It's morning already.

Desse slept off in the hospital with her husband Riel, she was trying to talk to him so he won't feel lonely and ended up dozing off.

Desse slowly opened her eyes and noticed the windows were opened.

The nurses had already opened the windows before Desse woke up.

'Oh it's morning already" Desse said as she noticed the sunlight through.

She didn't want to wake Riel up because he didn't sleep early.

聽
She stood up and adjusted Riel's hand properly so he could be comfortable.

She gave him a cute peck on the cheeks and went out of ward to make a call.

Desse was concerned about Louis, considering the mode at which they left the house Riel couldn't check up on Louis as usual.

So Desse decided to call his personal guard to ask how Louis is doing.

'Hello" Desse said.

'Good morning ma" Louis's guard greeted.

聽
'How is Louis?" Desse asked curiously to know if Louis is okay.

'Louis is fine ma" Louis's guard replied.

'Okay, that's good to hear" Desse said.

'Is Louis's breakfast ready?" Desse asked the guard because it's almost time for Louis breakfast.

'Yes ma'am" the guard replied.

'Okay good you people should take care of the house" Desse said as she ended the call.

Few days later Riel was discharged and went back home with Desse to prepare for the doctor's coming.

'Oh my, thank you very much" Desse said to a maid who ran to help her carry the carton.

The time was finally here. Riel went to pick Mr Paul from the airport while Desse was making sure everything was intact before Riel bring Mr Paul.

'Has Stephen cleared the entrance?" Desse asked Christabel's Mum.

'Yes he has, Ma'am Desse I think you should sit and relax a little. Everything is intact already the guards have all taken their positions and the maids are carrying out there duties as you instructed." Christabel's Mum assured Desse.

'If you keep working yourself up at this very moment you will look really stressed when he arrives so I am pleading with you to sit and rest a little so you bright skin will glow brighter and you will look more beautiful." She continued to plead with Desse.

Desse was so overwhelmed to hear that the maids and guards are already carrying out their duties. She felt a little relax because she was so anxious and eager to see Mr Paul.

'Thank you so much, I am grateful. I never knew they were all in their positions already I think I would just do as you have said because I wouldn't like to look stressed out when he arrives." Desse replied as she went to the sitting room and sat down.

'Alright then I would be going back to the kitchen, please don't get yourself to work out we are here for you if you need our help just call us we would come over immediately." Christabel's Mum assured Desse.

Christabel's Mum went back to the kitchen as Desse sat down and went though her phone.

'Oh my! I can't believe I almost forgot to get his frame from the room." Desse shouted as she ran up stairs to get Louis's frame from the room.

'My sweet boy, my precious pearl Louis, I can't believe I would be seeing you once again. I would be able to lift you up, hug you tight and give cute kisses. I miss you so much and can't wait to hear you scream my name loud when you finally see me again." Desse said to herself as she hug the frame which contained Louis's frame.

Soon after she came out of her room with the frame and went back to the living room. She was trying to relax as she promised when Stephen the chief guard passed and she called him.

'Stephen!" Desse called out loud聽

'Good day Ma'am Desse ' Stephen greeted Desse聽

'Good morning Stephen, have you gone to Louis's room today?"聽

'Yes I did, I already went to get him dressed up"

'Okay, that was the reason why I called you"

'He is already set to meet Mr Paul Ma"

'Wow, that's very good to hear, hope you did not forget to rub the oil on his body?"

'No Ma'am I didn't forget, but he told when I was done applying the oil he told me he did not like the smell of the oil and it making him feel uncomfortable."

Stephen bowed down to her and left the sitting room.

Desse kept on wondering why Louis said he was feeling uncomfortable after rubbing the oil on his body before a call from Riel came in.
They ended the call and Desse went to check what was happening. When she got to the backyard she realized it was some set of guards who were preparing a short song for Mr Paul.

One of them paused and signaled the rest of them as soon as he sighted Desse.

'Welcome Ma'am" they all greeted Desse, frighteningly聽

'Well done" she replied them with a smile on her face

'We are really sorry Ma for the鈥�"

'No no, their is no reason for you to be sorry besides you are doing this to make our guest feel more comfortable and relaxed so you can go ahead and prepare well. I will also appreciate it if you can take it down a little because your voice are a little to high." Desse appreciated and cautioned them.

'Okay Ma'am we will, thank you very much Ma'am."
One of them responded.

Desse left them and went back inside the sitting room.

