"You are so beautiful, wifey. I can't believe having someone like you in my life. After the death of Evelyn, I swore to myself that I will never fall in love with a woman ever again but then you came to my life." He said and I smiled.

"I can't believe it either, Romano. I am hoping that whatever problem we ought to face, please let us stay together, let us face it together and try solving it as well" I said and he cupped my face as he stared deep into my eyes.

"I swear to you, Jasmine, that regardless of what might happen, I won't hurt you nor leave you alone. A lot of things had happened to me in the past and I won't allow losing the woman who made my life complete again." He said and my smile widened.

"I am holding onto your promise, Romano. You are the only one I have in my life now. My family doesn't care about me and my twin sister is still upset with me and I don't know what to do about them." I said and he rested my head on his shoulder while his hand wrapped around my waist. I blushed when he did some naughty thing to me. He slid his fingers across my pants and rubbed my clit.

We traveled for about one and half hours until we reached the Pack Romano was referring to where the wild Alpha lived. The place looks so beautiful as well, just like Alpha Blade's Pack.

"Why are you nervous, Jasmine?" Romano asked and I looked at him.

"I don't understand either. It seems like something bad is about to happen, Romano." I said and he held my hand and stared at me.

"Don't worry because I am always beside you. Nothing will happen if you are with me, remember that, Jasmine." He replied and I heaved a sigh before saying another word.

"I know, Romano. Come on, let us get out of the car because they are waiting for us already." I said and he stepped out of the car first and helped me out as well. My heart skipped a bit because of the way he cares for me these days. I am grateful that I love an Alpha like him and he has proven that not all Alpha are ruthless. Yes, although he was known to be the ruthless and lethal Alpha but I don't feel him being ruthless to me. He only hurts me emotionally, not physically.

"Please stay close to me, Jasmine. I don't want you to go near Blade. Do you get it?" He said and I stopped walking as I looked at him with my furrowed brows.

"Yes, Alpha Romano." I replied and he shook his head. He held my hand as we walked towards the direction where the wild Alpha lives and the others were following behind us.

"Stay close to me, Jasmine." He said as we saw some men pointed their guns and other weapons towards us. My heart jumped out of nervousness at the scene in front of us.

"What is going on, Romano?" I asked but his attention was focused on those that pointed the gun towards us.

"What are the Alphas doing in my territory?" My gaze turned to the man that just spoke.

"Alpha Jasper." Romano called the name of the man standing in front of us. He is quite handsome just like Romano. He had long gray hair that suited his charming face but his eyes were purple and it was blazing in so much anger.

"I am asking you all, what are you doing in my territory? As far as I remember, every one of you is not welcome here." The man Romano called Alpha Jasper said in his authoritative voice and my friends got scared as they came closer to me.

"We came here because we have something to tell you, Alpha Jasper." Romano said and I glanced over to him. To my surprise, he doesn't even seem scared of the guns and weapons pointed at him. Goodness, I have almost forgotten that I am with the most powerful Alpha of all. Romano Kelvin is a powerful Alpha and no one can ever beat him.

"You had the guts to come here to my territory when I have already told you that I am not negotiating with any of you. My Pack is living peacefully with no allies from other Packs and we never depend on our security from other Packs." Alpha Jasper said.

"Did you forget who you are talking to, Alpha Jasper?" Romano asked him and Alpha Jasper turned his attention towards him.

"I know you, Alpha Romano. You are the most powerful Alpha of all the Alphas and I know your capabilities of being an Alpha but whatever you here to say, I am not going to entertain it." He said and I could feel the anger on Romano as he clenched his fist.

"Then we left with no other choice other than to force this Pack to unite with us. If not, we will declare war against your Pack, Alpha Jasper." Romano said and I became nervous instantly. I could feel the tension between the two of them and I am scared of what might happen.

"You just made the wrong mistake by stepping into my territory, Alpha Romano. The land you are standing is owned by me and our weapons are pointing towards you and your companions. If we wanted to kill you all, we can do that now." He threatened and Romano tightened his grip on me because of what he just said.

"Remember, two Alphas are here and you really think that we didn't prepare ourselves before coming here? We brought many of our men as well and they are already here, Alpha Jasper." Alpha Blade said and it made me wander my eyes around the surroundings. My eyes widened when I saw so many men arrived in our direction and they were as well pointing their weapons towards Alpha Jasper's men. All of them are wolves.

"What do the two of you want from me?" Alpha Jasper asked and I looked at him as I could feel the tension on him. I feel sorry for him.

"What we want is so simple, Alpha Jasper. Agree to unite with us and your Pack will be protected." Romano replied and my heart skipped when I saw Alpha Jasper smirking. It is as if he is thinking about something that Romano wouldn't like.

"I also have my conditions as well, Alpha Romano." Alpha Jasper said and Romano raised his eyebrows at him.

"What?" He asked in his cold voice.

"Give her to me and I will make her my Luna. Will you agree with that?" Alpha Jasper asked and I was terrified when Romano ran towards him and strangled him on his neck.

"My woman is not a toy and I will never give her to anyone else, do you get that?" He asked on his gritted teeth.

"Romano, please calm down." I said to him and he released his grip on him.

"Can't you be teased, Alpha Romano. I was just kidding." Alpha Jasper said as he was trying to catch his breath.

"You better watch your words next time, Jasper if you want to avoid dying in my hands." Romano said to him.

"Fine, I will agree to your proposal, Alpha Romano. My Pack is in need of your protection because other Packs are planning to attack us and take away the Pack from me." Alpha Jasper said and I raised my eyebrows. Thank goodness they have agreed because I was worried that war might break out.


"Which of the Pack that was planning to attack you?" I asked and they all looked at me, surprisingly.

"The Pack where Romano's dead mate came from and so many other Packs as well are planning to bring Romano down." He replied and I nodded. Suddenly my head started aching and my slight got blurred but thankfully Romano was beside me. He grabbed my waist to support me.

"Are you alright? You look so pale, my darling." He said in his worried reaction and I heaved a deep breath to calm down my nerves.

"I am fine, Romano. Don't worry about me, maybe I was just tired because of the long journey." I replied and he wrapped his hand around my waist and held me tightly.

"I love you, Jasmine." He whispered into my ear and it made me blush. Those words he just let out helped me to ease all the tension I felt earlier.

"You are so lucky to find a new mate, Alpha Romano." Alpha Jasper said and my husband turned his attention towards him.

"Don't change the topic, Jasper. I would like to ask you again, will you agree with my plans?" He asked Jasper and he nodded his head, Romano smiled.

"As if I have another option. Besides, your Pack was once my alley." Alpha Jasper added.

"That is good to hear. You are not hard to deal with Jasper and we promise you that your Pack will be protected." Alpha Blade replied.
