Chapter 117

Dr. Vega decided to pay a visit to his subjects because it has been a long time since he last checked on them. Along with him is Seiji, whom he believes is slowly chewing every step he is taking, and he is proud of him for being polite and following all of his instructions and prompts. Thinking he is the Minister of Japan, he feels he has already taken over Japan and is now taking over the rest of the world.

As they took the elevator and was already going down he feels uneasy and he doesn't even know why but his guts is telling him that there is something wrong and he needed to see it as soon as possible. Yes, he knew that those two are lurking around but he believes that their energy were consuming by those monsters in the wall he knew they won't last long and even if they survive and finding a way out to escape which is why he didn't bother wasting so much time in focusing about them instead he sends Samson to do the job for him. Nevertheless after that day he never seen Samson nor have ever reported to him again but knowing him he will never do that because his mind is already corrupted and he is sure that any time soon he will be soon dead because of the serum that was induced to him which will dry out his brain that would cause his death.

'What's wrong?" Seiji couldn't help but to ask him and he knows he had been meaning to ask him earlier of what is wrong because he had been feeling uneasy later and he hates the feeling of it even though he knows he shouldn't be getting nervous or scared of anything because he had it all under control.



He looks at him and they were already near to the underground floor. 'Keep your eyes keen once we get there," he said which makes him scrunched his forehead because he couldn't understands him.



A moment of silence keep them when they already landed to where their destination is and he was right because the atmosphere inside is kind of different and he was hundred percent sure that there is someone inside of the room who is not belong—there is an intruder. Meanwhile even though it had been not so many times he had visited the area he was sure that there is somehow something different inside and maybe that is what Dr. Vega had been meaning to tell him to make his eyes keen and do not let his guard down.



As they took their walk Sieji notice Dr. Vega roaming his eyes around and he stops at stares at the ceiling that was so dark that he couldn't even see anything from the above because it is nothing but a pitch black yet he knows that his office is right over there and if he was right his office was in the right corner and from where Dr. Vega is looking he was staring at the left corner. He followed the direction of where he was staring at and he couldn't even see anything but as he sees Dr. Vega was serious looking there he feels something was wrong and knowing him his instincts never lets him down.

Seiji decided not to make any noise or ask him questions because of his curiosity instead he just observed everything that was inside and he could say that he was also feeling uneasy and it was like there are eyes that were watching them but he was not afraid.

He looked through the walls and there was nothing in there and he shakes his head because he hates overthinking of anything instead he wanders himself to the subjects that was now in front of them and he had to ask for a favor to him that at least he could see the final product of the astral form. Because from the last time he had seen it was not yet perfect and from the ground they are standing on are the graves of those people who had been his samples upon making that experiment that is now totally perfect.

As he takes his walk but not that far enough from Dr. Vega he couldn't help but to be still amazed of what he had been doing for those past few years and how it had bear a fruit and even though he hates of what he had become right now and his beliefs that had already grown into him he had to accept it because he already gets into the step which he couldn't easily get out.

Dr. Vega on the other couldn't help but to feel that there is someone there who is also staring at him back but because it was dark and nothing to be seen he couldn't tell if he was right but he was staring at the right point. He was sure that there is someone out there and he will make sure that whoever is it will not last long and he will just let it be because it doesn't even worth of his time and besides everything is running according to his plans and no one would ever get into his way and stops him. He looks at Seiji who looks fascinated by looking at the globe and he couldn't help but to be somehow proud of himself of what he had become and he was sure if whoever person could witnessed what he had done will be surprised and astonished of how did he come up and had done those mind blowing experiments.

'Wow," Seiji couldn't help but to mouth it because of how amazed he is at the subject that was now in front of him but since he was in deep sleep he couldn't see what his eyes were if it was already corrupted but maybe looking at those eyes will also lead him to danger so it is okay that he is witnessing such a perfect weapon for a war.



He will not see anything like it again in the past few years and only Dr. Vega could only do such a thing because he was gifted such a talent that no one could ever replicate.

'Fascinating right?" he asked as he walked near to Seiji's direction and had totally ignored of what he had felt earlier and he realize he shouldn't be giving his time thinking about it or he will just waste amount time in it thinking.



Seiji nodded his head and smiled and Dr. Vega gestured him to go and get out of the room because he had enough seeing his subjects and everything inside was normal so he had nothing to be worried about. What he should be focusing right now is his grand entrance so that people outside will know him and his name will engraved to their minds and in narrow.



As they get out of the floor Seiji wanted to ask him now and on the other hand Dr. Vega was just waiting for him to blurt it out because he was also waiting for his question and he wanted it to come out from him even though he already knew what it was.



'If you don't mind I want to see an astral form because I haven't seen in person the perfection of it," he finally said and Dr. Vega smiled because of what he had heard.

He turn to look at him and from that the elevator opened and just nodded his head in agreement which makes Seiji smiled for his response because he had been meaning of wanting to see the perfection of the thing.

They headed to Dr. Vega's room and Seiji remembers the first time he had step his feet in there and he was afraid back then but right now he isn't. He slowly realizing the he was right and he should embrace the legacy of the family he was into it and even though it had not even discuss by his father he was still thankful that he was dead because he couldn't even see anything from him that he will tell him everything that he now knows. He admits his father was full of fears that he couldn't even understand why because he was one of the wealthiest people in the world and had so many business running but he had always fears in everything but despite all of this he was still his father. The mission he had from the very first place is to avenge his death because of those Americans who had put him to death.



'So what do you want to eat?" Dr. Vega asked as he wanted to know if he was still afraid of what he had learned from the first time he had step into his room.



But he was somehow surprised because he couldn't see fear in his eyes unlike before and he was proud of him because he is beginning to embrace what he had embarked to him.



Even though his father didn't even introduced to him his uncle who is his step brother which is why he didn't know if he had it introduced to him but as to what he had witnessed he thinks he already gets the answer and that is a no.



'I am thinking of a spaghetti with meat balls in it," he said which makes Dr. Vega smiled in ear to ear of what he had said because he knew that those sauce contains blood into it which he had already organized all of his food products inside.



All of the food that he had stock into his room and also to his office had all the ingredient that he had wanted may it be flesh or blood and it was tasteless which was the most exciting part because a person could never tell the difference from the original and from what it have mixed into. Speaking of food he was not a fool of not noticing the stock of hi food had become lessen and he already knows that someone was stealing his stocks in there but it was all alright because they deserve to have a t least a bite of his snack which contains a human flesh and blood.



All of those chocolates and even the breads contain dried brain in powder which he had it mixed it up in there and sealed it like it was way before which no one would ever notice something different from it. Which also makes him smile as he thought about it because if that person is those twins who had been stealing food from him well they had already tasted the taste of human flesh and blood and it had been already into their system and he couldn't imagine of what will they do if that time comes when they will learn of what kind of food they have eaten that time but nevertheless he never cares about it because they deserve that from stealing from him. Meanwhile even though it is a waste of time he will find Samson to have the underground secure since Dr. Brace is no longer in his company.



'That is a great idea for our dish today. Help yourself in there all of your needs are in there while I will be looking for a wine and perhaps a movie for us to relax," he said which makes Seiji smiled because of what he had said and come to realize that the family that he had now is only him and no more.



'When?" he asked and Dr. Vega already knew what he was talking about and that is when they take the declaration of war but he already had thought about it and that is not to declare it anymore which is why he had been thinking his grand entrance of how he could surprise the people living in the world.



He wanted to announce it all over the world but he won't do that because he will let those commoners to announce his arrival.
