Alpha Sylvester ordered for an emergency meeting and the required persons came,Rita was among her members then he made the announcement.

Everyone was shocked,“I don't understand my king,we don't need a new pack, moreover,these are murderers,we can't give them the right.” One of the elders argued.

“He is right,the rogues can never rule,they deserve to be locked up,we know we can't tell you what to do,but this is what the elders suggest,it is wrong to have such a pack.”

“And who said they are murderers? How dare you call my family such a name? ” Rita hits the table angrily.

“Hey shut up lady,who gave you the right to speak at this round table,I wondered why you are here.” They silenced her and Sylvester gave them time to display their attitudes.

“Never tell me to shut up in your life,otherwise I will slit your throat.“ Rita threatened.

“How dare you order such nonsense from your mouth,my king I request you lock her up immediately,she dares to defile our order.”

“Order my foot.” Rita replied again getting more vexed.

“Enough,all elders on your knees.” He ordered.

They looked surprised and one of the elders spoke out politely,“My king,I don't understand what you mean? Do you mean the mannerless girl to kneel?”

“Are you all deaf? You dare argue with me? Do you wish to die?” He got up angrily and roared so loud,they all obeyed at once shaking in fear and going down on their knees at once,Rita gave a smirk on her face knowing Sylvester is fully on her side and what the elders will have to say is going to be meaningless.

“My words are law and they must stand,she is going to be the Alpha of Dark Blood Pack and nothing will stop her,if you try to disobey me,now that you and your family are done for,is that taken?” He said and they all bowed down saying,“As you wish my king,we dare not defy your order.”

“Good,also they are going to be the replacement of the Nightwalkers,you know the ranking so from now henceforth,any word she says,obey at once, failure to do so,you will be punished with death.”

“Thank you my king for this opportunity,I promise not to fail you and my new found pack will ever be loyal to you.” She bowed down.

The elders look at themselves and they know they are all doomed If criminals are given an opportunity to rule,that means they made a huge mistake thinking Sylvester will make a great king.

Queen Rebecca went to visit Alpha Aiden in the place she locked him up saying,“Hey honey,I know you are bored here so I came to keep you company.”

“To hell with you Rebecca,I never wish to see your face again.” He said out of the bitterness in his heart.

“Come on,don't you wish to hear some good news? Okay just listen,our son is now the king of all the packs, isn't that wonderful?”

“This is wrong Rebecca,get to your senses and amend things.”

“Nah,you should get to your senses that I won,not just that,the nightwalker alpha is dead,your son did take after you.”

“What? How dare you?” He hits the cage and she took some steps backwards saying,“Whoooah, calm down,he deserves to die anyway,he had the choice to live by worshiping our son but he refused.”

“An alpha doesn't kill the innocent,I assure you,you will reap what you sow.”

“Of cause I am reaping it,my son is now the king,he created a new pack for his lover,the powerful rogues made up this pack and they replaced the night walkers, isn't that beautiful?” She laughed so loud.

“And as for the maid,I am going to kill her whenever I feel bored,what do you think? Should I kill her the way I killed Nora?” She said on purpose to provoke him.

“I swear,when I break out of here,I am going to kill you for real,I won't go easy on you,your son will never be the king in the eyes of the moon goddess.”

“Really? You are threatening me now? Let's see about it then,will you really get out of here? No I doubt that,I am here to give your dosage,I will not risk you to let you recover,I still have so much to do.” She shot him the dosage and he screamed so loud in pain.

Dave didn't return to meet the others,he rested in the woods thinking about his father,“Father,I passed.”

“Wow,my little boy,I know you will make me proud,let me see.” little Dave gave his father his result from school.

“Thank you father.“

“You know what son,I think it's time.”

“Time for what dad?”

“For you to train as the alpha of the pack what do you think?“

“Really dad? You think I am ready?” Little Dave asked again with so much love on his face.

“Yes Dave,you might look like a kid to others but to me,you are my strong and powerful son.”

They hugged each other. Dave remembered the first day he shifted into a wolf,how his father helped him,he remembered the way he got so strong and fast,he owed it all to his father and the time his father needed him the most,he was not there to protect him.

“I am sorry father,I shouldn't have turned back when I came,I could have protected you from such fate.” Tears rolled down from his eyes and Mariam looked at him with pity holding two bottles of beer.

“Can I join you?” Mariam asked from where she stood and he heard her voice,he wiped off the tears saying,“Sure,you can join me.”

“Thank you so much,I guess I do need a beer.” He faked his smile and she sat close to him taking the beer she offered.

“I am so sorry about your father, Dave,I promise you,he is going to get the justice he deserves.”

“Thank you Mariam,you sound tough like the queen that you are.”

“And you are the king that brings out the very best in me.” She played with his hair.

“You know he looked forward to our wedding and couldn't wait to have grand kids.”

She laughed saying,“Wow,what a big dream,don't worry,when this is over,we are going to get married and give birth to a beautiful daughter.”

“I never knew you thought of us that way, I had this feeling the triplet will take you away from me ”

“The triplets are important to me,yes,but settling for a husband,you are my second chance my mate,I fell in love with you a long time ago.” She said with all sincerely and he kissed her in the process.

They drank together and finally left to join the others. News came to them that the nightwalker packs have been replaced with a new pack and it's led by a woman whose name is unknown as well.

Everyone concluded to gather everyone they could and look for a means to save the Alpha and the Beta,then they would get a perfect solution to get the crown back but unknown to them,Mariam had her own plans. They all slept at one of Dave little house that is a little bit still safe.

At midnight when everyone was fast asleep,Mariam left the place and headed to Rita's restaurant,she felt that it was the only person she could trust.

Rita got the news and was shocked,she thought Mariam was there to kill her but knowing that was not the reason she laughed,“I guess not exposing my name paid off,if she knows it was me,she wouldn't have come to me for help,a foolish queen walking to a trap.“ Rita said with an evil smirk and called Sylvester at once.

“Guess who is at my restaurant?”

“Who?”

“Mariam.”

“Interesting,she came right to us.Bring her to me.”

“Yes my king,as you wish.” She ended the call and acted like she was a victim.

“Mariam,you are here?”

“Rita.” They hugged each other.

“You came back,I thought you would never come back,ever since you left,your brother became evil”

“I know,I heard the story,do you know the girl helping him?”

“Yes I do,she does come here to eat,I dare not say a word,I am sorry,I had to pick a side to live,because my dead father will want me to live.” She faked her tears and tried to kneel but Mariam stopped her and calmed her,“It's okay,I understand,we all need to live.”

“I now serve chicken to your home,they pay hugely for it.”

“Really? Can you help me?” She requested.

A few minutes later,Rita agreed to help Mariam to her home so she could rescue her dad.

They succeeded in getting in, thinking she was entering the right room to save her father,it turned out to be a trap,“Hello love.” Sylvester waved at her with a smile.

“I am sorry.” Rita said before making her unconscious.
