**Stephan POV: **
I couldn’t sleep at all last night it seems my mate decided to fuck with my brother at all. If she was marked by me it would hurt like hell, but all I felt was Virtue was howling in my head. The only thing that claimed him down a little was me holding Terry. Welp today is the I am supposed to face Seth.
I know he was shocked I have a copy of our parents' will. Mother gave them to me on one of her many visits. She said she wanted to make sure I knew of my inheritance but made me not to open it until both of them were dead. When father died, I was at the funeral lurking in the showdowns. There was no way in hell I would have missed it.
My only regret was that I couldn’t comfort mom and Yvette. When mother died it hurt me the most, she was my support system. After about a month I opened her, and father will. Father was a typical one, but mothers surprised me everything father left he she left me making me technically Seth’s boss in our outside businesses. As well as part landowner in the pack and technically I can’t be banished from it. It had a list of accounts in her name and in mine, most would have taken the money and ran but not me. I want it all the pack and the business all of it.
“What’s your game plan here”, Terry asked.
“What do you mean?’, I asked acting dumb.
“Don’t play dumb you know what I mean are you really going to turn your brother’s life up and down just because you can”, she said pissed off.
“Yes, all my life my brother thought he was the better man, but he is not. I would have never let Yvette die. Because of his failure she died and blamed me for it”, I said mad at her.
“You do this, and I am leaving”, she said.
“Go ahead I am sure the Dragon will be happy find you”, I said like she doesn’t mean anything to me.
“Then it's settled when you come back, I won’t be here. It was nice knowing you”, she said as she started to pack. I open my desk and get write he a check.
“Here if you must go take this check and cash. I don’t want you back on the streets”, I said as I handed her the check.
“One million dollars…. that’s what you are giving me. So, you do want me to leave”, she said crossing her arms.
“No, I don’t but if you must I want you it to be hard for the dragon to find you. Use the cash for a down payment on an apartment while you wait for the check to clear it might take a week”, I said to her. In all reality she can’t cash the check she will have to deposit it and that will give me access to an address for her so I can find her after I am done.
“You're such a stubborn ass”, she said.
“So, I am told”, I said before I take her in my arms and kiss her with passion. Damn her lips taste so good.
“You can't be fucking serious about letting her leave”, Virtue asked piss off.
“Why you acting like this? She is not our mate nor is she Yvette?”, I asked knowing the answer
“It doesn’t matter she will be a damn good replacement”, he said and I cut off his link.
I left the room when got outside Gator was already waiting for me with some of my men. They looked past me and I turned, and Terry was there with her bag in hand. She looks at Gator and nod at him. She look at me with pleading eyes then she walked off towards the town. Fighting the urge to run to her and drag her back. We make our way to the pack of course Seth and Morton are there waiting. I was shocked to see Sol and Sherry weren’t in attendance.
“I assume you read the wills brother”, I said with a smirk.
“Yes, I did. Tell me how you got them by the way?”, Seth asked.
“Mother gave them to me on one of her many visits. She said she wanted to make sure I knew of my inheritance but made me not to open it until both of them were dead”, I said looking at him.
“What is it you want?”, he asks.
“I want it all…. all new socks and drawls”, I said I am going to make it hard for him on purpose.
“Cut the shit”, Gar said.
“Well, if you must know me and my pack will move on to the part of the land I LEGALLY own”, I said.
“OVER MY DEAD FUCKING BODY!”, Seth yelled.
“Well brother your dead body will be the welcome mat we need if you insist”, I say with a shrug.
“Really Stephan what is it you want?”, Morton asked.
“It's Alpha Stephan and we all just hear what he wants”, Gar said.
“Seth I am legally able to bring my whole pack here so if you try to stop us, we will use force”, I said comely know we will end up fighting.
“I will buy you out name your price”, Seth said.
“Buy me out for what? Seth, I have more money than you. Shit I am technically your boss”, I said laughing.
“The answer is no”, Seth said.
“WELL, LET IT BE WITNESS BY YOUR MEN AND MINE THAT BY YOUR ACTIONS YOU HAVE DECLARED WAR!”, I yelled.
“VERY WELL ATTACK!”, he yelled.
My brother is so predictable I knew he would deny me my right to the land inherited to me. And of course, he ordered an attack thinking I was here with just a hand full of man. Once the attack ordered was heard my men came jumping down from the tress, some in wolf form some in human form. I must say the battle is getting heated I already mind linked all of my men and told them Seth is off limits he is mine.
Still in my human form I am ripping got throats left and right. Until I see Seth he is in human form as well and we are both killing whoever attack us no matter what form they are in. We finally reached other and punch each other at the same time and fall on our asses. We get up to charge at each other than shots ring out.
