**McKee POV: **
Abrams made it clear he wants to attack the pack before Bastet's time frame. I have to warn her somehow, I do not want her to be caught off guard. I also have been keeping an eye on John. He has indeed stopped seeing Terry, however, it is mainly because now he knows he is being watched. One Terry was banging on his door losing her shit. I laughed watching her yell and scream at the door. She knew he was home the fucking coward had to send his uncle down to tell her he isn't home. I thought long and hard about how to notify Bastet about Abram's plan to attack early.
I thought about how to send the message to her. I decided to record a message on a drone and fly it low over the pack lands hoping patrol will snatch it and give it to Bastet or at least the Alpha. After recording the message, I set the coordinates in the navigation and then launched it from Bastet and I's house. I hope that it gets to her.
**Seth POV: **
Sin and I felt much better after talking to Bastet about getting turned. May Alphas have mates that never got turned? Those Alphas kill themselves or go mad with grief after their mates die. This is an institution the house Alphas who lost their minds due to their mates dying, most of them had human mates. We understand her reason for wanting to wait but that does not mean I have to like it. I left Bastet in the room to go finish up on some paperwork.
“Seth are you busy?”, Bastet asked from the door.
“No, babe, how was your nap?”, I asked.
“It was good I was downstairs talking to Sherry and Morton”, she said. I hope they convinced her to get turned earlier.
“How are they? ”, I asked.
“Good, Sol wrote Sherry a letter. Sherry asked me to read it and give my opinion on the matter”, she said as she rubbed her stomach.
“What matter?”, I asked I am sure I miss something while I was working.
“She apologized to Sherry for being a bad friend and basically want to rebuild their relationship", Bastet said with a shrug.
“And what did you say?”, I asked hoping Bastet gave a truthful opinion
“I told Sherry she should give her a chance. Just because Sol does not like me does not mean they can't befriend”, Bastet said with a shrug.
“Why would you tell her that?”, I asked.
“Because it's true. They were friends before I came along. Rather Sol likes me or not it should not affect their friendship”, she said speaking like a true Luna.
“I am so proud of you. Honestly, Morton has not been the same. I think the fact that he is in the position where he loves his sister but he has a duty as my best friend and Beta”, I said walking over to rub her stomach.
“Also, I need to tell you something else, but you have to promise not to get mad. You either Sin please do not get mad”, she said looking worried.
“I promise, but Sin refuses to do so, go ahead and talk to me baby”, I said as I placed her on my lap.
“The other reason I want to wait to get turned is because if she is Jason's child he would not want her to be turned and I have to respect his wished as her bio dad”, she said looking more worried than before.
“I can't believe she just said the shit. Why the hell would her lover even matter”, Sin said fighting for control
“Chill the fuck out she is pregnant you are not taking control and scare her”, I said pushing him back.
“I know you can't be considering this reason of hers”, Sin said pissed off.
“It is her decision we can't make her do something she does not want to do Sin”, I almost yelled at him.
“Fuck that you can’t make her do something she doesn’t want to do. But I can. once it is done there is no turning back it is not like she will leave us anyway”, Sin said with an eye roll.
“Seth please say something baby”, Bastet with pleading eyes. I was arguing with Sin I totally lost track that she was here.
“Baby, how about we cross that bridge when we get there okay? Whatever you decided I will stand by you”, I said then kissed her.
“Thank you, Seth. What about Sin?”, she asked.
“Sin, does not agree but he will get over it”, I said.
We cuddled in each other arms until I got a mind link from Morton. He sounds like it is urgent. I can't get a day of peace like what the hell? I have Bastet's emotions going hey wire, then Sin's emotions are making me hot. I am trying to hold it together Bastet is worried about Sin's reaction to what she said.
“Alpha patrol found this”, Moton said holding a drome.
“That is one of Jason dromes'”, Bastet said getting up pretty fast and plugging it into my computer.
“I thought your husband was the one with the dromes?”, Morton asked and I growled at him. I do not care about her human way I am her mate.
“Everyone on my team has their own set of dromes'. This one is Jason, I chose the matte color so it could camouflage with anything. If this was caught Jason wanted it to be caught”, she said pulling up a video on the screen.
She gasped and whisper his name in a longing way I do not like at all. The man on the screen looks like a man missing the love of his life. If he was a wolf, you would think he lost his mate. I looked over to Bastet she was crying. I know she still loves him, hell I can feel it through the bond. But her love for me is much more so I will try not to kill him. “Bastet baby I hope you are doing good. Listen baby I had no other to warn you. Your father is planning an early attack. He did not specify a date or time, but he made it clear that he will not wait. I tried to convince him but he will not budge. Baby I will keep trying but I need you to be prepared, your dad is not going to hold back he will attack full force. I am afraid of that when happens it will not matter if you are alive or not the damage will already be done. I love you baby and will see you soon”, her lover said.
“This is bad”, Bastet said with a whisper.
“How bad?”, I asked.
“Full force means my dad calls upon all of our branches to attack this pack”, Bastet said with fear in her eyes.
“How many are we talking about?”, Morton asked
“Well in the united states alone we have branches in every state about six hundred men”, she said.
“THAT IS OVER THIRTY THOUSAND ME!”, I yelled.
“Yes, not counting our men outside the United States. If my dad calls everyone none of the pack members will survive”, Bastet said crying.
“When was the last time something like this happened?", Morton asked
“One other time when Abraham Van Helsing's wife was turned by vampires. Everyone in the coven was wiped out. The whole human village was burned down”, she said.
“Damn, I think we should consider telling her father she is alive”, Morton said.
“If he knows there is a possibility John will run”, she said.
“If the association arms run that wide, I doubt he will be able to hide if he does run”, I said trying to calm Bastet.
“Luna, I know you want revenge but we can't risk our pack members' lives for it”, Morton said I agree with him.
“Baby why don't you go eat and lay down? Morton and I will talk about this some more”, I said she left reluctantly.
Morton and I discussed what should be done. First, there will be a curfew and no one outside after dark which is six pm. Those who are of training age will train every day at noon if they are not at work. I ordered supplies to build more bunkers. I don’t want innocent women and children getting killed. Also, we need to tell Stephan since our pack is on top of each other he is in the line of fire as well. We decided we will not involve any of our allies in this battle. I have to admire Bastet's dad I can't say I would be doing something if I was in his shoes. I can't wait to meet him in calm circumstances.
