Chapter 114

He had to gather all the courage that he had to be able to show up here today. He had to see Allen. He had to make her return to his side. After five years, he had realized that he really could not live without this girl. He had to do everything to make sure that he got her back this time.
It was a good thing that she really did not have a relationship with Raymond. If she did, then he would have to compete with Raymond for her too. The both of them had enough problems with each other as it was. What was the need of adding to it? He wasn't going to hold back if she really did have a relationship with him anyway. He just thought that it was a relief. It was going to spare him the effort.
He was determined to wait. No matter how long he had to, he was going to wait for Allen. Even if he had to do something like this every day, he was ready to do it so that he could win her heart. It wasn't too much for him to do. He was prepared to wait for Allen to come to him.

Allen was already done with filming. The drama was coming to an end and in a few days she won't have to come here anymore. Allen had been really thankful for her job. She was happy that she could pretend to be really busy at the set and not have to see Raymond everyday. But if she really did not have to come here everyday, then what was going to do? How was she going to avioid that man?
Allen just hoped that since Joanna is really famous, they would already have another job arranged for her. She wanted to be as far as away from Raymond from possible. After what happened yesterday, after he kissed her like that yesterday, her mind was already a complete mess. There was no way that she could be still
She kept thinking about the kiss all through the day and it affected her acting a lot. She had to do so many retakes. It was do embarrassing that she did not even want to think about them!
Allen did not like the effect that that man had on her. She realized that she had to put and end to all of this before it was too late. She won't be able to deal with it then.
Just when she was about to leave, Lena came running to her. She said that she had some problems at home and that she needed to go really quick. She also asked to take the car.
Allen did not try to stop her or make things difficult for her. Lena had always been nice to her. There was no reason for her to give Lena a hard time.
If Allen had known that she would run into that physopath Ryan as soon as she walked out, she definitely would have insisted to go with Lena.

Allen walked out of the site for the filming, prepared to take a cab back home. She knew that it was quite dangerous since Joanna was famous and she could be recognized but she did not have a choice right now. She could only put up with it.
She walked to the street, hoping to catch a cab when a car pulled up in front of her. It drove so close to her like it was going to hit her and then the cat stopped.
Allen cursed under her breath. She knew only one person who would go this far. Ryan. He had to be the one. He is the only who would do mindless things like this.
True to form, the car door opened and he walked out.
"Are you going somewhere? Do you need me to give you a ride?" Ryan asked her. He looked around and saw that she was alone today. This is good. It meant that he could talk to her privately today.
"Do you think that I'm crazy? Why will I take a ride from someone like you?" Allen retorted. Like she was ever going to get into the same space with him of her free will.
"Hey! What is wrong with me? Do you know how many women want me to give them a ride? Don't get too cocky!" Ryan said. He joked to lighten the mood but Allen wasn't buying it at all.
"Then you can go give them a ride. I hope that you can drive those women around and stay far away from me!" Allen snapped. If he has so many women who want him then he should go with him. Why does he have to torture and ordinary citizen like her like this? What is he going to get from it?
"Even though they are many women who want me to give them a ride, I only want to give you a ride" Ryan said. His words were much more serious now. He meant those words. For her, he was ready to do anything. He would go any lenghts.
Allen sighed in frustration. She did not understand how romantic words would sound so scary from this person! No matter how touching his pick up lines was, she could only view them as the threats from a dangerous person that she should stay away from.
"I don't want you to drive me anyway. Are you going to force me then? I think that I didn't tell you properly last night. Stop bothering me. I don't want anything to do with you in lifetime! Leave me alone!" Allen said. She rasied her voice a bit. She was already sick and tired of his harrassment. Seriously when is he going to stop?
"Allen....can't you forgive me? Can't we go back to the way we were five years ago? You..." Ryan did not get to finish. Allen interrupted him.
"Forgive you? A person can only hold on to hate when there are some kind of feelings left. In fact, even hate is also a feeling. I really don't have any feelings to spare for you. In other words, I don't care about you at all! From now on, you and I ..we are going to be strangers. And what do you mean by go back to how we were? Were we a couple? Can't you please not make it sound so ambiguous?" Allen asked him.
Ryan looked at Allen's face for a full minute. She had changed. This girl has changed a lot. She www no longer the naive Eighteen year old. She was now a mãtured woman who knew how to argue back. But he seemed to like this aspect of her more.
