"No, it's been okay. Our lives have been fine. If my grandmother's sickness did not relapse then, I would not be here even" Allen said. She did her best to sound cheerful when she said this. She did not want to give anyone the impression that she was not okay. She did not want anyone to take pity on her and treat her like some charity case.
Sonia was melancholic when Allen mentioned Joanna. This woman, she definitely won't be able to handle Joanna if she comes back from where she goes to.
Joanna looked at Sonia. She pursed her lips. She did not know if she should ask the question that was on her mind right now. Will she give her answer.
Sonia saw that Allen wanted to ask her something. "You don't need to hold back Allen. Ask me what you want to ask" Sonia said.
Allen nodded her head. Since she said that she should ask her she won't be holding back then. She would ask what she wanted to know.
"About Joanna...you said something yesterday..that she did not run away..." Allen started.
Sonia was serious now. "Yes. I'm sure of it. Something must have happened. Joanna did not run away. She was so happy that she was going to get married to Raymond Walker. She bragged about it a lot. Joanna is someone who likes attention so much. She would do anything for a little bit of attention from people" Sonia said. She paused for a bit before she continued.
"Joanna so badly wanted to get married to him. She said that she had been going out with him for some time but I know that there has to be more to that. It's not that simple. Anyway I know that she won't run away" Sonia said.
"So , you are saying that she did not run away? And that something might have happened to her?" Allen asked.
"Yes. I'm sure that something must have happened listen to me Allen, that woman Joanna, she isn't a simple person at all. If you ever get a chance to meet her, you should stay away from her" Sonia said.
Allen could not hide her curiousity anymore. She really wanted to know what had happened between them.
"Sonia, can you tell me about what happened between you and Joanna? What kind of person is she?" Allen asked her.
Sonia looked into her eyes. "Do you really want to know what happened?" She asked.
Allen nodded her head in the affirmative. She wanted to know everything that has happened.

Joanna opened her eyes slowly. She felt a strong headache. She touched her head and found out that it was bandaged. What is going on? Why is she in this place?
The last thing that she remembered was going to meet Raymond and confirming that they would be getting thier marriage certificates very soon.
And then she was going home .. she remembered driving into that tunnel and then seeing a bright flash of light.... She could not remember anything else after that.
What had happened to her?
She looked around trying to figure out where she was. It was clear that she was in a hospital, what really happened?
The door opened and someone walked in.
"April! You are awake!" A middle aged woman said. She sounded quite excited.
April? Who the hell is the April?!

Joanna looked at the woman in shock. Still trying to figure out what the hell was going on right now. What happened to her? The last thing that she could remember was that she had gone to see Raymond. He said that they were going to get thier marriage certificate soon. He did not look happy about it but she did not care. She already had a plan to get him to fall in love with her. After that, she left his company and was going home. She drove into a tunnel and... anything that Joanna tried to think past that scene, her head would hurt. She would not remember anything that has happened after that. It was as if her memory was completely blanked out after she drove into the tunnel. What happened to her? Why is she in this place? And why is some woman calling her April? Is there anyone who knows that she is here? How long has she been here for? Joanna looked at the woman that called her April. She had a relieved and excited look on her face, like she was happy to see her awake. Just who the hell is this woman? And how did she become someone that she did not know?
Joanna tried to get up from the bed but she realized then that her body was quite weak. She could not move as freely as sje wanted to move then. What really had happened to her. The woman came closer to Joanna and held her hand. "April, you've been through a lot all these years. The past one month, it's been hard on you. I'm so happy that you've finally woken up now. Don't worry. I'm here. Everything will be fine" the woman said. Joanna wanted to remove her hand from the woman's grip but the woman was quite strong. What nonsense is she talking about? What years? Joanna was sure that she had never met this woman in her life before. The past one month? Has she been here for one month? The woman seemed go believe that she was April so badly. She had to clear her doubts. She isn't that person at all! "Ma'am...i .. I don't know what you are talking about. I don't know you. I'm not April. I'm Joanna. My name is Joanna Anderson," Joanna said. Why on Earth will they take her for someone else? She badly wanted to see someone that she knew.. Paul, Lena, Raymond... Anyone, she badly wanted to be out of this place and go to them.
Julia, the woman who held Joanna's hand nodded her head in understanding. It had been so long, April was so young then when that incident happened so she could understand if she could not remember her. She could understand if she has another life now. After all, eleven long years have passed since it happened. She was just happy that she could meet her April again. She had almost given up all hope. The past one month when she was sleeping, the only thought that she had was for her to continue to stay by April. It would be good if she could wake up but if she doesn't, she would stay by her side forever. It seems that she wasn't completely unlucky after all! She did wake up! Her April did wake up and come back to her. If she doesn't remember her.. it's fine, she will tell her who she is and they can catch up on the time that they lost together. "It's okay April. It's okay if you don't remember your name and If you don't remember us. Don't worry, I'll be here for you from now on. I'll go get the doctor to check up on you" Julia said and left the room. She also had a make a call to her husband to come here quickly. Her baby girl April was awake. Thier April came back to them and she is awake now.