Chapter 50
Desse sat down on the sofa chair in the sitting room while waiting for the arrival of Riel who went to pick their guest from the airport. Minutes later she fell asleep.

'Ma'am! Alpha Riel have arrived with the guest!" One of the guard ran to the sitting room and told Desse who was sleeping in a loud tone.

'Oh my!" Desse shouted as she jumped up from the chair.

She immediately ran to the mirror to check how her face was looking.聽

'Hmmm, not so bad" she said to herself as she adjusted her dress.

Riel was already coming in with Mr Paul, the maids welcomed him in his foreign language while the guards sang for him. Mr Paul was so overwhelmed with everything, he wasn't expecting such from them. It made him feel so much at home. Desse went outside to welcome him in.

'Oh my, Desse," Mr Paul shouted in joy.

Desse was so happy to see the exiting look on his face she kept on smiling uncontrollably.聽

'Please let's go in." Riel said to them after so much talking outside. And they all went inside.

As Mr Paul went inside he walked slowly he kept on having a weird feeling but he just couldn't say it.

The kept in unveiling the gift they had prepared for him and he kept on appreciating them for it.

The guards and maids were all dismissed while Mr Paul, Desse and Riel sat down to talk for a while before going to the dining for their lunch.

'Thanks a lot, I feel so special right now" Mr Paul said to the in an appreciative manner.

'Please don't mention Mr Paul you know you are worth more than this." Desse said to him.

Mr Paul was also known to be very good at cracking jokes, he cracked some jokes and the all laughed.

'Can I see the picture of your son?" Mr Paul asked them in a serious look.

'Yes Sir I will go get it now." Desse replied as she stood up and went to bring it.

'Hope there is no problem Sir?" Riel asked Mr Paul when he noticed the look on his face.

'Hmmm there is no problem, it just crucial that I see his pictures right now." Mr Paul replied him.

Soon after Desse came back with a frame containing Louis's picture.

'Mahaminah" Mr Paul exclaimed as soon as he saw the picture.

Desse and Riel were very shocked at his expression after seeing their son picture.

'What is wrong Sir?" Riel asked shockingly聽

'Did something happen?" Desse asked eagerly.

'Is this really your son picture?" Mr Paul asked?

'Yes it is ' they both echoed it together.

Mr Paul brought out a scarf from his bag and rolled it on his neck.

'Your son in under a curse that was placed on his father more like an Alpha curse" mr Paul explain.

'What!! An Alpha curse?" Desse and Riel shouted together as they both turned to stare 聽at themselves.

Desse was so scared because she knew how bad an Alpha curse was especially if the person who laid the curse was dead. While Riel was so confused 'who could have paid the curse on me?" He kept on asking himself.

'Yes an Alpha curse. Alpha Riel was cursed and the curse was upon his future children and since Louis is the only child the curse was on him." Mr Paul explained to them.

Desse stood up from the chair and went to the window to close it she check everywhere to make sure nobody hear what they were talking about.

'Please Sir what do we do next? What can we do to save our only child? Who should we call?" Desse asked confusingly.

'What are we going to do next Sir? What is the percentage of his cure?" Riel asked Mr Paul eagerly.

'An Alpha curse cannot be broken by anyone except by the person on the descendants of the person who placed the curse." Mr Paul explained to Desse and Riel.

'But we don't know who this person is ' Riel said to him

'Neither do we have any idea of where the person could be right now." Desse said to him.

Mr Paul was quiet for a bit, Desse and Riel were so confused and worried.

'I am sorry to tell you that your son illness has no cure." Mr Paul said to them.

Before they could say anything Desse had fainted, it was too much for her to accept. She couldn't believe that her only child Louis would never see her again and she would never have the opportunity to hold his hands or feed him.聽

聽
Riel immediately revived her by sprinkling a few drops of water on her.
聽
聽
'Desse can you please put yourself together, please." Riel pleaded with Desse.
聽
聽
Desse could not say anything; the only thing she did at that moment was to cry and all her hopes were shattered. Mr Paul knew how hurtful it was to her so he told Riel to give her some pills so she could sleep and Riel did so. He also told him that he was not going to leave immediately, that he was good to stay for a while before going back.

Days went by and Desse was already beginning to accept her faith that she was never going to see her son again. They tried looking for the person who placed the curse but they were told that she already passed away so there was no one to break the curse.

'Thank you very much Sir, my family and I are vet happy you honored our invitation." Desse said to Mr Paul who was already going back to his country after staying in the mansion more than he expected.
