'It's almost dark, Hiro and Haku," their mother scolded them which makes Hiro looked at Haku and winked at him secretly meaning he will handle it to himself and all he needed to do it to nod and to keep his mouth shut.

That was their routine everyday whenever their mother would scold them for being late for dinner.

'We know, mom, but we couldn't help but to watch the sunset before getting back here and later than we know it's already night," he said and their mother sigh and just kissed their forehead and gestured them to go to the kitchen and take their seats.

Haku couldn't help but to be water mouth of the smell which her mother had cooked for them. All of the dish that she cooked were all delicious and set up their tummy right.

The three of them have enjoyed their food and before the twin's gets to their room their mother had advise them to never do what they have did earlier because it is dangerous for children like them to be walking around that kind of hour because they will never know when the danger will come.

Francisca just doesn't want her children to be seen by their father especially now that she have heard about the arrival of him in their country and whatever the reason it is she doesn't care and besides for how many years that have passed and her twins were already at their age of seven she knows that he had also made his family out there and she wasn't wrong because he is. She admits it had hurt her by seeing it in the news, he was a multi-billionaire man so it is natural for him for his life to be shown in the magazines, news and everything to the public. There was a time upon seeing his face to the tabloids of she thought of how was it if the woman next to him was she? If the child was the twins? But nevertheless it didn't matter because he have already forgotten about her and he doesn't even know when he left that she was already pregnant.

There is still a room in his heart for that man but all what was left was pain and anger nothing more but as what she wanted to move on she couldn't because as she look at her twins she just remember the face if their father. And as long as she wanted to get out of the country together with her twins she couldn't because of the financial. They rarely could eat for a day and she is trying hard to put a food to their table and she thank the gods for her twins that are still thankful of what was just in the table and never look for anything else. They are contented on what she gives but she knows it wasn't enough her twins deserves more and everything and she promised to herself that she will find another job especially their needs are growing. She just prays that their destiny will never meet and if that happens she will just act that she doesn't know him. A fool it is but she doesn't care she just wanted a normal life together with her twins.

When the twins were already to their room they couldn't help but to talk about their father. Their mom never knows that they already knew about him what she just knows is that about the forbidden place and never what the reason is. That was their little secret and somehow they feel guilty about it but as to what Hiro always tells to Haku and that was they also deserve to learn the truth and also speaking for the word truth they also need to tell their mother too.

'Don't you find guilty to yourself, Hiro?" Haku asked which cause Hiro to look at him and his eyes were speaking that he was too is guilty of keeping their little secret but what he just doesn't want was for their mother to be mad at them but as sooner as she knows the sooner it will be better.

'O-ofcourse I am, Haku," he replied as they tucked themselves to their own blankets.

Haku sighed, 'Why did he leave us?" he asked which causes silence in the room for how many minutes before Hiro opened his mouth to take response to his question.

'Because he doesn't wants us," he bitterly replied and even though he was curious about who their father of who it was it even makes him mad about him was learning of how rich he was but not even having a care for them.

Even though they were just a kid they already know how to operate computers whenever they have a chance too especially the owner of the computer shop is friend of them which whenever they pays him a visit they always gets a free table because he was fund of them and he says they reminds of him his own children. They have a chance to search for their father in the internet with the help of the diary of their mother whom they just opened by accident and they have read his name which makes them search for him instantly. And that is when Hiro and Haku learned about their father of how rich he was but he didn't even honor to look for their mother and even them. They believe that it is him their father. In their little young minds even though they couldn't understand well about their situation but all they know is what the father does to a family. They promised to themselves that they won't be like to their father when they grew up because they have felt the same thing about it and they will never ever let their children felt that way too . . . they won't abandon innocent people especially by their blood.

Hiro looked at Haku's direction when he heard him sniffed meaning he had cried again this time because whenever they talk about their father he always be the one who will cry in the end.

Hiro gets up from his bed and walk where his bed at and decided to sleep beside him because it is always like that whenever he feels sad or whenever the situation is like this.

'I understand why we react this way but trust me as we get older just like our mom's age we will become mature and we will take a look of what was now and what we have reacted and then we will smile because in this little young minds of ours we react as our age," he said which makes Haku look into his direction and raised his right brow not being able to understand what he had just told him.

'You know you are acting weird," he said which makes them both laugh and Hiro brush his hair using his hands which makes Haku giggles.

A month have passed a man in a suit came knocking through their door and it was lunchtime. Francisca was stunned from where she was standing as soon as she opens the door it was Simeon, the father of the twins . . . her lover.

He didn't mean no harm and just wanted to talk so she told to the twins to go upstairs where their room is and lock their doors which they obeyed.

