Alpha Aiden went out with his beta because he couldn't bear his wife argument anymore.

Queen Rebecca decided to meet with her secret members and she questioned Agatha,“Are you sure no one followed us here?”

“No my queen,no one followed us,I checked very well.” Agatha replied her.

“I don't know why I keep having some doubts these days,like someone is watching me.”

“You mean Beta Elvis?” Agatha questioned her.

“Yes, whenever he is around,he is always looking at me but maybe he is still confused.” She added and Agatha agreed as well.

“Where are they?” She questioned Agatha.

“They are at the usual spot.”

“Good,I want you to watch for me and let me know if you find anything strange.”

“Yes,my queen.” Rebecca left Agatha all alone and she saw her secret members arguing.

“I keep having these scary nightmares,I guess we should just stop.” Elizabeth added and when she saw the queen,she stopped talking.

“What is going on here? Are you all planning to dethrone me? Why the argument?”

“We dare not do such a thing my queen.” Peter added.

“Good,so what's the argument about?” She questioned them.

“Well,is not that we are losing fate in your plans but these days,we keep having nightmares about the Alpha finding out about us and killing us.”

Queen Rebecca busted into a serious laughter saying,“You are all adults,I mean,why will you be scared of just nightmares?”

“They are not just nightmares but scary nightmare.”

“Now listen good everybody,this is not the first time one is having a nightmare,do you know the kind of nightmare I have been having ever since Nora died and when the daughter appeared? Did I stop trying? Now put yourselves together.” She ordered them and they nodded.

“Good, before we begin,is there anything suspicious going around your premises lately?” She wanted to be sure that no one is montioring their activities.

“Nohing strange at all.”

"And coming here,did anyone follow you? You know this is the period we have to be extra careful so I need to be certain that no one followed you here.” She repeated the same question and got same response.

“We are not careless to let anyone follow us here,I assure you my queen.”

“Okay,now let's proceed with today's meeting.” She started and they were eager to know what next.

“I know we failed but I came with goodnews everyone.” She smiled and they murmured among themselves,“What can be good when we failed to make your son the king?” Elizabeth questioned.

“Yes we failed and I am happy we failed because everything is working in our favor as I speak to you now. Remember the queen has left Moon City.”

“So it's true,Queen Mariam left,now foolish of her to leave her throne to a foreign place,she is not right to be queen,I must say.”

“Yes,she is not fit to be one.”

"That's why I said,all things are working in our favor,this is the perfect time to strike when the queen is absent,I heard from some sources,she went for pleasure.”

“I understand you my queen,a rumor of their beloved queen leaving the throne just for pleasure,which means she is not fit to be the queen of all packs.”

“Exactly my point,how can a bitch like her rule us when all she cares about is the dick,she cares about fucking any dick she comes across with.” They were happy they finally found a way to get rid of her for good.

"So the networking option is what we will be using,no one will know where the rumors comes from,when it's spread,it will become a concern for the king and I am sure Alpha Aiden,will not want to ruin in his family, this is so perfect.” She laughed so loud and she told them it calls for celebration and when next they meet,they should be drinking and dancing for surely this very plan will not be hindered by anything.

After the meeting, everyone left to their various locations,the queen left with Agatha and on their way she said to Agatha,“Its time for the network option,Queen Mariam left her subjects just for pleasure,who does that? She is not fit to be queen.”

“I understand my queen, before day break,it will be the talk of town,I give you my words.”

“I know you will never fail me,where is my son? Is he home now?”

“When we left he wasn't at home but I think he might be back now.”

“Okay, I heard he has a new lover he is always with,is she from inside?”

“No,I doubt that.”

"Okay when this is over,I will give you an order to find out who the girl is,if she will be a problem then we have to get rid of her,I need the best for my son.”

“I understand my queen.”

“Don't worry Agatha,when my son becomes the king,you will benefit a lot from it and I will be willing to give you everything you want.”

“Thank you so much my queen,my loyalty will never change,I am loyal to you alone and I will serve you to the end.”

“I know that.” She brought out her phone


Getting to the house, Abigail met with the other maids saying,“I heard from someone that Queen Mariam left because of pleasure,do you think she is fit to be our Queen?”

“She is not fit at all,she is always into those triplet,she has never had time for us or called for a meeting to meet us,I hate her already.”

“I can't believe she will abandon her subjects just to go out for fun,this is not right.”

“It has never happened before.”

Alpha Aiden and Beta Elvis went for a little hunting in the woods,it got to a certain time,they had to take a rest together.

“Been a while we did something like that,you know that?” Alpha Aiden added.

“Yes, we mostly have time for it when Nora was alive,it was fun you know.” Elvis added.

“I missed those times,I wish we could have a means to go back in time ,back to the moment when we were really happy,I miss Nora so much.” Aiden added.

“We all missed her,I am happy we found Mariam,she looks just like her mother,by the way,have you called Mariam to check on her?”

“No,I haven't but we spoke the last time ” Aiden replied him.

“Why haven't you called her yet? Call her now to know how she is fairing.” Elvis suggested but Alpha Aiden declined saying,“I have a feeling she doesn't wish to be disturbed,besides,the triplet are there for here,her loyal witch as well,once Dave finished with his trip abroad,he will also join her.” He said.

“You are right Alpha Aiden,she will need her privacy now.”

“Is there something going on that I should know about?” Aiden raised the question.

“What do you mean?”

“I notice you act weird at times,I also notice you try very hard to avoid me,you just couldn't avoid this outing with me,that is the main reason you are here,so tell me,what is eating you up?”

Elvis heart started beating fast and Aiden added,“I can tell it's serious because I can hear your heartbeat as well,it's beating so fast,talk to me,I am your friend and Alpha,open up Elvis.” He said but Elvis didn't know what to say.

“Nothinh actually,I didn't notice.” He lied to him.

“Something tells me you are lying to me,but it's not a problem, I can't force words out of your mouth,when you wish to open up,I will be here as usual.”

“Thank you Alpha Aiden.”

“When Mariam returns,I want us to have a family dinner with your family as well,what do you think?”

Elvis forced himself to smile and also agreed,“Yes,it will be great.”

He doubted his loyalty and wondered if truly he did something to hurt his best friend,if he did,then he is not worthy to be called his friend and beta.

They finished for the day and Beta Elvis had to drive Aiden home before he headed out.

On his way out,he heard the rumors,“Alpha Aiden daughter is not fit to be queen.”

“Why?”

“Have you not heard? She travelled to catch fun leaving us behind,no queen has ever left their subject for fun.”

He wondered who spread such a news but he can't see himself meddling with the ladies talking about it so he focus on his destination.

While Alpha Aiden walked straight to his room,he didn't bother asking after his wife,instead he took off his clothes,had a cool bath in the bathroom. He remembered how he baths with Nora and smiled.

Alpha Aiden woke up the next morning to the news and his heart got troubled.
