Chapter 130

The four of them looked into what the result was now in front of them. They have completely saved at least as many prisoners inside without Dr. Vega knew it but it was what they just thought.



"That is all we could save

for now and we are running out of time," Hiro said, which made Samuel

looks at him with sadness in his eyes because he wanted to save all of those

people down there because he had this feeling of not being able to save all of

his comrades and men that have volunteered themselves and had put all of their

trust on him yet he had failed and all of them now were gone and dead.



Hiro on the other hand feels what Samuel is feeling and he couldn't blame him and he is in not in the right path to tell him other mean things that he should too because it might just lead them to fight and he doesn't want that to happen. They should stick together in order to have a smooth transaction to the things that they have planned and that is now to escape. Considering that even the second batch of rescuers and now the Vice President was abducted by Dr. Vega they won't rely their life to something that doesn't even have a certainty and all they have now is each other's back.



Hiro looked to the twin brothers at they looked at the ground where they have hidden the people which they have saved and he could see in their eyes that they aren't even feel a thing or any emotions. He totally understands that because maybe they have come to that situation because they are already used to it . . . used of having that kind of situation which they have already encountered that.



They were currently into their invisible suits which he had sewed from the fabric of those invisible sheets and since they have find way out to get those people hidden they could totally use the invisible sheet and thankfully it really covers them all from head to toe since he had three of those. He had make time sewing those suits in no less than a time and it was perfect for them and they are somehow comfortable wearing it and it also covers their faces but they could still managed to breath inside which was okay rather than being seen and getting caught.



The four of them were standing at the edge of the building and was about to go down with the help of the sticky liquid that Gunner had which was a big help for them because they were like ninjas in getting into crawling into the wall. Gunner couldn't help but to be still thankful of Ross of getting that kind of liquid which was like he had already knew that he was about to die anytime. He couldn't help but to feel a strike of pang in his heart because he could remember what had Ross had told him when they were just the tow of them—he told him that he was eager to get out of this building and restart his life from a scratch and he had also offer him to be with them so they were just a three of them outside. He could remember the spark in his eyes as he said those words, a spark that had vanished already and was now forgotten but he will not and he will take it as he gets older and even in death.



They slither through the wall and were now near to the bottom where they would use the secret passage way for them to get out. The air inside was freezing but it was like as if they were already used to it considering Gunner because he felt like he had been living in that kind of way for ages and also Slasher.





Once they get to where their target it was Slasher, who had lead the way and him to open the passage way but before they have done that they have secured that no one was outside even though they are in their invisible suit they shouldn't be felt relieved and shouldn't be underestimating their enemy.



'Okay, let's go," Slasher said and all of them nodded their head and aside from that their suits was the best because even though they are invisible they could see each other and that is what it makes it perfect that even Hiro is having a hard time of explaining it to them but that doesn't matter anymore.



As they get out Hiro notices that Samuel was not following them instead he just stood there like he was in a deep thought which also makes Hiro doubt because he knew all along that he was still thinking of the Vice President and now he doesn't know what to do and he was already expecting Samuel to do that. As much as he wanted to confront him because if he do what was running through his mind is there is no assurance that he would make it out alive there if ever he would be caught but maybe it is time for him to do that now before he would regret not telling it to him. He turn to face the twins who was already looking at him and at the same time looking through the direction of Samuel which seems like the two knows what he was already thinking.



Hiro had already made up his mind and that is to make the twins safe and sound and he will be in their side no matter what and he had to withstand that because he was their father.



'Go wait for me outside and I will be there soon but make sure to go hide yourself and do not let your guard down," he said which makes Slasher nodded his head and Gunner on the other hand had so many questions that was evident in his eyes that he wanted to assure him that he will follow them as soon as possible but he just touches his cheeks and nodded his head signaling Slasher to get on their way.



Slasher grab Gunner's arm and started their running to where they could possibly hide and Hiro just follows them with his eyes and then he turn to look at Samuel's direction to find out that he was no longer there which had surprised so he run to take a look and he was thankful that he was just there standing behind the wall and was laying his back into it.



