Diesel's mood changed.
“Why did you bring her up in the middle of a sweet discussion taking place?” Diesel questioned.
“I am sorry, but we still have to talk about it. What if the rumors are true? What if she is really here? What are we really going to do?” I questioned what they would do because I really don't know if I would walk away or want to be in her arms again.
“It's simple, if she is here, I will keep my distance, that is fair enough.” Jett replied.
“Jett is right, we all should keep our distance to avoid getting hurt twice, she rejected us as mates, remember? The very reason mom thinks we are weak.” Diesel brought back memories and I got so angry.
“Okay, can we not talk about it, I feel my anger boiling from inside, mostly the mom's part.” They all nodded.
“So what are we to do to make the next running fun? I really want this year to be different.” I said, going back to our previous discussion.
“I was thinking of a way to spice it up, we attend a party to celebrate the victory of the winner, how about that?” Jett suggested.
“Yes, I think that makes a lot of sense, we rarely organize parties after the run, everyone just goes home, I think we go with this then.”
“Yeah, it's perfect, what else should be added now the after has been settled, what about before and during?” Diesel asked.
“During the game,should it be a battle while running?”
I said with my hands on my chin thinking about it and my brothers doing the same, we need to make sure this year running in the woods is the best because it's our finals in college. We may or may not go to the university, we might start work immediately.
“Let's sleep over it, then maybe when we wake up, we will get a better method to make use of.” Jett recommended brilliantly again, and I smiled in agreement.
“So Jett, what's up with you, I saw the way you treated Mariam, she washed your car, you let her use her hands to wash your clothes and more, what is going on in your head?”
“Why does Mariam have to be like us, hum? Why our mate? When has she the same face as her? I feel she is making me weak by being nice, it's best I become this cold to her.” He said, and Diesel made fun of him before heading to his room to sleep.
“Ignore Diesel, you know how he likes to get you angry.” I advised him and he nodded.
“Brother, what do you think our fate will be with Mariam involved?”
“She is fragile number one, she is not fit for a Luna as well, I doubt if mother will even accept her to lead our pack as a Luna.”
“That's true, but I want to ask this question, I need to know if it's just me feeling this way, do you feel you are in love with Mariam already? She has spent more than two years with us, so I need the truth.”
“I don't know if I should call it love Jett but one thing I know is that my body is addicted to hers now.”
“Okay cool, I guess I am the only one who feels I have fallen in love with her, I will go and watch her now, so she doesn't sleepwalk and ends up in the woods.”
“Sure, I will go to bed right now.” I said to him, heading to sleep.
I really don't know how to tell the truth to Jett,the girl he raped, I am thinking she might be Mariam, but I don't want him to think about it yet, I don't know what he will do once he finds out the main truth.
I headed to bed to sleep immediately, and I ended up dreaming about her, the good times we shared together and how I got jealous when she spends more time with my other brothers instead of me.

The next morning, I got ready for a run in the woods, after which I got set for school immediately. There is an important course I can't miss for any reason.
I miss Dave, I haven't seen any dude being able to compete with me when it comes to strength, he might have been given the bride, so they can start their engagement as well. Everyone always has something they can't argue about, mine Is my mother, I know she will be returning home soon, if she finds out Mariam is a werewolf, what will she do to Mariam?
The last maid who worked for us was never heard of when she noticed she was dressing so sexy at home; we had eyes on her. I wonder where she is now, and I hope she doesn't do anything to Mariam as well.
I finished with my task in school and decided to go shopping when I suddenly got her scent coming from the pizza shop.
Mabel??? It can't be? She is here? Let me see for myself.
I parked my car coming down immediately and rushed to the pizza shop to find her, her scent was forceful inside and when I looked around, I was disappointed to see Mariam instead of her, damn it. I might be picturing stuff in my head, I need to get myself together.
“Mariam, what are you doing here?” I questioned her, still looking around, maybe I might not be hallucinating at all.
“I was craving pizza, that's why I came here to get it.”
“I see, are you here alone?” I questioned her.
“Yes, do you want me to run an errand for you?” She asked me and I observed the clothes she was putting on. They are really outdated. I think I should shop for her a little and also for myself. With this I might be able to overcome her thinking.
“Okay, get your pizza, let's get going now.” I added.
“We are heading home, right? Do you want me to also get pizza for you?”
“No, we are not going home, let's go for some shopping, I will wait for you in the car and don't get me angry by asking any more questions, now I am in a happy mood.” I said taking my leave.
