**Sherry POV: **
“Come on baby, please. We haven't made love since before the baby was born", Morton whines rubbing his hard dick on my leg.
“Morton I am sorry love but I have to get and meet up with Bastet today”, I said pushing off.
“Promise me we will make love tonight, please. Dez and I are getting restless”, he said pleading with me.
“Okay can you let me go now I have to pee”, I said trying to get out of his grip.
Finally, he lets me go to the bathroom and do my morning routine. Morton is right we haven't had sex since I gave birth. I don’t know how to tell him that I am starting to feel self-conscious about my body. The pregnancy did wonders for my body it gave me curves I never had before curved that Morton loves. I know most women would be happy to get their pre-baby body back. Unfortunately for me, I got my pre-baby body back and it doesn't look as good as my baby body.
Bastet told me about the dinner Seth had planned for her. I hoped everything we great with them. They both deserve the happiness that having a mate brings. And on top of that they are wonderful for each other. I put on pair of jeans and a crop top and make my way to the living room where to meet Bastet.
“Hey girl”, I say with a smile.
“What's up”, she said.
“Nothing sorry I am late I had to fight Morton off again”, I said as she poured us some tea.

“So how was the dinner last night?”, I asked with a smile.
She smiled and told me that Seth told her how she feels. Bastet feels the same way she is just conflicted because she is pregnant. She told me he sang to her and that is rare Seth has an amazing voice. But he doesn’t see often, if a person is lucky, you can hear him sing to Danny at night in his room. Bastet doesn’t know what she wants to do. The mate bond is working and it is strong. I know she still loves her husband and lover and blames herself for her husband shooting her.
“Bastet it's not your fault that your husband shot you. It's not your fault that you love two men. Hell, it is not even your fault that you have feelings for Seth”, I said trying to ensure her.
“You don’t understand Sherry”, she said to me about to cry.
“Of course, I do honey. I was abducted, raped, and passed around from man to man just because they could do it. I got pregnant by one of my rapists. Who happens to be the brother of m mate's best friend? I have to see the face of my rapist in the eyes of my son and so do my mate. Let alone see my rapist damn near every day. I have to deal with all of this and it is not my fault", I said crying as well.
“I am so sorry we didn’t get to you on time”, Bastet said saying.
“Again, Bastet is not your fault. After all the shit I went through I didn’t cry about it. In a way my suffering was nothing to the reward for finding Morton”, I said smiling and wiping my tears.
“Should I give Seth a chance?”, she asked.
“You should only if you are willing to stay. He has been hurt, if you know for a fact that you are not going to leave once our people come give him a chance. If you plan on leaving when they come keep your distance. The closure you are the more it will hurt him if you leave. And that is not good for the pack", I said to her in a serious town.
“What's up with all the long faces”, Stephan said walking in with a crying Harou in his arms.
“Just some girl talk”
“He is hungry and I don’t have the right equipment to feed him”, Stephan said handing over Harou while looking at my breast.
“Down boy she is taken and as are you”, Bastet said laughing.
“Stephan can you and Sol watch him tonight please”, I said while nursing Harou.
“Sure, call me and I will come get him. So, Bastet when are you going to make an honest man out of my brother”, Stephan said.
**Bastet POV: **
Sherry gave me some strong advice; she is on strong woman the association could use a woman like her. She had been through hell and back, and to look at her baby and see her rapist let alone see him all the time would break anyone. But not Sherry she has a smile on her face, Morton gives her the strength to live happily after her ordeal. I hurt the men in my life Dad, John, Jason, I can't hurt Seth as well. If I stay, would I be able to look at my child knowing I took it away from its father?
“Stephan, would you mind keeping Danny as well", I asked.
“Sure, he would love to hang out with us”, he said
“What do you have planned tonight”, Sherry said with a raised eyebrow.
“I guess the same thing you have planned”, I said with a smirk.
“So, Seth and Morton will be getting some tonight while I am babysitting”, Stephan said with an eye roll while we laughed at him.
After Stephan left, I told Sherry that I need something sexy lingerie to wear tonight but have nothing. We walked to her room and she showed me a golden sheer wrap-around dress with the tag still attached to it. It is lovely I tried it on and it fits like a glove. My curves are huffed in all the right places. Sherry smiles at me and gives me a thumbs-up.
“I have a plan how about a double date”, Sherry said.
“That would be great”, I said happy as can be.
“I will have the cook prepare something special for us
“I have an idea how about we tease them a little”, I said with a grin.
I told her my idea that we should come to dinner dressed in our lingerie. And act like it's nothing. She said smiled back and told me what a good idea it is to tease them. She said wolves especially Alphas and Betas love a sexual case. She asked me if I will let Seth mark me, I told her if it came to that I will allow it.
“Think about it a little more once he marks you there is no turning back. You must be willing to say goodbye to your old life behind. You two can have plenty of sex without him marking you”, Sherry said.
“That is easier said than done, my dad is all I have Sherry”, I say to her.
“Girl he can always visit you. I was talking about your life as a huntress”, she said laughing.
I left Sherry's room and went to get some ice cream. Getting tired I attempt to take a nap Seth was gone before I woke up and I have been feeling irritable because I haven't seen him yet. But I am too lazy to go find him so I lay down on the bed until sleep takes over.
