"What is going on here? Let go of her now!" Lena said. She did not know Ryan. But when the man turned to look at her, she felt that there were ants crawling on her skin. This man's gaze was actually quite scary. Without even realizing it, Lena looked down. Just now, when she had looked at his face, she saw that he had some similiarites to Raymond Walker. Who is this man.
"Let go of me now!" Allen demanded.
"Do you know this person?" Lena asked Allen. Since she could not talk to the man, she could talk to Allen.
"No! I don't know him!" Allen snapped.
"What? You don't know me? How can you say that you don't know me?!!" Ryan was obviously angry that she pretended not to know him.
When Lena could see that Allen knew this person and was trying to avoid him. She decided to put and end to this. It would be had for Joanna if someone saw her right now. "She said that she doesn't know you. You should let her go now. Do you know who she is? She is Joanna!" Lena decided to threaten him. But she was really wrong to do that. The man glared at her again, Lena was so scared that she felt that her legs were going to give way and she would fall. She could not say anything more.
"Joanna? She is Joanna? When did you become Joanna Allen? What the hell is going on here?" Ryan asked. He was angry. Angry with everything. How did her identity change? Why is she someone called Joanna? Why is she pretending to not know him? And who the hell is this annoying woman?
Lena was shocked. She looked at Allen and Allen looked down. It seems that this person knows too. Lena could not be rude to him. Since he already knows, she had to watch what she said to him.
"Let go of me! I don't know why you came back but can you please not show up in front of me? You almost ended the life of an eighteen year old. Isn't that enough for you? What else do you want from me? What do you want me to do now?" Allen said. The more she talked, the more she felt like crying. Why on Earth does she need to deal with this again? She thought that since he already left, this person won't try to bother her again, but she was wrong. He really did come back. And he had to choose now.
When Ryan heard Allen talk about what happened then, he felt guilty and he did not hold Allen's hand anymore. Back then, it really was his fault. He was too impulsive. He did not mean to hurt Allen and he ended up doing it. He hated himself for doing that to her. But he could not stay away from her forever to atone for that. He just could not do that.
"Allen...I really don't want to do anything to do you this time. I know that you still hate me for what happened then. I won't ask you to forgive me all of a sudden. I'll slowly earn your forgiveness. I just want to talk to you. Don't you think that you should at least explain what is going on here?" Ryan asked her.
Allen laughed. It was a mocking laughter. "After five years, you still haven't changed. You still think that you can control everyone else. Why do you think that you'll be able to earn my forgiveness? Are you going to try to control my emotions again? Is that what you want? Let me tell you something, even if I bleed out every single drop of blood in my body, I still won't forgive you" Allen said. Her grandmother is still suffering, how can she even think of ever forgiving him? And besides, Ryan is a mad person getting involved with him would only make her life unbearable.
"And why do I need to explain anything to you? It's my life. I can definitely do whatever I want!. I can make my own decisions. If you really feel sorry for what you did to me back then, then you should stay away from me for the rest of your life!" Allen said. She really hated this man. He had almost killed her, put her grandmother in such a terrible condition, what does he want from her? Someone as crazy as him should be locked in a mental hospital, what is he doing wondering about, doesn't he know that he is a threat to other people's lives?
Ryan just stood and listened to Allen's words. He did not plan to try and stop her. Perhaps in this world, the only person who could talk to Ryan like this would only be Allen..
"Just leave me alone. Don't ever show up in front of me again. You should pay for what you did to me. The only way that you can do that is staying away from me for the rest of your life. I won't say this again. Don't show up in front of me ever again!" Allen said she too was shocked that she could talk to Ryan like this. But right now, talking to this person, the anger that she felt over shadowed her fear. She just wanted him to be gone from her life.
"No! You know that I can't do that. See Allen, I'm never going to let you go. I've already been away from for five years, I'm not going to let go" Ryan said. He meant it, he would never let go of her.
"I don't ever want to talk to you. If you come near me again, I'll have you arrested. Stay away from me" Allen said. She tried to enter the car but Ryan's words stoped her.
"Don't walk away Joanna. I'm telling you if you walk away right now, I'm going to make your regret it. You don't want people to find out that you are not Joanna right?" Ryan asked.
Allen turned to look at him. She should have know. She should have known that getting rid of this person won't be easy. "What the hell do you really want from me? Why are you doing this to me? Do you want to see me dead before you stop?" Allen asked. She was really frustrated now. Just why can't she live in peace?
"No Allen. I don't want you to die. I don't think that I will be able to continue to live if you just die like that. I don't want you dead. I just want to talk to you. You are the one who keeps forcing me like this. I really don't know what else to do when you are so mean to me. If you don't agree to come with me so we can talk, I'll just have to tell everyone that you are not Joanna" Ryan said. He did not want to go this far but Joanna kept leaving him without any options. She was so insistent on pushing him to his limits over and over again.
Lena was scared when she saw this. She wasn't stupid. She had already seen that whatever relationship Allen had with this man wasn't simple at all. She could not let the secret come out from this person.
"Allen..." She called out in a note of urgency.
Allen looked at Lena. She was counting on her now. She could not let Lena down. "You don't need to worry Lena. I'll take care of this" Allen promised her.
Allen turned to Ryan. "Alright. You want to talk with me right? Let's talk. What do you want to talk to talk about with me? What do you want to know about me? What else do you want from me?" Allen said. Her tone was rude, he was already forcing her like this so she was angry.
