**Jazz POV: **
Today is the big day, its Cleo's birthday. I must say West and Valenzano worked hard decorating and I was happy spending his money. Cleo is going to love what he have planned for her we decided that since her birthday is on a Saturday we will stay until Monday. Cleo never liked celebrating her birthday but as her best friend I make sure she never not celebrates her birthday. So, here I go with my annual birthday wake-up. I walk to Cleo's room to wake her up.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY", I say as I jump on her bed.
"I'm up.... I'm up...you know Jazz this never gets old.... thanks", she says she gets up.
"You're welcome now shower and get dressed. Also pack an overnight bag", I say.
"Why? Where are we going", she asked?
"You shall see", I say with a grin.
"What should I pack", she asked
"Something sexy, something comfortable, and something nice", I say with a wink.
I leave while Cleo gets ready in the meantime in-text West to see if he and Valenzano are on schedule with everything. They are and that is great, the plan is that we get there as soon as it is dark, and we got to the old pack lands and her surprise begins. Finally, Cleo was ready with the overnight bag.
"So, Cleo how are you and Valenzano been going", I ask.
"Not got we had a huge argument about him not letting Daniels and Jack go, we kind of low key still mad at him", she says shaking her head aggravated.
"Did he give a reason why he won't let them go, I like them they seem cool", I say.
"No, he just said I'm acting like a Luna even though I don't want to be one. Then said only and Luna can make suggestions like that", she says.
"Well, if it makes you feel any better, he is not letting them out probably because they didn't find the mole yet", I say trying to give her a reason why he won't let them go.
"I tried talking to him to get a reason and he went straight to the whole Luna crap and blah...blah...blah", she says very annoyed.
Damn, I hope this convo won't mess up her mood for later.
"I'm sure once they find the mole, he will let them out and join the pack", I said.
"Do they have any idea who it could be", she asked.
"Well, West thinks for sure it is Avaya, but Valenzano is not too sure about it being her", I said and she rolled her eyes. I can see a bit of jealousy in her eyes.
"Or more likely he doesn't want to believe it", she says sarcastically.
"Well, whoever it is they will find them, and when they do I feel sorry for that person Valenzano and West are not two brothers you would want to betray", I say.
"How is your relationship with Vintage", I asked out of curiosity.
"I haven't spoken to him since the whole Robert dinner thing", she says without a care in the world.
"Do you want to talk to Vintage, I asked.
"Yes, I have to be honest I love the last encounter Vintage and I had, however Valenzano thought I was hurt and won't let him out while I am around", aww I like how she liked Vintage.
We continued with our spa day and I talked to her about how I am going to ask West to mark me. Surprisingly she is supportive of it even though that means I will have to stay with West on pack lands and fulfill my role as a female Beta.
I wish Cleo will stay and be Luna, who would have thought two best friends will end up with two brothers. Cleo got her nails bedazzled and I got my plain. I convinced her to get a sugar rub with me mine was strawberry and hers was chocolate. In-between services West text me for updates he and Valenzano are finishing the last finishing touches before we arrive.
**Cleo POV: **
We felt amazing after the spa it was the best way to spend my birthday. It's starting to get dark and Jazz said we are heading to our final destination. We are driving towards the pack lands, but Jazz made a different turn than usual. Talking to Jazz made me realize I do miss Vintage, I just might as Valenzano can I talk to him. The night we spent together was amazing, shit the argument was worth it.
"Jazz where the hell are, we going", I asked getting nervous.
"It's a surprise girl trust me you will like it ", she says with a grin.
We finally get to our destination and it is beautiful. There are little lights everywhere this place looks like a little village. I get out of the car and I hear the music start to play and someone is singing.
“Beautiful, beautiful, no other name. I knew from the moment you came. I've seen in your eyes the dawn of a day. Where nothing will ever be the same. Feel my heart beating through my chest. I'll get used to just saying "yes". Yes, I'll love you with all I am. Yes, tonight is where we begin”, I recognized the voice it is Val.
I am looking around, but I don't see anyone. I look over at Jazz and she is standing there smiling at me. I am still confused as to what is going on and why are we here. If it wasn't for the light surrounding the area it would be pitched black. Suddenly as the song keeps going, I see a figure coming out of the shadows. It's Valenzano and he is the one singing the song. He gets closer to me and takes my hand and kisses it and smiles so wide and continues to sing.
“Oh, I wanna dance with you. Oh, I'll promise to stand for you. Oh oh oh, Oh oh oh. I'll do anything for you. Oh yeah, oh yeah. Tonight, my love all I want. I wanna sing for you. Yeah, I'll sing for you. Happy birthday, baby. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday, baby. Happy birthday to you”, fuck he looks so good. I am not sure if ia m mad anymore at him.
Then out of nowhere, all the lights go off. I am so lost in the song I am not even scared. Fireworks start and they spell out HAPPY BIRTHDAY CLEO. Tears start to fall from my eyes, and Valenzano wipes them away as he sings to me. He gets behind me and wraps his arms around me and kisses my neck, and the lights come back on.
Out of nowhere Jazz and West push out a dining table with food and a cake on it. Valenzano takes my hand and guides me to the table while still singing. I am overwhelmed with such happiness. No one has ever done something like this for me. I look at the cake and it is a cake covered in butterflies made of sugar.
“Tonight, my love all I want. I wanna sing for you. Yeah, I'll sing for you. Happy birthday, baby. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday, baby. Happy birthday to you”,
As the song come to an end Valenzano, Jazz, and West all sing happy birthday day to me. Tears of happiness continued to flow from my eyes. West light the candles and I make a wish. As soon as I looked back up Valenzano kisses me with so much passion I almost came right then and there.
"Happy birthday baby", he says his lips not leaving mine.
"Happy birthday Cleopatra", Vintage says as they continued to kiss me.
"Happy birthday Cleo", West says as he breaks up the kiss, I am Having with Vintage making him growl.
We sit down and eat, and they talk about the facial expression I had on my face when the whole surprise started. We were joking and talking. Then West announced its time for presents. I told them they didn't have to give me any gifts the setup was more than enough.
Jazz went first she gave me a gift card to my favorite outlet mall, West got cosmetics from Christian Louboutin I am sure Jazz helped him with it. Last but not least is Valenzano's gift which is a necklace and pendant the pendant has my birthstone and hers surrounded by blue diamonds
"Cleopatra, I have a gift for you as well", Vintage says.
"But Valenzano already gave me some gifts", I said confused.
"Yes, he did but I got you a gift of my own", He says.
"Aww Vintage you didn't have to", I say feeling loved.
"Of course, I did you are just as much as mine as you are Valenzano's", Vintages says with a smile. Vintage gift is amazing it's a diamond charm bracelet with a wolf charm that looks like Vintage encrusted in chocolate diamonds.
"It is beautiful Vintage thank you", I say with a smile.
"It is a small reminder of who you belong to", And everyone started laughing after he said that.
