"Can't you see that she is dancing with me?" Romano asked and my heart skipped a bit.

"Please, I need to talk to this pretty woman." The man said and my mouth widened. I bent my head to hide my face from him. Romano wrapped his hand around my waist and pulled me closer to him.

"This woman that you wanted to dance with is my wife." Romano replied and blushed hearing that from him.

"I am deeply sorry, sir. I thought she was still single." The man said and that is when I lifted my head to see the man's reaction. Our eyes met with each other and I could feel something in his stares.

"Don't ever dare to come near my wife because she is mine and she is my future Luna." Romano said and I looked at him with a surprised reaction.

"Who are you?" He asked Romano.

"It is such a pity that you didn't recognize me. I am Alpha Romano, the ruler of this Pack so get your hands off my wife." Romano replied and the man was astonished. Maybe he didn't recognize Romano and he was unaware of who he was talking to.

"Forgive me, Alpha Romano. It is such a pleasure to meet you and your Luna." The man said as he brought his hand forward for a hand shake but Romano declined it. He was about to walk away from us when I stopped him.

"Please, what is your name?" I asked and it made him turn around and face us again.

"I am Steven." He replied and I just nodded my head responding to him. Steven returned back to where the band people were and Romano grabbed my wrist as we walked out of the party hall.

"That man looks so familiar to me, Romano." I said and he stopped and looked at me. He held my hand and looked me deep in the eyes.

"Don't think much of him, Jasmine. I have something to show you." He said and I smiled. We continued walking until we got to a place that is unfamiliar to me. I followed him because I knew that wherever he took me, it would be enjoyable because I was with him.

"Ouch!" I grinned in pain as my leg bumped into something and I was about to fall when Romano grabbed my waist and prevented me from falling.

"Goodness, are you okay?" He asked in his worried tone and I just stared at his handsome face. He knelt down and removed the heels I was wearing by himself. I was about to step my bare foot on the ground when he lifted me up.

"Hey, put down. I can walk." I said and he didn't listen to me as he carried me and started walking towards the beach. I licked my lips as I realized that I can't do anything to decline him.

The waves of the water from the sea met my ears and the cold breeze of the wind hit my skin. No one was at the beach because everyone was busy enjoying themselves at the party. It was just me and him as he put my feet down and I felt relief.

"Sit down beside me, Jasmine." He motioned me and I did. We sat down on the white sand of the beach, our eyes were on the water. It feels so good to stay here and I could feel the calmness of the place, in absence of everyone.

"Don't you have plans to go back to your mansion, Romano?" I asked and it made him turn his gaze.

"Yes I do but you are coming home with me." He replied and I heaved and signed before uttering another word.

"I am still doubting it, Romano. I am scared that if I go back with you, we will be facing struggles again. What if you push me away again?" I asked and he held my hand and stared deeply into my eyes.

"I can promise to you, Jasmine, that I will do my best not to hurt you again. I have already repented what I did before and it is okay if you still have doubts but I am desperate. I want you back in my life and for you to be my Luna." He said and my eyes widened. His words appear to be hard for me to believe and I felt scared that I didn't hear him well.

"What did you just say, Romano?" I asked him just to make sure that I didn't mishear it.

"I am going to officially mark you as my Luna, Jasmine. You will never just be my wife or my mate but you will also become my Luna." He said again and my face reddened because of happiness.

"Being a Luna is a great responsibility but because I love you, I am willing to accept it, Romano." I responded and he took my lips and started kissing me. I wrapped my hand around his neck and responded to his addictive kiss. It doesn't matter if someone might see us, what matters to us is that we were kissing because we truly love each other. He laid me down on the sea sand and removed my dress, revealing my nakedness again. He traced a line from my neck down to my navel with his tongue. "I will take my bath first." I said and he nodded his head agreeing with me. I went to the bathroom and did my morning routine. The door of the bathroom cracked open as I was in the midst of bathing and I saw his grinning face. He was naked and my face blushed as my gaze shifted towards his manhood.