He was about to call him but he abrupt it by speaking first, 'Go to your sons," he said and was about to turn around when he immediately calls his name which was the reason for him to stop.



'Going back there is dangerous and you know that as much as I do. We have witnessed these things and you still want to go there and save her right? From our first plan was getting out of here but from that day I already knew what was running through your mind and even as I much as I wanted to tell you to stop because there is uncertainty of surviving," he said and Samuel smiled that didn't even quite reach his eyes and just shook his head. 'I know, I know what you are feeling because you didn't even save at least one or two of the people who company you that day and now you are thinking that maybe now is the time for you to save someone and that is her but I tell you, Samuel, please-," he was cut off by his words when Samuel stops him from talking by gesturing him a hand.



'Yes, yes this is maybe a suicide and a reckless action but if I don't do this and I make it out I will be forever regret not saving her out of here or juts by making an action of saving her. I am the President and she was my Vice President of the United States and we have pledged the people out there to get out safe and her family is also waiting for her and so am I. I just couldn't bear to leave her here," he said and turn his back and run which makes Hiro speechless and as much as he wanted to follow and stop him again he couldn't because Slasher and Gunner was out there waiting for him. It was like he was tied between the two but he chooses the two because he believes he was the father of them.



He couldn't help that when it is time for them to escape and they have already have the possibly to get out of hundred percent that is when someone wants to back out with those reasons that he couldn't even comprehend why but maybe if he was on his shoes just maybe he would also do the same but for now he would do it for his twins.

So he turns his back and run to where the twins are now.



Gunner was getting worried because he couldn't yet see Hiro getting out of the building and maybe he had already chosen Samuel over them. He had a big hope of him because he believes it was he was their true biological father. Slasher gently squeezes his shoulder which makes him turn his head to face him and there was a weak smile written on his lips.



'Whoever he chooses let us just respect it and we will wait for him here for at least five minutes and if doesn't show up then maybe we are getting our move already because that was already a message," he said and he totally gets that but it was juts him was the problem because he isn't going to accept that easy and Slasher knows that very well because Gunner was yearning for a love of a father which he didn't feel before.



Even he was too because even though he was much matured between the both of them he could still feel that he was somewhat lost considering that their mother was no longer by their side and they have at least each other it was never enough for them because they are still seeking for a love of a parent.



Slasher was about to turn his head and look for the chopper that Hiro had took it hidden somewhere but because it was also covered with an invisible sheet he was having a hard time to locate it and if he doesn't show up from the minutes that he have said then they have to find out an answer for them to escape the place. He had a little knowledge of flying a chopper because he was once had fly a small light aircraft before because of his friend and maybe he could use that little knowledge for them to be able to fly and get the hell of that place.





'Slasher!" Gunner called him which had caught his attention from his deep thought.



There they saw Hiro running through their direction without Samuel following him and therefore they conclude that he had chosen to stay and from what they thought it was clear that Samuel was going to rescue the Vice President and as much as they wanted to help them they just couldn't because there is no chance in getting survive for another quest because they have already reach and saw the light of where they are going to be free and as much as it sound and looks like it was selfish of them then they would full accept it because what they just wanted form the first place is to be able to get out of the place.



A smile was all written on their faces as they look at Hiro who was running through them and nodding his head and gesturing them to follow him which they did.



Hiro was happy as soon as he gets to saw the twins who were patiently waiting for him to get back and as soon as they sort to smile also makes him smile. He gestured them to follow him where the chopper was because he had it covered with invisible sheet and dirt which no one would ever gone to see it.





'Told you," Gunner said as a smirk sly on his lips which makes Slasher shakes his head slowly as they run and follow Hiro and there they saw the chopper.





They were about to get in but Hiro stops from his tracks which cause the two to look at him and their heart started pounding learning what had Hiro cause him to stop. It was like they were frozen from where they were standing but they know they were still in their invisible suit and had make sure that no one was outside but how on earth that right now Dr. Vega was standing now behind their back as they turn around?



