Chapter forty three

“Sophia it’s nice to finally meet you!” Xiao’s wolf said in a very deep cold voice that caused me to shiver deep down my spine. I accepted this from Xiao’s wolf. He himself has a cold voice and talks more of his wolf.

“It’s nice to meet you too.” I replied to him. I intentionally didn’t mention any name. All I know is that the names of the twin wolves are Austin and Asher. I don’t know who is who.

“What is your own name?.” I bravely asked because I wanted to prevent myself from mistaking one for the other.

“Nice of you to have asked. I am Asher!”. Asher introduces Xavier’s wolf as Austin. Despite knowing his name, I want to hear it from his mouth. He had been quiet since he took over which is an opposite character of Xavier. Xavier is never the type to be quiet. I have expected his wolf to be like that also. But I guess I have assumed wrong.

“What about you? What is your name?.” I asked while facing his direction.

“I am Austin! It’s nice meeting you.” He answered in a deep but calm voice. At least he has the same calmness as Xavier.

“Well then, Austin and Asher, it has to have been introduced to both of you.” I said after a minute of silence between us.

“The pleasure is ours. We have always wanted to meet you. But the twins feel that we will not be able to control ourselves from mating you”. Asher explained.

“O! I don’t know what to say. But you guys seem to be in control”. I blare out not knowing if what I said actually makes any sense.

“You have no idea how hard it is for us!”. Austin blotted out as he moved closer to me.

“Can I?”. He asked for permission and I nodded even though I didn't know what he was asking for. Immediately I nod my head. He drew it into his arms and placed his face on my neck. And it seems as if he is inhaling me?


“You smell so good!.” Austin chanted as he placed his face deeper into my neck. It seems as If a repeat of yesterday is about to happen. After some minutes, he let go of me and sat upright.

We talked for a few minutes and I really enjoyed talking to them.


“As much as we will look to spend the whole night with you, we can’t. The twins are restlessly asking to have control of their bodies back. It was actually nice talking with you.” Asher fared his goodbye.


“And as much as we will look to meet your wt, maybe the next time. Conceive the Alpha told you to talk to us more often. Okay?”. Austin said.

“I will.” I answered and we all hugged each other at the same time. By the time they had let me go, Xavier and Xiao were back in control of their bodies.


“Did you have a nice time?”. Xavier asked.

“Yes I did. Thank you!”. I cheerfully said. All the twins and their wolves have different personalities. So it is as if I am together with four different people at the same time. It feels like a dream.

“Alright dreamer. Don’t forget that there are two of us. Not only you”. Aliyah barks inside my head.

“O someone seems jealous.” I jest at her.

“Me? Jealous? Do you? You must be joking. In case you have forgotten, I am a better version of you. And as soon as all four of them meet me, they will love me more than you”. Aliyah proudly stated. I can’t believe I actually missed her when she was gone.

“O yeah? We will wait and see If that will really happen”. I fired back at her.

“O you bet we will!.” Aliyah fired back at me.

“We are glad you did”. Xiao said, bringing me out of my internal fight with Aliyah. I am so touched that the Alphas shared this personal side of theirs with me. They have actually been trying to see that things work out between us. Whereas, I have been doing nothing on my own part. I decided to share my story with them because I feel that it is necessary for them to know about me if we are really going to move our relationship to the next level.

“Thanks for today, now it’s my turn. I will tell you the story of how I ended up in this pack”. I declared.

“You don’t have to. If you don’t want to. We don’t mind”. Xavier quickly said.

“It’s fine. I want to do it”. I stated.

“Are you sure you are not doing it because you feel obligated right?”. Xiao questioned.

“Really guys. I want to!”. I said in a final voice and none of them said a word so I took it as my clue to start.


“I was the dark moon pack, I am very sure that you know that. My parents were the beta’s of the pack and so has it been since. Our lineage has always been the betas of the pack.
At the Age of fourteen, I was supposed to experience my first shift but for some reason, I didn’t. My parents waited for weeks after I turned fourteen to see if I would transform into one but I didn’t. To make it worse, that was the first time it happened. Soon I became the laughing stock of the entire pack. My parents were very ashamed of me and started to abuse me both verbally and emotionally. To make everything worse, I have to handle being bullied in school too for four good years.
Four years later, I shifted after I turned eighteen. My parents finally treated me like they were supposed to but it all ended after I shifted. I shifted into an omega and that was a shame to my family.
The next thing I knew, the Alpha called for a gathering and banished me in front of the whole pack. I was sent away immediately.

Two days later, I was tired of running and decided to take a test. There, I was attacked by some rogues that was when your gamma found me. You know the rest of the story”. I narrated to them all that happened to me ever since I clocked fourteen. By the time I was done with the story, tears were running down my eyes.
