Chapter 100
Allen knew that there was no way that she could win an argument with this person. He was simply too crazy! She just wanted to know what he wants from her. He disappeared five years ago after almost ruining her and now he was back again and bothering her? She really wanted to know what he was up to.
"Just tell me what you really want from me. Why did you ask me to come with you? Is there something that you need?" Allen asked him.
"Allen...tell me something... actually...you still hate me a lot right?" He asked her.
Allen raised an eyebrow. "What do you think?" She asked.
Ryan sighed. Of course he knew that she hated him. He just wanted her to give him a chance to make things up to her.
"Alright. I get that. But what are you doing right now? Why are you pretending to be someone else? And why are married to Raymond Walker? What really is going on?" Ryan asked her.
Allen knew that he was going to ask her why she was pretending to be Joanna Anderson. But she did not expect him to ask about her "Marriage". Allen noted that there was some malice in his voice when he asked about Raymond. Perhaps...does he know him?
"Whatever I do has nothing to do with you" Allen said. She definitely wasn't going to talk about Raymond to him. She was still afraid. Seriously what does that person want to do? Why does he keep keeping her in so much suspense?
"I think that it has everything to do with me. Aren't you filming right now? What if I tell everything that you are a fake?" Ryan asked her.
Allen glared at him. Of course, he only knew how to threaten people like this. What does he think that he is doing right now?
"Fine! You want to know right? It's because I needed money for my grandmother's surgery! Someone asked me to pretend to be Joanna for a few months. Of course I agreed to do it. Don't think that I'm going to tell you anything else. Frankly speaking now, all of this has nothing to do with you!" Allen said. She was so angry. He forced her to come here with him, what does he think that he is doing to her?
Ryan nodded his head. In reality, he wasn't interested in knowing whatever happened to the real Joanna. He had never cared about other people anyway. He just wanted to know what Allen was doing. And why on Earth was she married to that annoying Raymond?
"Oh....if it's just pretending to be someone else for six months, why on Earth are you married to Raymond Walker? What has it got to do with you getting married?" Ryan asked. Of course, he knew that the marriage was something that old man had probably set up. How did Allen get involved in the scheming of all those people?
"It's none of your business!" Allen yelled.
"You really should watch the tone that you use with me. You should know what I can do right?" Ryan asked. He had found out, threatening Joanna like this and seeing that angry look on her face was fun.
"Fine you won't let me go until you've completely destroyed me right? It's because Joanna Anderson is the one who is supposed to get married to him! I don't know how I got caught up in all this either! I just wanted to give my grandmother a few more years...." Allen said. She was starting to lose control of her emotions. Having to constantly live in fear because of Raymond, being harrased by this crazy person, how could she be okay? She wasn't okay at all!
Ryan looked at her. Of all the people that she could decieve, she had to choose Raymond Walker? With her sloppy acting, how was she even able to do it?
"Do you really think that you will be able to fool Raymond Walker? I'm seriously advicing you here, stop this while you can. He definitely won't let you go if he finds out that you've been lying to him" Ryan said.
Allen rolled her eyes. He already found out okay? And she was living in constant fear because of that.
"He already found out! He already found out everything. I really don't know what I'm supposed to do anymore! I'm living in constant fear because of what he is going to do to me! Can you please not add to it? Of all the times to show up in my life again, did you really have to choose now? Can't you please just get lost the way that you did five years ago? Do you really enjoy torturing me like this?" Allen asked. Hearing another person talk about what Raymond was going to do to her set her off. She was so frustrated. Just what is she supposed to do now? How is she supposed to get out of this situation now?
Ryan saw that she was starting to lose control of her emotions. She looked like she was going to start crying anytime soon.
"It's difficult for you right? I'll help you. Raymond...he won't dl anything to you. As long as you are with me, I'm definitely going to protect you. You don't have to worry about anything. I'm going to stand on your side" Ryan said.
Allen would have been touched if anyone said those words to her. Anyone but Ryan! He is her worst nightmare. How was she supposed to believe anything that was coming from him? If anything, she wanted to be away from this person as far as possible.
"I don't need you to help me. I'm going to deal with these things on my own. If you really want to help me, then there's one thing that you can do for me. Get out of my life! Don't ever try to show up in front of me again! Please do that for me will you?" Allen asked.
