Stephen POV:

"Let's hope our junk is still attached to us at the end of this conversation." Devin huffed, we all burst out laughing at his remark. Truthfully the women held the power and the last thing we need is pissed of mates with abilities. "What's so funny boys?" Emma asked looking at Devin with a smirk, "Nothing love comes here." Devin said with a small grin, one by one they all came in. Alley looked exhausted and I knew she would need a lot of rest after the amount of energy she used. "Hey handsome, what is going on?" Alley asked, nuzzling her face in my chest. "We have some ideas that we want to talk to y'all about." I said kissing the top of her head. "Okay what is it? You all look like you're frustrated as hell." Diane said sternly. "Well, we want to take them out one by one but we thought about talking to the vampire queen, tracking down the rogue king and we are indecisive about the dark witch ruler." Pierce said in a rush. I held my breath not sure what was working in their minds right now, it looked like we just slapped them across the face. Alley jerked her head up and had a look of 'what the fuck' across her face. "Why would we go to their leaders?" Emma asked. "The vampire queen has all the power she wants, she wouldn't be able to hold anymore than what she has." Devin replied. "But the king of rogues disappeared a few years ago. How and why would we even look for him?" Alley asked. "If he is found he will be pissed that they are working for someone else, he has no gain in what Bosch is after. He is an alpha, and working for someone like Bosch is something he would never do." I replied.
I knew they would fire off questions about what we had in mind, we would just have to get them to understand and see why we want to. "The dark witch leader is a real bitch from what I hear. She has something to gain from this so I don't know about her, as far as the vampire queen we can speak with her." Jasmine said, looking around at the other women. "We will go with y'all though and no we aren't going to argue about it. So save the glares Collin" Chloe quipped locking her eyes on Collin. It's funny that everyone knows what Collins' reaction will be. "As much as I hate it I won't argue, vampires are tough to beat but not impossible, we've done it before but with y'alls abilities it would be a lot faster to accomplish." Collin said. "We trust whatever y'all decide, just know we will be beside y'all and don't expect any arguments." Alley said sternly. "I'd like to keep my balls attached to me." Devin muttered. I coughed to hide my laughter, the fact that he was worried Emma would do that is a bit funny. "Okay so it's settled, we will get the trackers from the packs and send them off, one group to find the rogue king and the others to scout where everyone is hiding. Mix them together so they learn how to work together." I said.
"I will have the barriers teach us how to teleport or whatever it is they do. That will come in handy." Alley said. "That's a great idea baby girl." Alleys dad said, smiling at her. "We will get lunch started and we can discuss whatever else y'all come up with." Alley said. "I want you to rest princess, you used a lot of energy, I can feel how exhausted you are." I said to her wrapping my arms around her little body. "We will make sure she rests.. Stephen, don't worry." Her mother said while the others nodded. All the women started to get to their feet along with Alley, before she walked off she placed a soft gentle kiss on my lips. "Come on Alley, let's get you some snacks while you wait for lunch." Stefanie said. When the door closed all eyes were on me. "Why is she so exhausted?" Pierce asked. "When she uses spirit she pulls directly from her energy. Healing someone in a bad state like Stella was uses a lot of her energy, helping me with the shield doesn't really affect her since she just boosts it out more." I replied. "Maybe Davina can help her with that, teach her how to control it or something." Jackson said. "Our trackers are on their way here, we can brief them tonight on what the plans are." Andrew said. "Yes they can start early in the morning, we will place the shield around them as well so that if they come across dark witches they will be safe." I said to him, They all seemed to relax a bit. It's honestly the least I could do for them since they are offering all the help we need.
"What about Bosch? What's the thought on him?" Jackson asked. "Well in the end Alley will have to battle him one on one from what we were told. No one else could match his power other than her." I replied bitterly. The last thing I want is my princess fighting that scumbag. I had full confidence that she would win but at what cost? "What did he look like? We can spread word to our packs." Austin asked. "He stood about 6"4' lanky looking, pale white skin, dull green eyes that sunk in his skull, he looked like he was knocking on deaths door." I said thinking back on how gross he looked, it looked like he hadn't bathed in goddess knows how long. "Just because he looked like that doesn't mean we should underestimate him at all, he did murder his own sister her mate and the guards, as well as mated with the female alpha and killed her too." I finished, "He did what?" Josh choked out. "He mated with the female alpha before Alley? I had heard about her, she was tough and strong as hell how did he do that?" Pierce asked. "Dark magic." I spat, a man like him deserved nothing, even death will be too nice for him. After everything he has done he deserves the worst. "How did nobody stop that from happening?" Devin asked. "By the time everyone figured it out it was too late. There was nothing that could be done." Jackson replied.
"He had the balls to come here and threaten y'all?" Devin asked. "What is it with you and balls man?" Austin snickered. I cleared my throat trying to hide the grin creeping across my face. "Yeah he came here but couldn't get past the shield, he thought he would try to rattle us but Alley threw all the elements at him and knocked him on his ass, I'd assume he isn't very happy about that." I answered. "Fuck man I do not want to piss her off." Josh laughed. Before we could get into any more discussion someone knocked on the door, "Alpha's lunch is ready." an omega said. "Tell the ladies we will be right down." I said to her, she bowed her head and closed the door. "Alright fellas let's not keep the ladies too long or Emma may rip Devins balls off." Austin said, bellowing out a laughter, everyone busted out laughing while Devin glared at all of us. "Whatever man doesn't say I didn't warn you." Devin snapped before getting to his feet and walking towards the door flipping us off in the process. That only made us laugh harder.
A lot of people think Alphas do nothing but fight or have a pissing contest. I suppose some do, but when you grow up with a peace treaty you get to know other packs. I'm glad we can laugh and joke with each other, making being able to trust each other and working together a lot easier.
