Chapter 22 'Created... Not summoned,' Brian thought

After a moment of contemplation, Brian asked, "How was your tribe created?"

Roy's face showed reverent remembrance as he replied, "A thousand years ago, a respected mage created our ancestors and left us in the ice field."

'Created... Not summoned,' Brian thought.

This indicated that the Arctic Ice Spirits were not naturally born.
Brian speculated that these elemental beings were likely the failed creations of a mage's experiment. The mage might had intended to create powerful ice magic-wielding elemental beings but abandoned them upon discovering their weak abilities.

'No wonder the White Dragon Mother didn't take these guys as minions. She probably looked down on their strength,' Brian thought.

At the same time, he decided to give these poor elemental beings a chance. They needed to be stronger to work for him.

With this thought, Brian exhaled a Frost Breath, causing numerous ice crystals to form in the cold wind. He manipulated these crystals into a pool several feet in diameter.

With this elemental ice pool, the Ice River Tribe would quickly grow stronger.

A normal White Dragon couldn't accomplish this, but it was routine for Brian.

As a Time Dragon, he was favored by the elements, almost like their progenitor.

Elements that were aloof and difficult for others to control were passionately loyal to Brian, executing his commands without hesitation. The elements around him even reacted to his moods, becoming lively or subdued accordingly.

After creating the ice pool, Brian pricked his fingertip, squeezing out a few drops of hot dragon blood.

Roy's breathing became heavy when he realized what Brian was about to do. He knelt and fervently said, "Master, the Ice River Tribe will be your most loyal servants, crushing all your enemies!"

The dragon blood dripped into the ice pool, almost melting the ice.

Then Brian drew some water from the Winding Ice River, filling the pool with diluted dragon blood.

"This should be enough for your tribe to transform," Brian said calmly.

They would become Dragonline Creatures by accepting his bloodline.

True Dragons possessed a unique and powerful biological tissue called the basal blood vessel, considered the core network for using elemental power. This Brianed True Dragons their formidable pseudo-magical abilities and supernatural powers. It was also the most effective way to distinguish True Dragons from various dragonkin.

The dragon blood flowing in the basal blood vessels was highly invasive, capable of transforming even elemental beings.

Creatures transformed by dragon blood were collectively known as Dragonline Creatures, who worshiped the owner of the dragon blood as their emperor and deity.

Dragonline Creatures were the true core minions of True Dragons, while non-transformed ones were often treated as reserve food or cannon fodder.

"Whether my dragon blood will give them some time-manipulating abilities or not?" Brian thought, feeling quite expectant.

As time passed, the Arctic Ice Spirits bathed in Brian's diluted dragon blood, gaining a faint Dragon's Might aura and officially becoming Dragonline Creatures.

Next, the Arctic Ice Spirits knelt in groups under Brian's dragon wings, their faces filled with the joy of rebirth and expressions of reverence and loyalty toward Brian.

Thus, he had his first batch of intelligent minions.
