Chapter 119

“Did he just say evil?” Lycus growls as he stands, Lycus’s fur starts to sprout through his arms, legs and face.
Bride summons Hekate and between the both of them they try and stop the bleeding and help heal Athan.
“Are we under attack?” Erebus asks as he continues to watch out the windows, while sending his shadow off to check around.
“I think that if we were under attack then they would have actually attacked by now” Daimon mutters watching out the back windows.
“We are under attack, but that doesn’t mean that Aibelle, Athena, Helios or Nix aren’t under attack” Archon mutters as he pops from the room.

*Aibelle*
“What the hell do you mean that there is evil coming? What evil? We took care of Phoebe and we haven’t found anyone else the poses a danger to us or the supers what do you mean Jameson” Aibelle asks with a worried tone.
“Danger come; danger take” Jameson mumbles.
The loud pop into the room causes Aibelle to spin quickly and don her battle armour preparing to fight and protect Jameson and herself at all costs.
“Archon” Aibelle says with a deep sigh
“Are you ok?” Archon asks as he walks to Aibelle and drags her into his arms.
“We are fine but Jameson says that there is danger coming” Aibelle replies while turning her body and showing the small child behind her.
“Where is the danger?” Archon asks the child.
“Backyard” Jameson mutters before collapsing.
“Backyard? Like backyard, backyard or backyard as in someone’s house?” Archon mutters to the room.
“I don’t know but let me get him to safety and then we will check on everyone” Aibelle says as she opens a portal and sends Jameson through.
“There he should be safe there, are the others, ok?” Aibelle asks as she takes Archon’s hand and teleports with him.
“No, Athan was attacked that is how we found out. Bride and Hekate are working on him now and Erebus, Daimon and Lycus are with them protecting them. We need to find Athena, Helios and Nix there are the only other ones apart from yourself that we didn’t have eyes on” Archon says as he arrives in the castle of the Phoenix.
“Good Moro Archon, how can we be of assistance” An older Phoenix asks as they pop into the foyer.
“We believe we are under attack. Athan the vampire god and Jameson a small Fae boy report that we are in danger. We are here to check in of Athena. Helios and Nix as we have also learnt that there has been another birth of a Phoenix” Archon says with a tight smile and a sense of urgency.
“NO! no, nnn….ooooo that is not possible. Only one Phoenix is born every century. There is no way that another would be born without us knowing about it.” The older Phoenix mutters as she tips her head back and communes with her species.
Archon and Aibelle look around the castle watching as all the other Phoenix are doing the same thing. The Phoenix were secretive and didn’t like anyone messing with there business. They ruled the supers in a just system that left little question as to whether they were fit for the job. As the Phoenix protected and governed the supers then Archon and Aibelle protected them from any harm. Several years ago, a catastrophe as Phoebe, Athena’s twin tried to kill her and take Helios and her child Nix but Athan discovered the lengths that Phoebe had gone to and we sentenced her to death with no chance at being reborn.
A loud gong sounds seconds before the old woman snaps back to the present.
“A part Phoenix is born, but there is something wrong she isn’t normal, there is too many sets of DNA for her to be anyone creature. She is currently in the human realm and from what the guards have just told me there has been some cosmic intervention and she is now here. But because there is so many supers here the young girl is struggling to contain herself. You must find her Archon we need to help before she tears this realm apart” The old woman says with a shaky voice.

“How can she be born in the human realm. That is forbidden, how did a super even get into the human realm.? We have no communication with them since Phoebe went rogue.” Aibelle mutters as she looks around at the other phoenix donning their armour.
“We don’t believe that she is a pure blood. With that many supers running through here there is a chance that she unbalanced and needs to be put down. Reports are saying that she has attacked over twenty supers leaving them almost at deaths door.” The old Phoenix says as she moves towards her gathered guards.
“Elder? Excuse me Elder?” the black witch and her daughter come rushing through the door to the castle.
“What Tish, there has to be something better to do than you and your daughter coming here daily to cause trouble” The Old Phoenix mutters.
“We are not causing trouble, we are here to warn you again that you haven’t done the right thing and a hybrid is causing trouble” The young girl mutters beside her mother.
“We don’t have time for this you need to go” The Old Phoenix says dismissively.
“Phoenix, where are the other elders?” Archon asks as he moves towards Aibelle and the young child standing beside her.
“The are busy” The old woman growls
“Phoenix, the King of supers in the heavenly realm, tell me where your other elders are” Archon demands.
“They haven’t been here for a long time” Tish says from behind Archon.
“What do you mean, they haven’t been here for a long time?” Aibelle asks
“My daughter London and I have been coming here for months trying to get assistance but not one of the elders’ bar this one has shown up and spoke with me. I also wouldn’t say that what she does was discuss the situation. I contacted Athan and asked him for help, he was looking into it when he disappeared. I came here to seek assistance again and to get help for Athan” Tish responds
“What’s your name?” Aibelle asks the woman
“My name is Tish, I am a black witch, London is my daughter” Tish responds.
“Athan was attacked, they are trying to heal him now. Do you know where this super is?” Archon asks as he looks between Tish and a pissed off Phoenix.
“Where is Athena, Helios and Nix?” Aibelle turns and asks the elder Phoenix.
“Th...They left a couple of days ago” The elder responds.
“Lie, they are locked up” The little girl London says with a dead tone voice.
“They are being hurt, Helios is bleeding profusely and Athena is dying as we speak” London mutters quietly.