He was really looking at them and smiling and his eyes were narrow making Gunner cringe in fear because of that surprise and what was now running through his lunatic mind.





'Going somewhere?" he asked which confirms that he was really could see them and Gunner and Slasher chooses to be brave because they couldn't just depend on Hiro and they should had to help each other if that is the answer just for them to escape.



Hiro smiled and put down his hood and together with the mask that was covering his face because he saw a contact lenses in his eyes that could see anything which was the reason why he was now in front of them. He didn't even have thought about it

Making all of his efforts burn to ashes but he doesn't take a damn of it and he needs to protect them. It surprised him when the two walked and get near to him and he was now in between them.



'What is this? A family reunion?" he mocked which makes Hiro's eyes widened because there was something in his eyes that he was somehow knows something.



'You knew?" he couldn't help but to ask and he couldn't help but to see him as a snake and he was thankful that he had saw his true colors early because if he didn't then he would still be a fool from right on.



A chuckling noise escape from Dr. Vega's lips which makes him more like an appearance of something evil which he was already. 'It makes me devastated to learn that you have betray me, Hiro," he said which makes Hiro scrunched his forehead and he doesn't want to talk back about that because it just making it sound like childish and he was just mocking him and he won't cooperate with it.





Gunner on the other hand had this feeling of adrenaline that he somehow wants to take him down and he was already ready for it. Yes, Hiro had talked about him fighting Dr. Vega because he had seen potential that he could somehow over take him but from what he sees right now he had no chance or even just a slightest chance of it because he sees different aura of Dr. Vega. But that won't stop him and he won't be afraid of him and maybe it is time for him to get into his stand and not be coward. Gunner felt that Hiro somehow gestures him that it is not yet the time and had to hold himself and first to study the place because apparently Seiji is not around and he is probably just there hiding waiting for him to hit a strike. He didn't see that and Slasher on the other hand already knows that from the very first start and he was already looking for Seiji and not making it obvious because Dr. Vega's eyes were keen and his eyes were like mocking if he could search for what he was just looking for. Slasher wanted to punch him right in his face because he was the one who injected him mercilessly the serum which was now he had survived because of Gunner for the serum that he had intake.



And at last Slasher had found him between the wall and he was also wearing this kind of suit the same as him but he bets that he couldn't see him once he had himself cover because he believes that it somehow different from him.



'Found him," he uttered which only Hiro could only hear and he just blinks his eyes and nodded and it was for him to take care of that business.





'I was only then talking to a man with no words to himself huh? How long have you been here? You didn't even bother to knock on my door so I could prepare you a meal to eat as you are always welcome in here and I have to make you a VIP room as you are my guest," he slyly said as he wave his hand in the air like he was fanning himself.

He admits he really looks like a powerful villain and they have no power to get through him but what he could about it is they just had to outsmart him.



On the other hand Gunner notices something from the door which they have used to escape and he was surprised to learn of who it was. It was the priest and he was also looking at his direction. He saw him lifting something which he was somehow familiar and form what he could tell it was a small bottle and there were three of them and it was green. He put it down to the ground and signaled him to drink it and he doesn't even know if he would trust him to do that but his guts were telling him that he should. And they are somehow about already eighty yards from where they are standing and from where the priest is standing.



He doesn't know what is that green serum is for but he had to get it and drink it but the question was how and knowing that Seiji was just around there lurking. He looked at Slasher who was already looking at him and uttered a word that he could only hear.



'I already saw him," he said and that makes him surprise because he couldn't even see him.





'Go and drink that," Hiro said on the other hand and learning that he too saw that not obvious that he had it also saw it even though he was speaking to Dr. Vega.







He nodded his head and put all of his forces into his feet as he prepares to run just as the way he runs inside and he could somehow feel something in his veins that was boosting him like there was electricity inside of him.
