Chapter 55:

Alley POV:
It felt like someone punched me straight in the gut and knocked the wind out of me, when I recovered anger filled my veins "He is MINE!" I roared, feeling heat rise from my core. I knew my eyes were bright red. I heard gasps behind me but I didn't care, not a single shred. My eyes locked on Stella who looked terrified of me sensing how angry I am. "What else do you know?!" I shouted. Stephen wrapped his arms around me whispering in my ear, "Alley you have to calm down no one is going to touch Danny." My body was shaking and tense but I never took my eyes off of Stella. Her almond eyes were wide as saucers. "I, uh-.." She stammered on her words which didn't do a damn thing to calm me. "What the fuck does she want with him?" I sneered, slowly losing my battle with Rose. "Take a deep breath princess, breathe for me." Stephen kept saying in my ear, I could tell he was worried Rose would come out and that would be one giant ass shit show. "When Danny is gifted her power will be nullified." Matthew said in a rush. "What do you know?" My mother asked. "There can never be two seers. If Bethany was never gifted then she doesn't truly have the power, it's just a spell. A true seer is gifted and is the only seer for the remainder of their life." Matthew replied.
That bitch, so help me I will kill her, it's just a matter of time. "I want her found and I want her dead." I seethed. Her bullshit has gone on long enough, she should have been killed in the challenge. "We will find her Alley." Alex spoke up but didn't dare look me in the eyes. "I want our best trackers to find her. I want her brought to me alive got me?" I said, my voice was lethal, how could anyone think of harming a child? A child?! "Yes Luna." Alex bowed his head and grabbed Brandon and Tye and bolted out the door. "I want Danny home now." I said to Stephen, he was trying his hardest to calm me down but I wouldn't until I had Danny here with me. "We will go get him Alley, we will protect him." My dad said, grabbing my mothers hand and pulling her to the door. "Thank you daddy." I said lowering my head. Just because I was mad doesn't give me the right to be shitty. My mother walked over to me and engulfed me in a momma bear hug. "Don't fret my little love. Danny will be fine." She whispered in my ear. "I know momma but he's a kid. He is innocent." I said feeling the stinging of the tears that threatened to surface. She placed her hand on my cheek, giving me a small smile before she walked out of the house with my dad.
"If Bethanys power can be nullified by Danny gaining his how do we get him blessed?" I asked, looking at everyone that crowded our living room. "I believe I can help with that." A woman said. We all snapped our heads towards the woman that had spoken, my jaw hit the floor when I looked at her, she was nearly 6"2' with long silky ivory white hair that flowed below her waist, she had a long white dress that hugged her slim body, her skin was pale. Her eyes were dark green that matched her skin so well, she had high cheekbones. I think my heart stopped. "Moon Goddess' ' echoed through my head, my eyes widened and shock set in. She looked at each one of us with a warm smile on her lips. "No need to be afraid my children." She said, her voice was like music to my ears. Soft and gentle, realization hit the others and in unison we all bowed our heads. "Please none of you need to do that, I have come here for a few reasons." She gestured for us all to sit down. One by one everyone sat where they stood. I can't believe she is here. It is extremely rare that anyone is graced with her presence. I peaked around the room and saw everyone but the element barriers were still a little in shock. "Athea it is a blessing to see you again." Davina said with a smile. Athea? Is that her name? No one has ever called her that.
"It's always a pleasure to see you Davina, as well as the rest of you." Athea said before her eyes landed on Atsila, he smiled at her before extending his hand to Stella. She looked like she could literally shit a brick at any given moment. Slowly they stood and walked towards the moon goddess. "I see you finally found your mate Atsila, she is perfect for you in every way." Athea said with a wide smile. "Thank you Athea, I couldn't tell you right away, we ran into some issues." Atsila said, casting his eyes down. "I knew the moment you met her. I am so sorry for what happened to you but I am here to give my blessing." Athea said, she opened her hands out in front of her, we all watched as Stella and Atsila placed their hands in hers. All three smiled at each other and I couldn't help the smile that spread across my own face. "I, Athea, Moon Goddess of all creatures bless Atsila my fire barrier and Stella my blue wolf." She had so much power in her voice and only said a few simple words. A light glowed around them and I felt warmth spread across my chest, when the light subsided Atsila cupped Stellas face and crushed his lips to hers. This was by far the best thing I had ever experienced.
"Alley, my great white witch, and Stephen, my shield, you both have made me proud. You've both been thrown into this and for that I apologize. Both of you will do great things." Athea said, looking between Stephen and I. My heart started racing when her green eyes locked on mine. "I am also here to bless little Danny, but not to worry, Bethany can not see what is going to happen. I can not aid you in your battle as much as I wish I could. The choices that will be made will be yours." Athea said, I knew she couldn't aid in the battle, she has always given everyone the freedom to make their own choices. "My parents went to pick Danny up and bring him home." I replied back to her. She smiled down at me, "I know they are aware I am here, I spoke to them before coming here, they recovered from the shock quicker than all of you did." She said laughing at the end. I felt my face warm up from embarrassment and gave a shy smile. "Danny is young but will handle this with ease. This can't be talked about outside this house, although Bethany won't be able to see the true future she will see what she wants, they will not know unless someone tells them." Athea said sternly and everyone nodded their heads.
