Joanna could not say anything as she watched the woman hurry out of the hospital room. What really is going on here? Why does she keep calling her April? And what the hell does she understand? She doesn't understand anything! She doesn't understand anything at all! She is Joanna, not April! From the woman's words, it seemed that she has been here for the past one month. Then what happened to her marriage with Raymond? What happened to the drama that she was filming? What the hell is going on here right now? Isn't there anyone who tried to find her in the past one month? Who the hell is this woman who kept calling her April? She could not have been kidnapped right? With all the strength that she could mister up, Joanna sat on the bed. She had to think properly. She had to think about what was going on in her life right now. How did she get to this place? Right now, what is going on? Did people already find out that something happened to her? How did she end up here in the company of these people? How did things go so wrong? Joanna made a decision. No. She had to get out of this place. She had to know what was going on in tht outside world. Slowly but steadily, she started to pull out the IV drip on her arm.
When Julia came out of the hospital room where Joanna was in, she laid her back on the wall and started to cry. She could not believe this. Her April finally woke up. Her April woke up but she doesn't know her. She is someone called Joanna. What the hell is Joanna? Julia had been happy when she found April again. When she saw April lying in the pool of her own blood after that accident she thought that her heart was going to break. But she had been saved on time and even though she was in a coma, the doctors said that her condition was stable now and it all depended on her will to wake up. Julia had been happy to take care of her April. Being able to look at her face after eleven long years, she was really very happy. Julia did not let anyone, including her husband know but deep down in her heart, she had hoped that she would be able to reunite with April when she wakes up. She had hoped that April would have missed her and much as she had missed April. But she was wrong, April did not remember anything. She did not remember it at all! She had forgotten all about herself and shs was someone called Joanna now. What was she supposed to do. Julia was still crying when she saw a shadow stop in front of her. She looked up and saw her husband, Jared, looking at her.
Julia did not hold herself back anymore. She fell into his arms and started to cry. She could not believe it. She just could not believe it. How can her April forget everything that happened completely? They had her now but what if she gets better? What if she never remembers them and she insists on going back to her life? What is she going to do then? What is going to happen? Will they have to be separated again? "What happened Julia? Why are you crying so much?" Her husband asked her. Julia stopped herself long enough so that she would be able to answer to him. "April....our April...she woke up...she really did wake up..." Julia said, almost choking on her sobs. Jared was excited. "April, she woke up? Our little girl really did wake up? This is great news! We should go get the doctor! Why are you crying though if she woke up?" Jared asked. "because she doesn't remember us! She doesn't remember anything about us! She completely forgot about us! Our April... She won't even admit that she is April" Julia said. Jared sighed. He too had hoped that April would know them, that she would be happy to see them and that they could be reuinted again, but it seems that they will have to wait. Anyway, since she woke up they should be thankful right? Other things can come later. "Let's go get the doctor first. It's a slow process. I'm sure she will remember us" Jared said. He was comforting himself and his wife.
Jared and Julia went to call the doctor. The doctor treating Joanna talked to them and told her that he would have to run some tests on her and find out what happened to her that she forgot. According to them, she was in an accident and got lost years ago so the possibility that she would remember them was almost non existent anyway but still they had to do thier best. The three of them left for Joanna's room and the first thing that they saw when they got there was Joanna trying to pull out the IV drip. Julia did not waste any time she rushed to her and stopped her immediately. Then she hugged her and started to cry. "April, April where are you going? Don't do this to us! Don't leave us again. It's already been so long! You have been away from us for eleven long years. Don't you miss us at all? I missed you very much! I thought of you every night when I went to bed. I thought that I won't ever be able to see my daughter again but maybe I was pitied. I don't want you remember anything if you can't just don't leave us. Don't leave mummy again ever" Julia said. It was clear that she had been affected by her emotions now. She was almost choking on the tears that were in her throat. After eleven years, she saw her daughter. How could she let go?
Joanna could finally put the pieces of what was happening together she could finally get on track with this woman. It seemed that this woman had mistaken for her for child who probably got lost. But why would she think of her as her child? She is Joanna! Joanna Anderson! Her parents already died and these people don't look anything like her parents at all. Joanna took the time to scan the woman in front of her. She saw the two men standing near the door then. One of them was a doctor and the other was a middle aged man who was probably her husband. He was looking at her with so much emotions in his eyes. In fact, it seemed that the man was trying to stop himself from crying out loud. Joanna noted that the two people looked like they weren't ordinary people. The man had a sophisticated air around him and the woman, even though she was holding on to her and crying right now looked really elegant. It seemed that these people had some money and influence. But why would they mistake her for a daughter that they probably lost years ago? This isn't a scam right?
Whether it was a scam or not, Joanna did not want to care about it. She just wanted to be out of this place. She isn't April or whoever thier daughter is. She is Joanna Anderson and she is supposed to have been married to Raymond Walker! Right now, she did not even know if he had called off the wedding if she did not show up. "What are you doing? Let go of me" Joanna struggled in the woman's arms but she could not get out of her embrace. She held her tightly. Joanna was already very weak so there was no way that she could have pushed her away. "I really don't know what you are talking about lady. I'm not your daughter and I'm not someone called April. My name is Joanna Anderson and I was supposed to get married about a month ago! I need to go back and find out what is going on! I need to go back to my home and to my life! Please let me go I am not who you think that I am!" Joanna said. She did not think that she had to be nice to these people. For good ness sake she did not even know how she got here. What the hell is this nonsense about being April?
