I hear snoring and slowly wake up; this bed is soft as hell. I nudge John trying to get him to stop snoring but then his snore turns into growls. “We need to talk than I will have your things packed up and some shoes for you to wear”, He said.
“Okay let’s talk”, I said as I attempted to get off the bed, but he stops me.
“Fine but my son is sleep I don’t want to wake him we can sit at the desk by the window”, he said as he got up and walked me to the desk.
In the sunlight I got a better look at him he is tall like over six feet, about 300 pounds all muscle fair skin, with short strawberry blonde hair. She places a covered plate in front of me and a glass of milk, water, and fresh squeeze orange juice. I life the cover and there is Belgium Waffle, with fresh strawberries, and mangos. She placed another cover plate I opened it and it was filled with maple bacon, my mouth watered.
“Good morning Alpha, I brought breakfast as requested”, the old woman said.
“Thank you, Nancy that will be all,” Seth said.
He had on grey sweats and I a black A-shirt. The grey sweats did nothing to hide his still hard dick. Which only made me wet, which I know he can smell because he inhaled deeply. And said the breakfast smells go but I know he was talking about me. He sits down and we eat, we steal glances at each other while we eat. Seth POV:
I haven’t slept this good in years, it felt so right all of us in the bed together. I could get use to smelling cinnamon and peaches every morning when I wake up. I notice she is trying to get out of the bed. I let her think she will achieve her mission then I grip her tighter. As she spoke, I couldn’t help but to rub her thigh and move higher and higher. “Do you know what a second chance mate is?”, I asked.
“I believe it is a second fated mate, rarely given but it does happen”, she says as she eats some beacon. I love that she have a healthy appetite.
“I need to tell you something that might sound crazy so please have an open mind”, I said hoping she doesn’t think I am crazy.
“Okay, shoot I think I heard it all”, she said still eating.
“You are my second chance mate”, I said looking her in the eyes.
“No, I am a married huntress. There is no way your Goddess would mate you to me”, she said.
“I thought so too. Tell me do you safe with me, calm?”, I asked.
“Surprisingly yes, but you know I can’t stay with you. And that lady last night who is she?”, she asked.
“Her name is Sol. I was going to choose her as my chosen mate. She is Morton’s sister, my son needs a mother, and the pack needs a Luna”, I said.
“It seems like you have everything figured out. Thanks for telling me and being so nice about”, she said as I hear Danny wake up.
We both hear him get up. I am shocked she did. She watched as he sits up and look around the room with his sleepy eyes. He spots Bastet and slowly gets out of bed and walk towards is us. My son walked right pass me and goes to Bastet.
I am beyond shocked he did that. Bastet picks him up and he rest his face on her breast I am so jealous right now. She takes a piece of beacon and feed it to him. I watch in amazement he doesn’t let anyone feed him not even me.
“What size shoes do you wear?”, I asked her I don’t want Danny to get attached to her.
“I wear a size nine in shoes, thanks”, she said as she feed Danny.
“Do you have a phone I can use? I will like to call my team and have them come get me”, she asked. I don’t feel comfortable having a team of hunters on my land.
“Yes, but please I don’t want a team of hunters on my land. I can have them meet you at the border”, I say, and she nod.
“Is Bastet going somewhere”, Danny asked.
“Yes, she have to go home to her family”, I tell him.
“Why can’t she stay?”, he asked.
“Because her family misses her”, I say with a sigh.
“They miss her and her pup?”, Danny asked I am shocked he know about her baby.
“There is a phone in my office you can use it when you guys are done”, I said.
“Okay, thanks a lot”, she says with a smile.
“Danny, will you show Bastet to my office when you are done”, I asked, and he nods with a poked lip.
I got up and kissed Danny’s forehead and nod at Bastet. I am shock he knows her name. He must have come and to look for me while I was downstairs. I need to talk to Morton and Stephan we need to prepare for the hunters’ arrival at the border.
