Mariam~
“Please, believe me, I was framed, I dare not lay a finger on our guest, I beg of you.”
Jett kept looking at me with his green hazel eyes and I don't know what happened next, it was like they communicated silently, but I don't know how they did it.
“Go to your room, Mariam.” Jett said to me, and I nodded, rushing inside.
That was close, I know these girls will bring nothing but pain to me with them staying here.
I suddenly dozed off because I was exhausted, only to wake up with a hard slap on my face.
“You sleeping bitch, get up and fix us breakfast.”
It hurts, but I held my tears back, nodding my head.
“Make it fast; otherwise you will regret what I will do to you.” Tracy threatened and left my room.
I washed my face and stepped down to the kitchen to prepare breakfast as usual, but the triplet was not home. They hardly eat on Saturday mornings. Well, we have a guest, so I had no other choice.
I took the broom to sweep as usual and Linda was sitting in the living room in her pajamas pressing her phone.
I ignored her to sweep from the other side when she shouted at me,“You fool, don't you know how to greet someone in the morning?”
“I am sorry, good morning.” I said for peace to reign.
“Not needed anymore, and why did you sweep dirt on my body?”
“I didn't do that, that's why I came towards here, so it won't get on your body.”
“You must be stupid.” She walked to me and slapped me.
“I am sorry.”
“You know what, you will clean this place again, you better do it well else, you know what will happen to you.”
She hissed and went back to her seat, and before I could clean to an extent, Tracy shouted,“Mariam.”
I rushed to meet her, and she yelled again,“I want to bathe, why have you not set up my water?”
Is she serious right now? She expects me to set up the bathroom for her to bathe, the rich kid is so spoiled.
“I am sorry that's not meant to be done by me.” I said to her, but she scoffs saying,“Will you do it, or I tell the Golden brothers you refused to go on the errand I sent you.”?
“Fine, I will do it.” I replied, still holding back my tears, and walking to the bathroom.
I finally finished attending to them all, and I know if I should stay here a bit longer, things will get more complicated for me.
I just can't wait to resume school next year and also complete 17 as well. I wish I had the power to fast-forward the time a bit. I left the house taking a stroll down town where I met with Cindy, but I still don't know why she is angry at me.

A Few Months Later
I walked straight to my locker and still got gifts from my secret admirer. At least this will cover up for my last Christmas I didn't enjoy because the Triplet ruined it for me and had sex with me every day in December, saying it's the heat season for them.
My birthday is just a few weeks from today, and I will be turning 17 soon.
“Hey.” I heard Dave's voice, I was so happy to see him after a long time.
“Hi.”
“Guess your secret admirer is really in love with you.”
“I guess so.”
“About the kiss, I want to say I am so sorry, I hope it won't ruin our friendship?” He asked, and I smiled at him saying,“Nothing like that happened okay, we are still friends.”
“What a relief, I thought I had lost my friend for good due to my carelessness.”
“No you didn't.”
“Can I get a hug now?” He asked, and I nodded and hugged him.
Cindy walked in and cleared her throat, saying,“Get a room, guys.”
“Hey Cindy, make sure you look after Mariam.”
“Why don't you do it yourself?” Cindy replied and it was a bit harsh.
“Cindy, that is harsh.” I said, but she didn't even reply to me but kept smiling at Dave who said,“That's because we are going for a field trip and might spend close to two weeks.”
“Oh, that's too bad, you won't be around for my birthday then.” I looked, and he smiled, saying,“Don't worry, I won't miss your important day, I will be back before then.” He assured me and I hugged him again.
“Okay girls, see ya later.” He also hugged Cindy who didn't want to let go but later let go, he left and Cindy faced me.
“Why are you seducing Dave?”
“Cindy, why will you say such a thing about me? He is my senior, okay, and I will never do such a thing.”
“You know what, keep lying to everyone and yourself, but you can't do that to me, Dave will never be yours.”
“Come on, why are we fighting? I don't even have feelings for Dave, tell me the truth, do you like him?”
“I will be heading to class now.” She said taking her leave, and I tried to meet with her.

If Dave is going on a field trip, then I am sure the Triplet are also going as well, does that mean I will get the house to myself alone?
I will be free from them a little, this is great, I must say.
“Fat cheek, over here.” Jett yelled my name and I rushed to meet him and assist him to carry his bag.
He didn't say a word to me and when his girlfriend saw me together with him, her mood suddenly changed like she could kill me immediately.
We got home as usual, and I was met to sit in the living room, and they broke the news to me.
“We will be living on a field trip for two weeks, even if you try to run, we will always get you back.” Diesel said and I nodded.
“Okay, no problem at all.”
“I got this for you.” Jett gave me a phone which was really shocking, my jaw dropped.
