Chapter 153
'Loui!" Desse shouted his name and he finally opened his eye. Desse was very happy as tears welled down her eyes.
Louis has been in a coma for the past three months, Louis sat up and realized he has been in a coma. He looked around and his parents were wondering why he was staring at everyone.
'Louis, you are finally awake." Desse hugged him as she was crying. Desse has been praying for the day her son will finally wake up.
'Mom, what's…."
'Shhh, you are too weak to talk now." Desse said to him immediately, stopping him from saying anything. Louis layed back on the bed still looking confused.
'Was everything a dream or reality?" Louis asked himself while looking at all of them.
Riel rushed into the ward when he got a call that Louis had already woken up.
'Louis." Roel called his name and Louis opened his eyes to look at his father.
'Dad." Riel still felt it was a dream, because just yesterday him and Desse were saying they wish they can talk to their son the way Victoria and her mother were talking to each other.
'My son." For the first time Riel cried. And it was a precious moment to Desse.
'Our son is finally awake and the curse has been broken, it worked." Desse said to Riel excitedly.
Riel couldn't stop smiling and he raised his son's hand and pecked it.
FEW DAYS AGO*****
A seer visited Desse and Riel and told them that the only way the curse can be broken is if Victoria kisses Louis because she is an offspring of the witch that cursed Riel. They were all shocked to find out that the person that can break the curse has always been around them and they were looking for ways.
They met with Victoria's mother and she agreed without hesitating.
Victoria agreed to kiss him and the moment she kissed him, he fell unconscious and they all thought he'll not survive it because months passed and he was showing no sign of waking up.
PRESENT DAY****
Louis was finally discharged from the hospital and they all headed back home. Victoria and her mom had already gotten the news that Louis had woken up, they were very excited to meet the brand new Louis that is no longer with a curse and will no longer be caged like a beast.
'Mom, they're here!" Victoria shouted and rushed outside. Her mom rushed out of the kitchen and also rushed outside. Louis' memories were slowly coming back. He stepped out of the car and sighted Victoria and her mother immediately he remembered the day he fell unconscious was the day she kissed him.
Louis realized it was Victoria who saved him, if not for her kindness to agree to what the man told them that day he would not be standing like a normal person.
He walked closer to Victoria and her heartbeat was slowly getting faster as she saw him walking closer to her.
'He is really normal now." Victoria said to herself.
Victoria's mom walked to where Desse and Riel were and they hugged each other, they turned to watch their kids.
'You are well again, I-I mean you are now normal." Victoria said to Louis and before she could say another thing she felt Louis lips on hers.
'Did he just kiss me?" Victoria asked herself and immediately behaved herself.
'Thanks for saving me." Louis said to her in a very calm tone.
Desse, Riel and Victoria's mom were very happy to see their children together.
Louis removed his bracelet and put it on Victoria's hand. In their pack it is a tradition that shows that a man wants a woman to be his mate.
Victoria covered her mouth with her hand, her mother was equally shocked.
'I want you to be my mate." Louis announced to Victoria with a smile on his face.
They all went inside to celebrate the return of Louis and the engagement of their children.
Riel stood up and raised his glass of wine.
'Let's cheer for the new couples, to the return of our son and the unity of both families." Everyone stood up and did just as Riel had said.
The dinner was finally over and everyone went to their rooms except Desse and Louis.
'I'm so happy we are finally happy." Desse said with a smile on her face.
'Me too. It has been twenty years of tears and worry but now it's all over." Riel said to her and they both turned to each other and kissed.

There was finally peace in the pack and the rumor of the prince being a beast stopped. Alpha Riel ruled as a great Alpha alongside his wife and son.
They all lived happily ever after.