Simeon and Francisca talked and Simeon explained himself of what had happened that night which he was about to get into the place that they should meet but his parents sued him that she will be dead if he will not obey their orders for him to flew in Las Vegas that late at night. He had sent him letters for 365 days which cost a year of letter but what Francisca makes her curious because she didn't even receive a letter coming from him and she told him that which also makes him furious. But later on things will never go on their way now because Simeon had now anew family to face to. Before Simeon left he told him that he will be back this late at night to arrange things which makes her bother because it is not like him. After he had left she makes sure that no one was roaming her house and later than that she orders her twins to pack their things up because they will be going somewhere far from that city where no one could find them. The twins didn't have the chance to ask why but they could feel that they are already in trouble and upon seeing the real face of their father while they are peaking through their window he was playing with his hand behind his back and they knew and felt that there was indeed something wrong in that kind of situation.

So they packed their things and just carry what they could carry because the twins know that they will be just running themselves until they get into the train because their house is far away from the city. The twins had a strong instincts running through their system and they felt like they should be protecting their mother and by looking each other they knew what to do already.

'Whatever happens, Haku, don't look back and just protect mom and I promise that I will come to find the two of you," he said which makes Haku teary which he immediately wipe his tears away using the back of his hand.

'But as long as we can too please don't leave us we could make it through together with mom," he said which makes Hiro pulled him into an embrace.

'That is the plan B, Haku," he replied and Haku understands that.

They carefully gets out of their house while their mother was roaming her eyes to the surroundings as they take their walk through the woods. Nobody knows if Simeon had his mean guarding all over their house. She could something was different into him and what came through his mouth was the words that she just wanted to hear but all of those were all lies.

'Run," she said to the twins and all of them run as fast they could and the only noise that could be heard is there feet running through the dried leave in the ground and what comes weird after that is there is already to many noise coming through their way and when Hiro look at his back there were men who is now chasing them.

'Don't look back kids just run," their mother said and there was already tears in her eyes she knew she have no fight for that kind of person who have everything in this world but what she only had with her is her twins and that is her only treasure in this world and she won't let anyone take them away.

Hiro looked at Haku and nodded his head which he had gets the message. Hiro will run in a different way later when they reach the bush and it where Haku and their mother will took their hide for how many hours or after the coast is clear and Haku and Francisca will go where there destination will be. While Hiro will lure those men in the woods because he knew already the woods and he is great in there.

He will lure them away from her mother and Haku and if ever he will be caught and he will never make it Haku already knows what to do and Hiro will find a way to find them. In that young mind of theirs they already knew what to do because they are gifted with such intelligence.

Simeon caught Hiro and never finds their mother and especially Haku which makes him laugh because he knew that the two are gifted and he had searched for them because of what he had been experimenting into. He had killed his own family because he finds them useless and now he will be suing Hiro for his experiment. An experiment that he had stolen from Dr. Gambit.

After he had Hiro as his captive and even as he tried to find the other twin and Francisca he couldn't locate them. Which he was never surprised because as far as he knew from doing a background check of Francisca her true identity is far more than what he thought upon knowing her. He admits he had fallen for her and she was the first woman he had his eyes laid to a woman which his faith is all over for her. He loves her so much and what he had told her was the half-truth of it. He was indeed threatened by his own parents that they would kill her if he won't obey them and because he was just young back then and was a coward, he admits that to himself that he was one but he never tell a lie of not loving her because he indeed loves her very much and more than his life. He was just a coward. A year later because he was already in Las Vega and he just waited for his parents to lessen their guards on him he had been in his free will. He was then hired an investigator and paid him a sum of money and that investigator was faithful to him. From his investigation her true name is Miranda Venezuela an assassin who is working in a black organization but had stopped and just vanished out of no reason and out of nowhere.

He wasn't surprised of how he couldn't find her now but he will soon.

Simeon had erased Hiro's memories in just a flash which he had totally forgotten about Haku and his mother. So he had started his new life from a scratch together with his so called father who is controlling him. But as years passed by Simeon had finally learned to love him. He had failed to steal the experiment that Dr. Gambit was experimenting and then he doesn't care anymore by that instead he had built a business and had it grew even more and that a casino in Las Vega which Hiro will soon inherits it but he never stops on searching Francis or Miranda whatever her name was he will accept her and he also realized that maybe it was all along his karma after all because of what sinned he had done living in this world. He was facing all of the consequences in his life right now.

Hiro on the other hand as years passed by he had slowly getting back his own memories and he wasn't letting his father to know that. But as his young age his father had died and because of his will he had managed all of the business that his father was handling and of course because of his intelligence and the people who are working to his father's company had belittle him and was looking him down because he was just too young to become their head little did they know is he knew who they are and what they are. He had cleaned up the company and had hired new employees to work with him and the company had been more just hundreds of business and the casino had become the most well-known in the world. But even though he was that rich questions running through his mind because even he couldn't find Haku and his mother. Their disappearance had become a mystery.
