**Time jump two weeks after the ceremony.
Seth POV: **
“Mom.... dad wake up”, I hear an overly hyper Danny say as he bounces on the bed.
“Danny no bouncing on the bed you can disturb Bastet and the baby”, I said trying to get him to stop.
“But dad we are supposed to see the baby today. Come on get up”, Danny says with a sad face.
“Danny, baby we got plenty of time before we have to go and see the baby”, Bastet said sleepily.
“But you have to get dressed and feed the baby before we go. Mom, please get up”, Danny said whining a little more.
“Okay, baby how about you tell the cook to make our favorite breakfast while Dad and I shower and get dressed”, Bastet said.
“Okay”, Danny said as he ran out of our room.
“Where does he get all that energy from I need to get some”, Bastet said as she struggles to get out of bed.
“We are about to have two of those in a short time and I can't wait to have more”, I said helping her up out of bed.
“More, you want more after this?”, Bastet asked with a serious tone.
“Yeah, an Alpha must have as many pups as he can”, I said nonchalantly.
“Well, it's not the Alpha who has to push them out. So, the Alpha will have to accept how many pups his Luna will give him”, she said with a smirk.
I helped her get out of the bed and took off her clothes. I took off mine and got in the shower with her. The bigger the baby grows the harder it is for Bastet to do stuff for herself. Like yesterday I caught her lying on her back with her leg in the air trying to put on lotion. She looked like a turtle that was stuck on its back. Bastet was pissed when I had one of those shower chairs instilled in the shower so she can sit down and wash when I am not available to help her.
“When I have this baby, you are taking this damn chair out of the shower”, she said aggravated.
“I am sure you will need it in the near future", I said as wash her hair while she washes her body.
“So, you think I am joking? Seth, I am human I can't pop out babies for the rest of my life", she said.
“You are human now I can always turn you Bastet”, I said as I focused on combing her hair out. I have learned a lot about her hair over the past months. I love the texture it is curly and perfect to grip.
“Turn me?”, she asked confused.
“For a huntress, you know very little about how werewolves are made”, I said surprised she had no idea people can be turned into werewolves.
“Wait, so you can turn me, how?”, she asked.
“Sin will have to bite you”, I said pinching her nipple.
“But I have already been bitten”, she said confused.
“A mark is different from a turning bite my love”, I said as I helped her stand to rise out her hair and body.
“Now I am interested I need you to explain”, she said as I helped her out of the shower.
While I dried her off, I explained to her that if a wolf bites someone to their bone their venom will enter their bone marrow. She looked at me in fright, but I explained to her that her pain will last about a week depending on how the person's body reacted to the bit. She asked me have anyone ever died from such as bite I told her yes. I explained to her that a person dies if the bite it’s a major artery. That’s why when a person is turned the bit is either on the hand or arm. Never on the neck or thigh, or near any major arteries.
She relaxed a little bit. Bastet was in deep thought as I went to get her something to wear for the day. I picked out a tan-colored bohemian embroidered suspender dress. It has been a mission to keep her clothed, yesterday I caught her in the garden only wearing a satin robe. When I asked her where are her clothes, she said the clothes are uncomfortable and did not want to wear any. After that, I asked Sherry to order the lights dresses for Bastet that she can find. Bastet doesn’t even does not want to wear underwear. So, we came to a compromise that she will wear assless panties.
**Bastet POV: **
As Seth look for something for me to wear, I thought about getting turned. If I get turned, I could live with him forever and have as many kids as I want and live long to see my kids grow. But that will mean I will have to watch people I love die. Jason, my dad, and some of my comrades at the association. Even though I am not going back I plan to make a peace treaty between the pack and the association. Seth picked out a beautiful ankle-length bohemian embroidered suspender dress. Damn, Seth is good a picking out my clothes it is one of his hidden talents. When the dress was finally on there was a knock on the door.
“Mom, Dad are you guys ready yet”, Danny said impatiently through the door.
“Yes, baby we are coming now”, I said.
Danny started calling me mom after the mating ceremony. Archress was not too happy about it. She spends most of her time with Danny telling him about his bio mom. As Seth and Danny walked me down to the dining hall to eat everyone bowed when we entered. Danny saw his friends and told them he was going to see my baby today. He is so happy to be a big brother. After breakfast, it was time for us to head to the hospital for the ultrasound appointment. The doctor greeted us.
“Good morning, Alpha, Luna, and little Alpha”, the doctor said.
“Good morning doctor can we see the baby now”, Danny said excitedly.
“Sure, we can how about you guys follow me”, the doctor said.
I lay on the table, and Danny sat on Seth's lap as the doctor put that cold jelly on my stomach. The doctor did his thing and took pictures of the baby's heart, spine, head, and body, to make sure it is growing properly. He cut the sound on so we can hear the baby's heartbeat. I looked over to Seth and see he is holding back tears.
The heart is loud”, Danny said smiling and listening to the heartbeat
“Yes, because the baby is strong”, Seth said smiling at me.
“Is it a boy or a girl?”, Danny asked.
“Alpha, Luna will you like to know the answer to that question?”, the doctor asked.
“Yes”, Seth and I both said at the same time.
“Well looks like you guys are having a girl”, the doctor said and I started to cry I was so happy.
“I am going to have a baby sister?”, Danny said happily until he saw me cry.
“Do not cry Mom, do not worry I will protect my baby sister like dad protects you”, Danny said then wipe my cheeks.
“I am not worried I know she will be loved and protected. I am just so happy”, I said as I see Seth trying to hold back his tears.
“How about I print you guys some more pictures”, the doctor said.
The doctor gave Danny his own picture. Once we left out of the hospital Danny ran out and showed everyone, he saw the picture of the baby. The women were awed; the men looked confused as to what he was trying to show them. I am growing tired already and it is not even noon yet. I sat on one of the benches outside to rest until I felt a cold nose on my hand. I look and Sin big black wolf is sitting next to me.
“Is mate tired”, Sin said via mind link.
“Yes, I am a baby one of the side effects of being pregnant”, I said back. This mind-linking stuff is cool. I can mind link with everyone in the pack.
“Okay, want to get on my back so I can take you back to the house”, he said.
“Sure, it's been a while since we did that”, I said as he got on his stomach then I got on and she slowly walked back to the house.
“So, we are having a girl”, Sin said.
“Yes, we are. Is that a problem?”, I asked knowing that Alpha usually wants boys.
“Not for me but for her. She will be never able to date”, Sin said in a serious tone. Lord help the man that our daughter falls in love with.
“You know she will at some point”, I said.
“Our daughter will not be allowed to leave the house without matted guard”, she said almost growling.
“That will only push her away”, I said with a sigh.
“Nope, it will keep her safe. As an Alpha daughter she is a target to those who wish to harm me or those who wish to use her as a way to gain power”, he said. I still do not understand wolf politics. But I am learning something new every day.
On the way back to the house I can feel that sin has something on his mind. When we get back, I will make sure to ask him about it. As we walked towards the house Danny ran up to us and wanted to get on. Sin got on his belly so Danny can get on in front of me. Danny saw his friends and jumped off Sin when we got to the house. Sin did not shift he just walked into the house. I quickly stripped out of my clothes as Sin watch me with his head tilted to the side.
He walks up to me and licks my stomach. An Omega brought me my late morning snack as well as a raw stake for Sin. I can tell he wants to get something off his chest. When I was done, I got on the bed under the covers. Sin got on the bed and lay beside me. It is amazing to me that he just got done eating raw meat and his breath does not stank.
