"It’s okay, it's fine if you cannot trigger your healing; you are not the first; we have so many werewolves that couldn’t trigger healing or shift into one at ease, but trust me, after a few training it all got better, and I believe you will." He said he was holding her in his arms, and she felt so comfortable.
"Thank you so much," she said to him, and he smiled.
"You need to get enough rest now; I will return at night." He said this to her, and she rested on the bed as he took his leave with the beta. The Beta started the car, and on their way home, the Alpha started a conversation. "I know that look, Elvis; say it out. I am listening now. I am in a good mood."
“Okay, fine. Rebecca will be so mad at you, and are you sure you are ready to face her when you get home?"
"Oh, thats a woman's trouble; I can handle her, and I am used to her nagging. Let me guess, she is thinking I am seeing a girl, right?" He asked with a smirk.
"You truly know her, and I doubt if she will let you leave the house without an answer."
"I can handle her."
"Okay, so about the attack, why don’t we ask her some questions? Who knows, she might give us a clue."
"After she recovers fully, then we will question her, so for now, let her get better."
"I know we need to let her get better, but for now, the rape and kidnapping are getting high, and we barely know anything about her."
"Okay, fine, tonight we ask some questions, but if she is getting stressed, we stop."
"Okay Alpha." They got to the alpha place, and the beta left.
Alpha Aiden finished taking his shower and was about to take his nap when Rebecca came in, saying, "Hey, love."
"Where were you yesterday?" She questioned him angrily.
"Rebecca, I do not have time for this; I need to rest now."
Oh, really? Tell me, did you and your new girlfriend sex all night?Is that the reason you switched off your phone?"
"Rebecca, enough." He screamed with his Alpha voice, and his eyes turned red, and that of his wife, who turned blue as she submitted to his authority.
"I need to sleep now." He said, and she left the room with anger,destroying everything she came in contact with, but when she saw her daughter, she tried to control herself.
A few hours later, Aiden woke up and got ready to leave the house, but he gave an order to the workers in the house to prepare the late queen room because he was bringing someone in. They were all surprised, but they dared not argue with the Alpha. Rebecca's loyal workers came to her to deliver the news, "What did you just say?"
"He asked us to prepare the late queen room, and he is bringing someone to live there." The maid said while she remained on her knees, "No, that can’t be; I need to meet the bitch that has stolen my alpha." She said as was destroying the mirror on the wall with her fist.

Dave kept wondering why Mariam hasn’t called him yet, and whenever he tries to call her, it doesn’t connect. He also asked Cindy, but she kept lying to him, saying that Mariam was very busy and would call him when she was less busy.
He felt so sad that the one person he truly loved and cared about was not giving him the attention he needed. She was the one reason he thought of doing everything possible to return to Dranovile, but he suddenly gave that all up and hoped he didn’t get to fall in love easily.
He accepted his fate of ending up with Jane once she becomes an adult, so he drove to the capital of Moon City to check on Jane at school from a distance, but he could not hide from her; she saw him and they went out to have lunch, but he didn’t talk to her as a lover but as a sister. Jane said to herself when Dave left after lunch, "I will get married to Dave in the future, and if his mate will be a problem, I will kill her." An evil aura could be seen around her.

At the pack clinic,Mariam woke up immediately when she heard the voices of Alpha Aiden and Beta Elvis. She was shocked seeing the stuff they got for her. It was like they were celebrating her birthday. How are you feeling?" Alpha Aiden questioned taking his seat close to her with Elvis standing beside him.
"I feel much better than before. Thank you so much." Mariam said with a smile, sitting properly on the bed.
"That’s good to know. Care for some fruits?"
"Sure." He brought out the fruit, gave it to her, and she took a bite of the apple. Elvis watched Aiden, seeing how happy he was looking at her.
"So tell me, what is your name?" Aiden asked.
"Mariam." She replied.
"Nice name." Aiden gave a smirk.
"Mariam, I want you to be free with us, okay? Like I said, you are lucky to be saved by the Alpha of all Alphas,Alpha Aiden, a primordial wolf that can’t be destroyed even if you place twenty alphas together, and I happen to be his beta."
"Elvis." He said, and he kept silent.
"He always likes the description part, anyway. Welcome to Moon City; we are the Moon Stone Pack, and we always welcome and protect people like you."
"Thank you."
"So tell me, what happened to you? The doctor found traces of silver and wolfbane, and do you have any idea who those guys are? I mean the one who tried to hurt you? Any names?" Mariam thought it was best she kept her past behind her, so she lied, saying, "I am sorry, but I really can’t remember; I woke up and found myself in the woods."
