I cried out and he held me in his arms to calm me down, "It’s okay, its fine if you cannot trigger your healing, you are not the first okay, we have so many werewolves that couldn’t trigger healing or shift into one at ease but trust me, after a few training it all got better and I believe you will." He said, and I felt very confident; Clara felt the same way.
"Thank you so much." I said that to him, and he smiled.
"You need to get enough rest now; I will return at night."
"Okay sir." I replied, resting on the bed to sleep while he left.
I couldn’t sleep out of excitement; I can’t believe this is happening. I guess I need to thank the Lord for giving me a second chance. I am not with the bullies anymore, and I have a feeling I am not in Dranovile either. This is good, but what baffles me the most is how did I end up here? I looked around and I saw my bag. I am glad he didn’t leave it when he rushed me here.
I opened the bag to check if the necklace my grandma left behind for me was still intact, and I was happy it came along with me. Now there is no need to be sad anymore. I kept everything and took my seat, then I tried to trigger my healing, but it was still impossible.
"Come on, Mariam, you need to stop. After we get our full recovery, then we can try. If you continue at this rate, you might collapse." Clara advised me.
“Okay, I have heard you wolf,such an annoying wolf." I said laying properly on the bed and closing my eyes to get enough rest, and I can’t wait to see them.

I heard their voice, and my wolf sensed their presence, so I opened my eyes immediately. "Clara, did I miss something, it's today my birthday." I had to ask Clara because the stuff they came with looked like it was meant for a big celebration.
He asked about my health and questioned if I would eat fruits, which I accepted by taking an apple, and then the introduction began. I got shocked knowing the kind of werewolf Alpha Aiden is, no wonder he is very strong and fast.
I thought it was best to hide my identity from Alpha Aiden; I really do not know how I ended up in Moon City, but this is for the best; forget about Elena, Cindy, and Dave; and lastly, when the time is right, I will get my revenge on the Golden Brothers. For now, I need to lay low.
"It’s okay if you do not remember anything; guess the incident that happened was too much that you lost some memory." Alpha Aiden added, and I am happy he believes me.
"But I do remember something." I said to him, and they were eager to hear me, "The boys who attacked me mentioned a name, Rita, saying that with just a little touch, their clients will want to buy me, and they will gain so much money as well." I hope it helps.
"Thank you, Mariam, for this. Elvis,does the name Rita ring a bell?"
"Not really, but I suspect she is an omega."
"Okay, get more information, and if truly they are trafficking their own kind for money,I will bring war to them."
“Yes, Alpha, I will place the call right now, and tomorrow, I will do more research." Elvis assured him, and I was happy I could render a little clue that can help them.
A few moments later, the doctor said he could take me home, and I need enough rest too. I was also warned to avoid hard jobs until I get much better.
I sat in the car at the back seat waiting for Alpha Aiden and Elvis, and when they finished, they rode me to the Alpha home, and my jaw dropped. This is not a mansion like the Golden Brothers home; this is an estate that is well secured, and I could smell all kinds of werewolves and humans as well.
A lot of them murmured, but at the presence of the Alpha, they all bowed down to welcome him, “Welcome home, Mariam." Alpha Aiden said to me, and for the first time, I felt I was really home, and I hope I never return to the triplets and face the bullying life ever again.
"Thank you very much, Alpha Aiden."
"Welcome Alpha, I will take her to her room. I prepared the room like you said before leaving the house." The maid said with her eyes facing the ground, Gosh, I will say, it's good to have a higher authority like the Almighty Alpha.
"Don’t worry, get her a glass of milk. I will take her to her room. She is my special guest, and I also want you all to respect her." He said and looked at me with a smile. I smiled back, “Careful Mariam, so you won’t pop out your tail out of excitement." Clara said to me.
"Hey wolf,shut up. I feel so happy to be called a special guest."
"Humans are so crazy." She said, and I gave a smirk.
I walked with him as he directed me to the room, and when I entered, I felt so different; it was like the room was meant for me; I belong here. I pitched myself to make sure I was not dreaming, but when he tapped me, I knew I was not dreaming. ’Are you okay?" He asked.
"Yes, I am, just admiring the room; I love it."
"I am glad you did, I guess you got the same taste just like her, anyway, feel at home, see you at dinner."
"Thank you very much, Alpha."
"You are welcome." He took his leave, and I jumped on the bed and started dancing. I feel so happy.
My cup of milk was brought to me, and a dress as well, saying it was from the Alpha. The silk is so cool. I freshened up in the bathroom and looked at the mirror. I admired my long hair and my grey eyes as well, then remembered when it got cut when I was 17 by the Golden Brothers lovers. I packed my hair up, wearing the dress, and was looking at the mirror when I heard a knock at the door. I opened it and saw an advanced lady who staggered a little, with fear and hatred in her eyes and she also mistook me as someone else when she said, "Queen Nora."
