End of Flashback
“I didn’t fail on my part; she died for good, and we all attended her funeral.” Queen Rebecca said it out loud to them.
“Then we don’t have a problem, but I am confused at a particular thing now: if she gave birth to a son and a female looking like her comes to your home, is there a tendency that we are missing something here? Do you think the people who delivered the baby lied to us?” Mary, the fourth accomplice added , and they thought about it.
“No, it’s not possible; if there is a mistake in the plans and the news comes out, we are all doomed, and the Alpha will not waste any time in killing us.” Peter added.
“I want you all to find out everything and give me feedback, then we meet again, but one thing: all the maids that worked for Nora, Mary, did you kill them all?” Rebecca questioned.
"Yes, I did, but I will make my findings if truly everyone was gathered at the place the following night.”
“Good, have a fruitful night.” She said taking her leave immediately, as well as the rest.
She entered her room and took off her clothes, telling the maid to burn them as she stepped into the bathroom, turning on the shower. She spent hours thinking of the past and then let out an evil smile.
The following morning, Alpha Aiden headed to his wife's room and kissed her cheek as she opened her eyes slowly, saying, “Good morning, darling.”
She saw Aiden and closed her eyes immediately. “Come on, love, do not tell me you are still upset with me, and okay, tell me what I should get you when I return tonight.”
“You know what to get me." She finally replied with a smile, and he kissed her.
“I will see you when I get back there, and please be good.” He said.
“I heard you." She replied.
“See you when I get back." He said and took his leave to meet with his beta as they drove out together.
“So tell me, Aiden, did Rebecca fight you because of Mariam?”
“I guess you already know the answer to that." He replied.
“She is just jealous, you know, but I know she will not have any option but to accept her soon.”
“Yeah, that’s my hope.”
“So how is she doing?”
“She is great, though we didn’t talk this morning since she is still sleeping; maybe when I get back tonight.”
“Okay, I guess you need to teach her how to heal; you've got the gift.” They continued with their conversation until they got to their destinations.
The beta of the pack they went to pay a visit to announced his arrival, and everyone was happy. After a few minutes of celebrating, they went straight to the reason they came to the pack.
“So you mean, you heard a loud scream, and when you went to the place to check, the girl sleeping went missing?” Beta Elvis asked, and the Alpha nodded. They investigated the place together.

Luna Rebecca was really happy that the Alpha has left, now she can do whatever she pleases to the girl so she can give up and run away for good so she made use of Agatha to send in the new maid she is going to assign to Mariam.
“My queen, this is Sophia, the new maid for Mariam and have no worries, she is perfect for the job.” Agatha said with a dangerous smile.
“Greetings my queen.” Sophia said going on her knees.
“You know what to do Sophia?” Rebecca questioned.
“Yes I do my Queen.”
“Good and make sure she doesn’t know you work for me, I want you to be close to her as soon as possible, make her trust you, make her feel like you are the only friend she has here and find out all her secret.”
“Yes my queen, I promise not to fail.”
“Good, also report to me everything she does and this is your first plan this morning, make yourself known to her and when she request for food, go to the kitchen and return to her saying there is an order not to give her food and leave the rest for me.”
“I will do just that my queen.”
“You may leave.”
Sophia left immediately and Rebecca said to Agatha, “Any little mistake, kill her at once and cover it up.”
“Yes my queen, I will get the maids in charge of the kitchen today like you requested.”
‘“Good.”
Agatha left and Rebecca smiled saying, “This is my home and I dictate what happens around here, Mariam, you should never have come here in the first place."
The order was giving to the maids in the kitchen and everything was carried out smoothly as planned and when the Queen was told, she involved herself by stepping out with the maids faking their tears.
“My queen, she is the one who did this to us, please my queen, punish her.” They all said going on their knees crying and every other person around heard it, they hated Mariam immediately.
“Mariam, I thought you were a good person, why will you do such a thing to the chef in the kitchen?” She questioned Mariam who was still in tears.
“My queen, they are all lying, they are the ones who hurt me, how can you all gang up against me? You don’t even know me.” Mariam cried out.
“Mariam, I am sorry to say this, but I would rather believe them instead of believing you, you just came in yesterday and they have been working here for years.”
“My queen, please believe me, I did no such thing, I asked for food and I was told they were ordered not to give me food, I met with them to know why but instead of a good response ,they called me names and poured water on my body.”
“Lies, my Queen she is lying.”
“Enough, Mariam, what you did is unforgivable, I will punish you now and when the Alpha comes, I will tell him of your crime and he will send you out.” She added and gave the order to lock Mariam in her room without food.
