Chapter 86

Slasher was astonished of what had Gunner gone in through. He got it rough upon saving him that he wishes that he didn't have too. It was too late . . . too late that anytime soon he will be like Ross. Yes, he got it . . . he got injected by the serum that Dr. Vega had been experimenting into. He was the first one that he got injected into it by using the astral projection. He felt something supernatural in his system by the time that his body adjusted into it.

He didn't like the feeling because it was hot and you couldn't think straight. It was like you will be following what orders that had been task into you but the serum will only last two days by using the astral form which is why Dr. Vega is still in process of making it.

But if ever Gunner will come to rescue him and it works then he decided to tell him the truth because there will be no cure into it even though it just last in two days the venom was already in his body and nothing could ever get it even by medicines or even the doctors. He does not forget what Dr. Vega had told him from the very beginning when he was already injecting him the serum. He said that he doesn't care if one of his subject will be ever escape because one thing is for sure and that is they won't last long at the outside world and he doesn't come all the way in his position into nothing because he was well-prepared.

But seeing Gunner's struggle just to get him out of the building and how his eyes sparkle upon seeing him that he was okay he couldn't break his heart . . . his hope that soon that everything will be alright. He just couldn't tell him that he was already ill. Slasher hated his life that he came to the point that he ask the gods up there of what he had done living in earth for him to deserve such a situation like this. Did he make a great sin to end his life like this? Why doesn't just the god make his life put into an end so he wouldn't suffer like this . . . what makes it painful is that seeing his twin brother struggling on how they would escape and even want to risk his life just to save him. He wanted to burst into tears as Gunner told him that if ever they won't make it out together he would risk his life just to save him because he had so many dreams in life unlike him.

But the truth was Gunner had big dreams than him that needs a little push because he wasn't confident showing it all and having his skills sharpen. But he believes that his twin little brother will broaden and will be such a man that he could be proud of. From the first place it was he who was wrong because he didn't listen to him from the first place. He didn't listen to him because he believes that he knows it all, he believes that he got it all manage but he was wrong. He shouldn't underestimate the enemy and he should bring anything with him like a gun or a knife in order to protect himself but would it be enough? Well maybe, because he didn't knew it from the start.

He could still remember the face of his brother who had gone mad into him for being so stubborn and not listening of the danger lurking in there. He had warned him about the missing people who had gotten inside yet he didn't believe on him. Slasher was occupied by the Tanaka's parents who ask for their help and he was the only one who accepted it because Gunner won't do it. Gunner had advised him not to accept it and they should go into the legal departments to ask for an assistance of help but he didn't and now this is how his life goes.

Slasher was disappointed to himself because he had promised to their mother that he would be the one who will take care of his twin brother in the end and that was also the last words of his mother to him and now it looks like it was the total opposite of it.

Dr. Vega is just not just a normal person with intelligence because he is a spectacular human that is living in this world. Slasher believes that he was a son of a demon who came into earth to spread death and to pool blood. Nevertheless he also question himself if the gods up there truly exist of why did they let such a person like him live to the fullest of his wants and desires. But even he questions those things he finally got an answer when he found out Gunner was rescuing him. When he finally had his consciousness back and when he open his eyes and the first thing that he had saw was him . . . he wanted to burst into tears as they finally meet.

But as time passed by of him wasting it and not telling it immediately to Gunner his condition he will have the hardest time of accepting everything. The longer he keeps it the longer the pain. He just couldn't get to know the words that he should tell. How would he make the move? What would he say for the least? He had planned everything from that day yet now he had already having second thoughts. He just couldn't bear to see Gunner's reaction when he finally tell it to him. But Gunner deserves to know the truth and he will be mad at him of course.

'Finding a way to escape, Slasher?" Dr. Vega asked grinning from ear to ear as he clasp the belt to his arms and into his wrist.

Slasher was confused of what reason is he was there and why was he all alone? He felt something bad is going to happen.
