“Mariam, I apologize for leaving you behind, I had no other choice, it was to protect you.” My grandma said to me with tears in her eyes.

“Grandma, you don't have to explain to me, let's get you treated already, come with me.” I said to her, feeling so scared, she looked like she was engaged in a fight with an animal just seeing the wounds on her body.

“No grandma, you are not meeting with death, not on my watch, okay?” I said to her forcing her to go with me, but she suddenly appeared strange, having yellow eyes, and she screamed at me,“Go now Mariam and discover yourself.”

I opened my eyes and sat up immediately, holding my heart, and I was breathing heavily with sweat all over my body.

God dammit, it was just a dream and it felt so real. Grandma, I am so scared right now, where are you? Are you sick? You need to return to Drano vile please, I really missed you, and It's not relevant what your reasons are for leaving me behind as long as you came back to me.

My phone rang, and the loudness almost gave me a heart attack because I didn't expect a call at that moment, I checked it and it was Elena.

“Hey Elena.”

“Hi best friend, I just missed your voice and decided to call you, now I heard from you, we will talk later.” She ended the phone call, and it made me laugh, such a crazy friend I have.

I suddenly noticed I was not in my room, but in Jett's room. How on earth did I end up here? What happened?

I left the room, remembering I had to make breakfast for the triplet, but shockingly there were no signs of the brothers around.

“Masters, breakfast will be ready soon, I overslept.” I said out loud, but didn't get a reply.

Did they go to school without eating breakfast? Damn it, if that's the case, I am doomed again, I will get punished for not preparing breakfast for them to eat before they head to school.

I stepped out and noticed their cars were packed in the compound, did they leave their cars behind? What could be happening? They hardly leave their cars behind?

The boys living in the compound but not the same building as the Golden brothers were the only ones left in the house, they don't usually talk to me, in fact, I am like a ghost to them.

I feel they are just following orders, one of them came to me saying,“The Alpha's won't be home for two weeks, they went on a field trip, curfew for you is 8pm, failure to do so, we are ordered to lock you up.”

“Thank you.” I said, returning to the living room. The alpha word again, I still wish to believe Dave is not a monster and I just hallucinated everything that took place that day.

I need to get ready for school now, I don't wish to be late, and I am happy for two weeks I will be free from bullies and assault by the Triplet.

I took a cool bath and enjoyed singing my favorite song while dressing when a notification came from Dave.

Holy shit, I failed in meeting with Dave yesterday because I passed out, he will be so pissed that I disappointed him again. I opened the text and realized he was not even angry with me.

“Hi pretty, I miss you already, two weeks is like hell to me.”

“I miss you too, I am sorry about yesterday.”

“It's fine, you don't have to talk about it, I hope you and Cindy get to have fun so when I return, you both tell me about it.”

“Sure, I am so sure she also misses you already, you know how she is fond of you.”

Immediately I got a text from Axel with an angry emoji,“Don't tell me you are chatting with Dave, do you have a death sentence?”

Jett also texted,“I hope you feel much better and when I return, let me know who did that to you. ” There is no way I will let Jett know, I don't want another fight between brothers because of me.

Diesel also messaged, saying,“We got eyes on you even if we are not there, don't even think of escaping or bringing friends to the house.” Gosh, the triplet are my worst nightmares.I can't believe they will haunt me down again through this method online, do they hate me that much?

I got to school and attended my first class, taking down some notes and asking questions. For once, I am acting like a regular student without the fear of bullying or assault by the brothers.

I finished with class and went to look for Cindy who didn't smile at me,“I am so sorry Cindy, for real, I didn't mean to shout at you, I was just angry.”

“I don't need your apology, and you know that.” She replied, folding her hands.

“You can't be angry at me forever, and you also owe me an apology for misunderstanding things.”

“Really? I wasn't lying, the clear proof was there, how do you even do it?”

“Can we not talk about it and just say you forgive me, I will never raise my voice at you, but don't know if I will when I get angry.”? I added looking down, and she smiled saying,“Okay fine, and I forgive you, but you still need to tell me why the Triplet are so interested in you.”

“They are not interested in me, maybe they just hate me and that's all.”

“So Dave hates you as well, is that the lie you came up with?”

“I need to pick up my note for next class in my locker and keep this, come with me.” I said to her just to end the topic.

Opening the locker, a terrible smell came from it, and we covered our noses.I saw rotten fruits and food.

“Gross, why would you place such in there.”? Cindy asked, still covering her nose.

“I really don't know how this got here, but I am not stupid to put this here.”

“Everyone gathered round.” I heard Tracy's voice, she must be the one, but why is gathering everyone?

“Mariam is a poor bitch looking for means of survival. that's why she tried flirting with the Golden brothers, they left today, and she had no means to eat, so she went to the dust bin to pick some rotten fruits, so disgusting.”

“No, it's not true, I don't eat from the dust bin.” I was shivering already, and they all mocked me, it brought out memories of my past school. “A poor bitch looking for means to survive is not supposed to be in this school.”

“Yes, fat cheek, you are not welcome here.”

“Feed her,her own medicine.” Tracy ordered, and they gripped me and stopped Cindy from interfering, the rotten fruit were forced into my mouth and pictures and videos were taken of me.
