Chapter 120:
Alley POV:
"What sound?" I asked. "Your giggle. It's the most beautiful thing I have ever heard." Stephen replied. "Mommy! Daddy!" Dannys little voice yelled out as he walked out of the front door with Ember on his tail. "Mommy! You are supposed to be sleeping! Are you hungry? You have the yummy juice!" Danny babbled as he bounced over to us. "I will eat when breakfast is ready. I do have yummy juice. Would you like some?" I asked, ruffling his hair. "No mommy I don't. You need it for the baby!" Danny said, poking my belly. I looked up to see cars rolling up to the house. I knew it was my girls, we have all been extra careful not using our gifts so we don't hurt ourselves. Looks like they arrived right in time to have breakfast. "Mommy look! Can I go see them?" Danny asked, looking at the cars as they parked. "Go ahead but be gentle!" I yelled after him as he ran off. I looked down at Ember who never took her eyes off of him. "He is very excited, don't you agree Ember?" I asked. "He is over the moon excited, he has never had a family before and now he has a lot." Ember replied , as everyone walked up I could tell the glow that Davina was talking about was a real thing. They all looked happier than they had ever been. "Let's go and have breakfast." I said standing up, the smell of bacon hit my nose and it made my stomach start growling. We sat around the table that was full of bacon, eggs, muffins, pancakes and fruit. Us ladies didn't waste any time grabbing food.
"I guess we should keep everything extra stocked up." Devin muttered, growls erupted around the table making me laugh. Never mess with a woman and her food. "I am glad you are all doing well." Athea said walking through the door. "I won't take up too much of your time. I just wanted to let you know that you ladies will rest today and we will prepare for tonight. Jeremy and Cassandra are still deciding on a name while his pack is doing a cleanse right now." Athea said, looking around the room. "What else needs to be done?" Chloe asked. "All of you women will play a very small part. Just releasing your elements onto them so that their souls can be cleaned. Alley and Davina will invoke spirit and I will do the rest." Athea replied. She looked around the room until her eyes fell on me. "Let Rose guide you, she knows what to do and she will make sure that you don't exhaust yourself.'' Athea said with a pointed look. I nodded my head and smiled. "Now I am going to go check on the others. I bid you all a good day and I will see you all tonight." Athea said, bowing her head before she walked off. I am excited to see how tonight goes, saving their souls was something I looked forward to. "I think we should all get our nails and stuff done, what do y'all think?" Emma said, looking around the room. "I like the sound of that, goddess knows my legs have been bothering me these last few days." Charlotte said.
"So have mine! It will do us some good." Diane said. That was odd but maybe it is just a pregnancy thing, "Oh hell it's girl talk, let's go make our rounds fellas." Collin said before he stood up. Jasmine giggled beside him, "Oh hush Collin, you better get used to it. Now run along and let us girls have our fun." Jasmine said, patting his butt. As our mates walked out we talked about what we wanted to do today, we had to be fully relaxed for tonight and we needed to start looking for counsel members. This was going to be an adventure that I could not wait to go down..
