Chapter 26
It's been hours since Desse and Riel left for the cinema and the maids and guards who were given specific duties to carry out were already doing so.
'Christabel! Christabel!!" Her mother called her when she heard a loud and strange noise coming out from her room.
'Yes mummy Christabel came to the balcony to answer her mummy who called her name from downstairs.
'What is going on there? Why are you disturbing the whole mansion with your noise?" She questioned her.
'Am sorry mummy I didn't know that the noise coming out from here was too much . I was only playing a game that was given to me by Alpha Riel." She apologized and replied to her mum's questions.
'Okay dear, I know it's a game and it was given to you by Alpha Riel but that doesn't mean you should disturb the whole mansion with it. So back in there, turn the sound off and continue with your game.
'What? Mum, you want me to turn off the sound of my game? Mum if I do so the game won't be interesting to me anymore" she cried out.
'Christabel don't ask me questions or provoke me just go in and do as I say" she warned her.
'But mummy鈥�"
'Don't you dare talk back to me Christabel. I said go in there and do exactly as I have instructed or else you don't want to play that game anymore because I will seize it and give it to those that can use it without the sound" Her Mum stopped her from talking and threatened her.
Christabel immediately ran back inside her room and turned off the volume of the game even if it was not her choice but because her mum threatened to give it to someone else.
Christabel Mum was done warning Christabel and was about to go back to the kitchen to check what the other chef was doing because she was assigned as the head chef by Desse before she heard a loud noise coming from the third floor. It sounded like an argument between two people and she wondered who it could be because nobody was allowed into his room except his father and his personality guard Manuel. She was about to go check what was happening before she remembered the Alpha's order that the female was allowed to go into his room. She immediately ran to call two guards that would go up and check what was happening.
'Stop it, calm down Louis! Your mummy and dad are not around. I promise when they come back I would tell them you want to see them and they rush down her immediately." Manuel his personal guards assured and pleaded with him.
'No I don't believe you I want to go downstairs and see my mum and my dad so leave me let me go!!" Louis cried out.
Manuel tried calming him but he kept on insisting on seeing his mum.
'I want my mummy! I want to see my daddy!!" He kept on crying as he tried running out of the room.
'Stop crying Louis and trust me. I thought you said you like and trust me so why are you doing this now?" He asked him calmly but it still didn't get to Louis.
The guards whom Christabel's Mum called to go check what was going on already arrived. And one of the maids who was fully aware about Riel and Desse's instruction that no female was allowed to go to the third floor or see Louis, followed them to see what was going on without anyone's notice.
Manuel, his personal guard and the two other guards were already trying to stop and calm him down and he was getting calm before he perceived the smell of a female scent. After perceiving the scent he became more stronger and eager to go out and see who it was. Manuel was surprised when he noticed Louis's sudden change because he was already calm but now he was stronger and eager to go outside. He was even more shocked when he noticed his eyes were already turning red, so he tried and looked outside to see what Louis must have seen before his eyes turned red. He saw a female maid peeping through the door.
'I said leave me!!" Louis shouted his noice was shocking that the two guards holding him left him immediately.
Manuel noticed he was getting wild because of the maid. The two guards holding him left him so he ran very fast to go and eat the maid, Manuel noticed it and ran faster to meet him. He got to him sooner and hit him at the back of his neck with his hand which made him faint immediately.
'What? Louis, what did you just do?" One of the guards questioned him after seeing Louis fall on the floor.
'Leave him, he is breathing and he is okay he will just sleep for a few minutes" he replied as he carried Louis to his room and put him to bed.
Desse and Riel were back from their date to the cinema and was already given the information about their son by Louis.
The maid immediately ran back downstairs when she heard the voices of Riel and Desse. The two guards and Manuel also came downstairs to see and explain to them what had happened.
'Sir I promise I didn't do anything wrong. It was Manuel that hit him with a stick" one of the guard said out of nowhere.
'What!!" Desse and Riel shouted together.
'Sir he was already getting wild after seeing a made so I wanted to stop him from harming her so I decided to put him in a deep sleep then all Ma" Manuel explained better.
Riel left them and rushed upstairs to check up on his son. They all waited patiently for him to come back downstairs. Some minutes later he was back, the expression on his face showed that his son was okay.
'Where is the maid that he saw?" Riel asked angrily.
'You are going to continue working in the mansion but you won't get paid and your meals as from today would be shortened. That's your reward for disobedience." Riel ordered as soon as the girl came forward.
'And you Manuel you will be sent out of the mansion but before then you would be locked up for days without food that's your reward for taking harsh decisions" he commanded him.
He dismissed all of them while Desse came closer to him and hugged him.
