Chapter: 175 Celebrate!
When Brian's large body had been thoroughly cleaned, exuding a faint lavender fragrance, it was already afternoon.
Feeling comfortable, he had unknowingly dozed off.
Upon opening his eyes and looking around, he saw the beautiful maids who had been wiping his body were now drenched in sweat, panting heavily, and clearly exhausted.
To them, Brian's body was enormous, like several houses connected together. They dared not slack off while cleaning, meticulously attending to even the tiniest crevices between his dragon scales.
There was even a Spellcaster nearby, providing spells to help these ordinary maids fly up, allowing them to reach high places and clean Brian's back.
After the initial cleaning, they switched to dry towels to wipe off the water droplets on Brian's body, which was another massive task.
This had overly drained their physical strength.
Under the pale golden sunlight, Brian's silver dragon scales and rugged dragon horns shimmered, intertwining with the afternoon sun, making his entire body seem to emit a faint golden-silver glow—majestic, beautiful, and captivating.
The surrounding maids, though exhausted, could hardly take their eyes off Brian, drawn to his aesthetically pleasing and powerful dragon form.
Although they were different species, humans had always admired the coexistence of strength and beauty in a True Dragon's physique, easily being captivated by it.
Roger secretly glanced at Brian, then at his own crimson dragon body, and couldn't help but sigh in melancholy.
Though he didn't want to admit it, he had to acknowledge in his heart that the one he served was far more handsome and majestic than he was.
"You may go and rest now," Brian said in a deep voice, looking at the maids.
These maids had been busy all day and hadn't eaten yet.
"Yes, if you need anything else, please don't hesitate to command us," they replied.
After Brian nodded, they gradually dispersed.
A few minutes later, Thorn Grand Duke, dressed in luxurious attire and wearing a gold-embellished crown of thorns, approached with a smile on his face and said sincerely, "On behalf of all the citizens of Mocha Principality, I salute you."
He waved his hand, and a group of people carrying iron chests slowly walked away.
"This is the remaining portion of the commission. Thank you for lending your aid to Mocha Principality."
Though it was a transaction, Thorn Grand Duke never mentioned it as such, continuously praising Brian's noble character.
Brian nodded slightly and said, "Then I will gladly accept it."
Immediately, elements gathered, and some semi-transparent, menacing dragon claws formed in the air, dragging the chests filled with gold coins and gems over.
Opening the chest, the vile color of wealth was instantly reflected on Brian's faceplate.
He took out a blue, pigeon-egg-sized round gem, admired it for a moment, and then tossed it into his mouth.
"Mmm..."
A tide of magical power swept through his body, bringing an extremely comfortable sensation.
He now had quite a number of gems and occasionally liked to savor the pleasure of swallowing them.
In Brian's eyes, the gem hadn't disappeared but had become one with him.
Roger watched Brian's extravagant act of directly eating a magical gem, his dragon face showing obvious envy.
Thorn Grand Duke shifted his gaze to the detestable, untrustworthy, and opportunistic red dragon, maintaining a calm exterior and even a slight smile as he said, "Lord Red Dragon, it's a pleasure to see you getting along well with the great Eternal Dragon."
"If the opportunity arises in the future, Mocha Principality might consider collaborating with you."
Thorn Grand Duke's words made Brian glance sideways slightly.
