Chapter 309: The D-Day
Chapter 309: Wedding Day
Camilla
I never thought a day like this would come in my life, although I was nervous but I had no idea why. It was going to be the happiest day of my life but my stomach swarmed with nervous flutters and my heart rate was skyrocketing all day long.
Maybe it was due to all the secrecy, my men had given me very minimal information about our wedding day which I was grateful for despite my fried nerves.
It took every ounce of stress off me and I could just enjoy the day for what it was instead of getting lost in the details and planning. They had scheduled and arranged everything all by themselves without even needing my help
They started off my day with the spa, giving me a six hour treatment from head to toe which was beyond heavenly. It was obvious that they wanted me relaxed and stress free and I really appreciate that.
I didn't have to stress about my dress, Nancy had already picked that out for me. To be honest, I never had imagined that I would be wearing this dress anytime soon and finally the day is here. My heart stuttered beneath my ribs and my expression lit up as Nancy helped me to put the dress on. It was made just for me. I knew instantly that my three men would lose their minds over it and I couldn't wait for them to see me in it or for them to take it off me.
The three of them left the house before I woke up this morning and had scheduled food to be delivered along with my hair and make-up artist to come to the house to pamper me. I had begged Susan and Nancy to give me even the tiniest details about the wedding ceremony but their lips were sealed. Nancy was enjoying it but Susan had sympathy on her face. She wanted to tell me but I knew she was bound by the promise that I am sure they made her do.
"They aren't going to know what to do with themselves when they see you, Camilla." Nancy said with a bright genuine smile on her face as we both looked at my reflection in the mirror.
"You look absolutely beautiful, my dear. I am so happy to be alive to witness this day." Susan said with tears beaming in her eyes.
"Oh, Susan. Please don't start, I don't want to ruin my makeup." She hugged me tightly, I couldn't help but feel tears beaming in my eyes as well.
"Come on, we should get going. We can't afford to keep them waiting." Nancy mumbled.
"They are going to kill me if I bring their bride late to the venue." I gave her a bright smile.
As we stepped out of the house, Jacob was already waiting and he opened the car door as soon as I came close. He couldn't look into my eyes because I knew he wouldn't be able to keep the secret if he did that.
"Is anyone going to tell me where we were going?" I asked, only to receive silence in return.
My mind ran wild, trying to picture what the wedding ceremony would be like. Would there be a huge mass of people waiting? Would it be in a church? No, surely not in a church. Will they be at the altar waiting on me? Will they greet me at the door? Will it be inside or outside?
I had voiced my concerns the night before about the legalities of being married to these three people. A question that the three of them laughed at as if it was nothing. Our conversation replayed in my head as Jacob drove us to the undisclosed venue.
None of this was legal, none of this was normal but I didn't want normal. Nothing in my childhood had been normal and I want to replace that extreme hurt and pain with the extreme joy and happiness of being married to these three, of being their wife.
Oh my goodness, their wife. That is what I am going to be. The car rolled to a stop in front of a high rise building and Jacob helped me out of the car, leading me into the cool night air towards the door and to the elevator bank. He hit the button and gave me a knowing smile.
"Penthouse," I said as I stepped out of the car.
Susan and Hannah helped me get the back of my dress as we walked towards the elevator. I clutched at my stomach, trying to control my own breathing as my adrenaline started pumping and my palms started to sweat. I had waited all day and I had no idea what to expect. Their ability to build anticipation within me and use it for pleasure was unmatched and addicting and they had accomplished it yet again.
As the elevator came to stop, the doors slowly opened to a lobby that was dimly lit and a long hallway but nothing else. But as we continued to walk through the hallway, a room dimly lit came into view. My nervous energy completely dissolved once I saw Gregorio standing on the other end of the large room. His face lit up with a devastating smile that turned my insides and made my whole body warm. Walking towards him was surreal, like I was walking towards my future and I pinched my own arm to make sure I wasn't dreaming.
"It is real, sweetheart." He said with his smile still fully intact as he watched me pinch the top of my forearm.
"I sure hope so." I said as I joined him at the altar that was covered in candles with a perfect view of the city lights in the background.
My eyes swept the room, looking for my two other men and finding them walking towards the altar as well. With them my father and Lousie Jaxson, they kept their promise. I told them I can only happily marry them if my father and their mother would be present at the wedding. I love them so fucking much, truly they can do anything for my happiness.
"Father!" I called, trying so hard not to cry so that I would not ruin my makeup.
"My child, I can't believe you have grown up to be someone's wife. I have dreamed of a day like this all my life." He said as he climbed on the altar.
"You look absolutely beautiful," he added, giving me a hug.
"Could you please forgive me for all my wrong doing?" He asked as we broke the embrace.
"Not today, father. Today is the happiest day in your daughter's life. I want my father to be happy while giving me away." I said, he turned to face the three dangerous gorgeous men I have ever set my eyes on. Their tailored gray suits hugged them perfectly, sending butterflies to my stomach.
"Sorry can't be enough for the wrong doings." Adriano exchanges looks with his brothers.
"Lucas, let's bury the past and start a new beginning. Father-in-law?" Adriano said, my father smiled through his tears.
"I am giving my daughter to the three of you, please cherish her all the days of your lives." He muttered, taking my hand and placing it on top of Adriano's, Domenico's and Gregorio's on mine.
"Camilla is the air we breathe, Lucas. I mean father-in-law?" Domenico responded
"She is our priceless jewelry. We love her more than life itself." Gregorio added.
I couldn't describe how swollen my heart is at this moment. I turned to Lousie, her eyes welled up with tears as she walked to my side.
"You are a blessing to this world, you brought my sons back to me. I will forever be grateful to you."
"It is destiny that I had to meet you." I said, hugging her back.
After all the heartfelt moments, my father and Louise returned back to the front roll chair. I am so happy that all my family and friends are present today on my big day. I couldn't ask for more.
"Camilla, this dress." Gregorio said breathlessly, giving my hips a squeeze.
"Do you like it?" I guessed, leaning into his touch.
"I am obsessed."
He took hold of my hand and twirled me in slow three hundred and sat in turn as he eyes every inch of me.
"Damn it, Camilla. I can't even look directly at you, you are so beautiful." Domenico mumbled.
"I can't wait to take it off, baby." Adriano murmured
Their compliment washed over me and I closed my eyes as I basked in them for a second or two before a male voice pulled me from my haze.
"Are you ready, Mr. Jaxson?" The priest asked.
I was so lost in the moment that I hadn't even noticed him but Adriano took hold of my hands and looked down at me with nothing but love in his eyes.
