He should just go along with the flow for now. The both of them should get married first. Then he is going to find out whatever he is thinking. If he thinks that he can mess with him and get out of this marriage then he is mistaken. "Seriously?! You are really going to marry Joanna right? It's not as if I don't trust you it's just that it's so sudden and I was so happy. It's good that you and Joanna already talked about it. We should not waste any more time!" John said. He was really happy. He could leave the hospital now.
Once again, Raymond thought about April. She was such a sweet and wonderful girl. Who could have thought? He was sure that she would have been doing great by now if that had not happened. But because she was trying to save him, she disappeared. Raymond did not want to accept that she died. When he could not find her, he tried to contact her family. She never told him anything about her family anyway so it was a long time before he found anything. He found out that her family already left the day after the incident. They already left that small town. He felt horrible, but he couldn't do anything anyway. Raymond shook his head. There was no need for him to think about these things. He would just focus on finding her this time then he can be free from that Joanna. "Grandpa, I already decided. I'm going to marry Joanna Anderson" Raymond said. For six months. Held going to marry Joanna Anderson. He really did not want to do this. But his grandfather already made so much sacrifices for him. He was mourning his son but he did not care. He did everything to hold on to his grandson because he wanted to make sure to give the company to him. He did not even have the time to mourn his son properly. And then, that happened. His grandfather sent him away because he wanted him to get better but he came back much more worse than before. But his grandfather still did not care. He still tried to take care of him in the best way possible. He was sure that for six months he will be able to put up with that woman so that his grandfather can get better.
That was all that he wanted. For his grandfather to get better. For these six months, nothing is going to happen right? Everything is going to go according to his plan. He already made up his mind and he is going to do it but he could not help but feel uneasy, like something is going to happen.
John looked at Raymond. He was even getting angry now. Now he was more than convinced that something is going on. But he did not want to think about it anymore. He already said that he is going to marry Joanna, that should be good enough right? If he thinks that he can get rid of Joanna so easily then he won't let him. Once the both of them get married, there won't be a way for him to run anymore right? And he already said that he is going to release and article tommorow about the both of them getting married, that should be great.
"I heard you. Thank you for listening to me Raymond. Thank you for doing as I say. You are going to find out that marrying Joanna Anderson is going to be a really good decision. You are not going to regret it at all! We should start preparing for the marriage now!" John said. He was really very happy about this news. His grandson actually listened to him! A woman like Joanna Anderson, who despite the odds in her life was able to make something of himself, she is definitely a match for his grandson.
Raymond could not help but roll his eyes when he heard his father praising her Joanna Anderson so much. He really did not like that woman. He knew that there was more to her then meet the eye. But he did not want find out. He did not want to be curious about that woman at all. The both of them are going to go thier seperate ways after six months and it will be like they did not even meet each other. So there was no need for him to be bothered with such a woman. He did not want to get too involved with such a woman any more that it was necessary. It was bad enough he would be married to her for the time being. Besides that, he did not want to have anything to do with her. She is trouble, that was sure enough. And she was definitely not as his father was making her out to be. Someone who schemes like her, she definitely is not like she is making herself out to be. But he did not want to know. Knowing won't do him any food at all.
Joanna was preparing to leave her house. She had to go to the filming set today. The memory of what she and Raymond has talked about was still fresh in her mind. He said that he is going to marry her. He is going to marry her for six months and then the both of them would get a divorce. Joanna was actually angry. From his words,she could tell that he was looking down on her. He even saw through her immediately they met and so she was still feeling embarrassed. But because of what she was going to get, she decided to put up with it.
Raymond might be so sure that he is going to be rid of her once six months have passed but she is going to make sure that before six months is over, he is already in love with her. She is Joanna Anderson after all. She is going to make sure that she gets him to fall in love with her. It was a good thing that the only family he had left was his grandfather. She did not need to think about how she was going to get them on her side. His grandfather seems to like her a lot. Joanna made a mental note to visit him later. She had to make sure that thier relationship was solid.
Joanna opened her phone and the first thing that she saw was the news of her getting married to Raymond! She was beyond happy! He said that he was going to release an article about it since she wanted to make it public but she did not think that it was going to be so soon! Now everyone knows that she Joanna Anderson is going to marry the powerful Raymond Walker! Her uncle and his family won't be able to look down on her ever again! Of course she was happy! She will definitely get all that she wants now.
Joanna continued to read through the article. According to the article the both of them have been seeing each other for quite some time now but they did not make it public because of her career! He really made it so considerate to her! Of course Joanna had no way of knowing that Raymond was doing all this for his grandfather and she just thought that he was doing it in consideration for her. Someone who is so considerate of her, how can he not be interested in her? After all, she is still Joanna Anderson.
Lena had come to pick her up so that they could go go work. They still had some scenes to film today. So she came to pick her up. She was on her way to Joanna's house when she saw the news! Joanna is getting married? To Raymond Walker?! This is simply outrageous! How did something like this even happen? How is this happening? She had heard of the name Raymond Walker. According to the rumours, he is a really cold and mean CEO. He is the CEO of the Helian Group! So how can Joanna be involved with someone like that? And how can they be getting married?
She had been working with Joanna for s few months now and she had never heard Joanna mention him. If it was really true that the both of them were going out then why did she not even mention him? Not even once? What is going on? She had to see Joanna so that she can ask her. These media people are all like this. How can they even report such an outrageous story? Joanna is getting married? What is going to happen to her career then? Is she going to quit her job? What will happen to her? She did not like Joanna but still she did not want to be jobless.
Lena opened Joanna's door and went into the house. She had given her the key since she worked for her so she could get into her house. Lena entered the house and saw Joanna sitting on the couch. She was reading the article and smiling. She did not even look angry at all. She seemed like she was enjoying the news. What is going on? Isn't she supposed to be angry that these people are spreading false news about her? Why does she look so calm like this is a good thing for her?
Lena could not hide her curiousity anymore. She had to ask Joanna what is going on. Is it really true? That she is going to marry Raymond Walker? "Joanna, have you seen the news this morning? They said that you are going to get married to Raymond Walker? You know who that person is right? He is the CEO of Helian Group. How can they say something like this? Are you going to allow them continue to spread rumours like this?" Lena asked her. She really wanted to know what was going on. She should be angry but instead she seemed like she was enjoying the news.
Joanna turned and looked at Lena. She really does not know anything. She is going to get married to Raymond Walker and that is the truth. Of course she knows that he is the CEO of Helian group. That is the reason why she chose him. He can give her the kind of life that she wants. Lena has always been stupid. If she is so quiet should she not know that it is the truth? Why does she have go keep asking her? Joanna could see that her marriage with Raymond was very close. A six months deal that is going to last forever. She could not help but smile.
"Why should I do anything? Of course I know who Raymond Walker is. The article is correct. The both of us are going to get married. We have been going out for quite some time now but he did not want to make it public because of me. But now, since we already decided that we are going to get married, there is no need for me to hide it anymore. We are going to get married and so we decided to make it public. Is something wrong with that?" Joanna asked. She really was showing off in the best way possible. Why won't she show off when she is going to get the man of her dreams?
Lena was surprised. She could not believe what she was hearing. So the rumours are true? She is going to get married to Raymond Walker?! She has been dating him? But if it is true why hasn't she ever mentioned him to her once? She is always with Joanna and she had never seen that person around her. She had never seen her talk about him once either. How is it that the both of them are dating and she did not know about it?
