A few weeks later,Rita didn't get any good news about the whereabouts of Mariam, Sylvester got so angry with her.

“What are you trying to tell me Rita? Are you trying to say she vanished into thin air or what?” He yelled.

“I am so sorry but for real,I am trying my best and my men are also putting more effort in searching for her.” He broke the glass he held angrily and Rita stopped talking at once.

“Your best is not enough Rita,do everything within your power to look for her,how do you expect me to breathe properly when I know the one queen is still out there.”

“Enough Sylvester,I said I am trying my very best with my men,we will catch them for sure,just give me a little more time.” She added but dared not look into his eyes.

“More time? This is exactly what you said the last time,I thought you took the war to Dranovile to kill whoever refuse to worship me,are you saying the triplets are not there or what?” He yelled again.

“I am sorry but know this,I will not let harm come to you,be rest assured,I will protect you with my life, trust me, Mariam will not be a problem at all.” She gave her words and he looked deep in her eyes then lust took over him as he gripped her to kiss her,“That aside,why is it taking forever to accept my proposal in being my queen?”

“I will be your queen once I eliminate all threats okay,I have thought about it already.” She replied.

“You can still eliminate the threat when you are still my queen.”

“I can't accept such an offer yet,it's my duty to catch Mariam and eliminate every other threat,then I can wear the crown with peace of mind.” She added.

“Okay no problem,I will say hello to my father,I haven't seen him since he was locked up,I know he will be vexed to the call.” He took his leave at once and headed to the place where Alpha Aiden was locked.

“My son,you finally came to see me.”
“Yes,I didn't come to see you as my father but I came to see you as the King,I am checking on all my prisoners.” Alpha Aiden got heartbroken hearing such words from his son.

“What do you mean by prisoner? Show some respect to your father.” He added.

“You had the chance of redeeming yourself as my father but you failed,so stop lecturing me as my father,it makes me angry.” He added.

“Sylvester this part of life you are taking will lead you to no good,trust me,you still have a chance to be redeemed,stop this madness at once,I promise to spare you,don't follow your mother footsteps.” He encouraged his son but it didn't work on him.

“Sorry father, this is who I am,I just came to tell you that I will be killing Mariam myself since she chose to escape from me.”

“Sylvester you do no such thing,I never trained you to be a killer for power.”

“Don't lecture me about power when you marry my mother to keep the throne, without my mother you will be nothing,all thanks goes to her and not your lone wolf dead wife.” He said his words directly to his father's face. Aiden couldn't utter a word because he was guilty a bit,yes he married to save the throne.

“You can't talk anymore right? Say something,tell me I am wrong.” He yelled.

“I married your mother because the people demanded for a strong werewolf as Luna,I could have broken the law and killed those who said such a thing but I obeyed because I got a conscience,where is your conscience son?” He questioned as he tried to stand up and walk close to the cage.

Holding the cage gave him so much pain because it's built with silver,“You are consuming darkness now but a time will come when the darkness will be the one to consume you and it will be too late.”

“Good bye father,you will only see the light when you visit your daughter's grave soon enough.” He added and took his leave.

“What have I done? Why didn't I correct him for a very long time? What do I do now? I am stuck here for life,Mariam I hope you shine as the Queen you truly are and save Moon City from this plague called king.” He added before going back from the cage walls and resting on the floor thinking and seeing Nora smiling at him.

Rita got so angry that she failed to provide Mariam for Sylvester, “Damn that bitch,Mariam where the fuck are you hiding? I swear I will kill you if I get to meet you first.”

She walked angrily to the place Cindy was kept and brought out her tool she normally used to torture her.

“Hey bitch,I need you to do a tracking spell and tell me where Mariam is if you know you want to live.” She removed the tape from her mouth and it hurt so bad.

“If you wish to kill me then do not hesitate okay? I'd rather die than do any spell for you.” Cindy replied with no fear in her eyes.

Rita screamed dragging her hair,“How dare you look me in the eyes,are you not scared of death? Are you willing to die for that slut? This is so annoying.”

“You know what,go to hell bitch.” Cindy spat at her.

“You bitch.” Rita pounced on her with everything,“I am going to choke you to death.” She used her claws to grab her neck trying to strangle her to death , Cindy couldn't breath anymore but got lucky when Queen Rebecca guard interrupted her.

“Greetings Alpha, Queen Rebecca request your presence at once.”

“Okay you may leave now.” She said letting go of Cindy.

“I will let you live for now,when I return you better agree to my bidding.” She used the tape again on her.
“And no food for you as well,you will die of thirst as well,watch and see as death comes knocking your way.” Rita meant every word she said,at this point in her life,all she cares about is fulfilling the promise she made to Sylvester that she will bring Mariam to him.

Queen Rebecca crossed her legs close to the swimming pool, enjoying the view and drinking from her apple juice filled with cube Ice.

“Greetings my queen.”

“Rita,I know you are having difficulty in locating that witch but worry no more,I got a plan for you.”

“Really,I am so happy Queen Rebecca,you don't know how relieved I am now.” She said with a smile on her face.

"It's good to see you smile finally,for a moment I thought I was interacting with a guy,you refuse to smile.” She made a joke and they both laughed.

“Can you tell me the details so I can get to it asap.”

“Do you know Mariam also has a best friend named Elena in Sacrovile?”

“Wow, finally, a weakness,I had no idea.”

“And guess what? You supply weapons and those harmful dosages to them as well.”

“You mean the werewolves hunters? Wow,I can't believe it will be easy.”

“Here is the details,I believe you know the best way to get access to them and make them do your bidding as well.”

“Thank you so much Queen Rebecca,this means so much to me.” She smiled.

“Now join me for a few seconds before you begin your mission.” Rebecca requested at once and she nodded.

Rita had a meeting with her informants who gave her the details of Elena's family,“Elena father was killed when she was 12 by a werewolf in the woods,also Elena's mother younger sister got killed by a werewolf as well.”

“Interesting, let me guess,they probably will have a deep grudge against the Werewolf clans,this is perfect,what else?”

“You are right ma'am, this is also the reason they want to kill werewolves at all costs.”

“You know what? I just found a way to use a stone to kill two birds How about we give clues to the wolf hunters to join the war.” She laughed saying it.

“Perfect idea,using the dosage we sell,no werewolf will be able to survive it at all.”

“You know what to do and lastly one more thing,let Elena family know that Mariam is a werewolf and her father killed their father in the woods years ago,I believe they will make use of their daughter to lure her out and kill her,do that and make no mess.”

“Yes ma'am.”

“You may leave now,I believe everything is perfect now,Mariam you can run but you can't hide,many will die if you refuse to surrender,so many will be buried 6 feet under the ground,mark my words.”
She laughed evilly and took a cigarette to smoke, feeling so much excited about the twist of things.
