We Need More

And from that day on, my happiness knows no bounds.
We are a happy family with our best friends.
Lorrich has his best time. Andre enrolled him in a preschool and today Anele and Dordrich are taking him to his first day. He is completely ready, together with Aziel he has selected his school bag and supplies, bought new clothes in town. Aziel now does the final inspection as Dordrich drives into the garage.
The latter steps in with Anele. “Lorrich, ready for your first day in school?” his father asks, squatting on his haunches. Anele takes his hand. “Don't be afraid, my brother. I'll stay with you and if they're not nice, we'll go back." Anele protects her brother like a mother hen, not even an ant dares to bite Lorrich. It always looks so funny when the two are together.
Lorrich gives me a kiss and hugs Aziel before he leaves with the two. I lean against Aziel when I see my son walking away, he is growing like a weed. I can barely remember the day I held him like a baby in my inexperienced arms.
Meanwhile, the relationship between Lorrich and the Fellogan family is fantastic. He found his way within the group, they welcomed him with open arms. Dordrich strictly adheres to the appointments, he picks him up two weekends a month and also at peak times within his families, such as birthdays and special occasions. But the bond with Aziel is also strong, actually special. When Lorrich is at the Fellogan's and he's being asked questions that he doesn't know how to answer, he picks up his phone and calls Aziel to help him out. Aziel knows better than anyone, he often says.
But he won't let go of Andre, Rick and Archer either. After Aziel gifted him the phone, my son insisted that all the numbers of his dads and moms are added. Every evening he calls a different father to tell his stories in detail. The way in which he ensures their attention is simply exceptional, he manages his affairs sublimely.
But something has been bothering me for a few days now. My cycle is a week late and I notice that I need sex more than before. More frequent and longer, insatiable. Aziel hasn't noticed anything yet, he probably thinks it's a temporary flurry. But every night I claim him, wanting my man in every possible position. Not only the sex but also my skin changes. My face is glowing more and my skin appears fairer than before. A slight suspicion occurs to me that I am pregnant again, but it is really too early to be sure. When I think of a new baby, I feel so complete.
As I walk into the bedroom, I see Aziel getting ready to go to work. I stand looking at him with admiration, dreaming what our son would look like. “Honey, I know you love me, but we both have a business that we run. Get ready for work soon”, he reminds me absently. I walk towards him, stand in front of him with sparkling eyes.
“Aziel, we need more children. When Lorrich is a little older, he has the responsibility of the Fellogans on his shoulders. We'll hardly get to see him," I say ambiguously. Aziel smiles, he understands exactly what I mean. He gives me a light kiss on the lips. “I would be the happiest man on earth if you gave me a child,” he whispers. "It's something I dream of, holding our child in my arms." He presses me against him, I can hear his heart beating faster.
“But we don't use protection. Maybe we're already there," I answer. Aziel's grip tightened around my arms, stiffening, he holds me close. After a few moments, he takes a step back and looks at me. “Loraine!” he exclaims breathlessly. "Really? Shall we go to the doctor now? Ooohh honey, I want this so bad." I jump into his arms, expanding our family would be great. “Let's wait a while. I'm not really getting any symptoms, we still have time," I tell him. He puts his hand tenderly on my stomach and looks at me with awe.
From that day on, everything changes.
Aziel insists on having a driver take me to and from work. Today he announced that a maid will be here twice a week to tidy up the house and do the laundry. He also takes over some of my duties when it comes to Lorrich so that I can rest more. In the evening he insists that we bathe together, and then he goes more times than necessary over my belly where our baby will be visible after some weeks. It's really high at Aziel, I think amused.
Every day when I arrive at home, he already has the food on the table, I don't have to help him with the preparation as before. To be honest I miss those moments, they were the occasions when we bonded. Even when I am at work, I notice that the secretary more often orders my lunch in the cafeteria, so that I am always fed. I think Aziel charged her with that task.
But after two weeks I've had enough, I want my old life back.
“Aziel, I'm grateful for all the comforts you've arranged for me, but I miss our days in front of the stove. Please, slow down, babe”, I urge him. We lie in bed, Aziel with a book in one hand while the other caressed my belly thoughtlessly. He looks up guiltily. “Sorry, babe. You don't know what it feels like to be a father for the first time. This feeling is more amazing than Damian told me about it”. Hearing Damian's name my eyes widen first, but then I burst out laughing uncontrollably.
“Aziel, listen, we're really not going to start a football team like Damian. It won't be seven, believe me, I won't survive that”, I explain to him with raised eyebrows. Aziel laughs. “Then let's agree to five. We can afford it, Loraine. We make millions, that's too much for two kids to live on. We really need more, honey," he teases.
“Aziel!”, I exclaim in terror. "Are you serious?". I can't believe my ears.
“Loraine, don't worry. We can pay nannies. Get my babies, I'll solve all the problems that come." That fiancé of mine is clearly daydreaming. Even five is too much for this life..
