Chapter 7
“W….Why did you do that Tito? I am your sister; we are the same kind why did you do this to me?” Skky sobs.
“How many times have I had to clean up your messes, how many times have I told you to be nice. The pack can barely stand you. The Incubus don’t want anything to do with you since you cause nothing but fights. They begged me to take you in. Which I did because you are my sister and all you can do is be nothing but an absolute b*h. We’ve had enough Skky. Not to mention what you said about and too Hennessey is and was totally uncalled for.” Tito growls
“B..Bu..but she is nothing, she is worst than a human. How could you side with her” Skky continues through her sobs.
“Skky I don’t understand why you have to be so mean with Hen, she has never done anything to you” Tennessee growls
“That..That isn’t true” Skky says while continuing to sob.
“What has she done? What did she ever do that at one year of age you did what you did” London snaps.
“She took you all away from me, she took mom as well. If she wasn’t so useless she could have protected mom. Instead, she just sat there and cried and did nothing. She was lucky that she rolled under the couch so that I couldn’t get her” Skky shouts.
The sharp inhale that is heard across the line makes everyone freeze.
“You said that you hadn’t seen mom for weeks and you were so shocked when we told you that mom was murdered. What the hell did you do” Tito demands.
Skky tries to fight against his command but she has less power now that she couldn’t use the familiar bond. I know that I wasn’t a strong wolf sure I could get wolfy but really, I wasn’t strong enough to fight his power and part of me wishes that they would just see Hennessy for the useless lump that she was. Every time it’s a full moon or a scanning we put our lives on the line to make sure that she is hidden. We all have different last names and our births were only ever recorded once we reached our own kind. That way we were protected and the Royals didn’t know that we were born out of our species. But Hennessy was never listed anywhere until a few years ago. When I sent a letter to the Royals saying that they were a ‘flake’ in our community.
It’s true that I hated Hennessy, I hated her since I found out mom was pregnant with her. I knew that the others felt an incredible pull towards her. She wasn’t even born yet and there was something special about her. But as mom’s pregnancy progressed the more the others kept checking on her and making songs and dances about when the baby arrives. Hennessy was born a whole month early and London and her coven helped nurse her to full health but even that wasn’t that bad she pulled through relatively easy but still everyone forgot about me and loved her more.
“I went there a couple of days after mom was murdered. I found your precious Hennessy crying in the kitchen covered in blood and I ran into mom’s room. There she was laying on the bed completely naked and stabbed so many times that I don’t think that there was a spare inch on her body. Her stomach was cut open and her heart removed. I lost it, I shifted and attacked Hennessy but the little b*h managed to get under the couch and into her safe spot that I couldn’t get too.” I gasp out. Feeling the relief of the command ease as I blurted out the truth.
“And what about when she was one and I left you with her and mom promised that she was only five minutes away. What did you do to her then?” Jameson and Tito growled.
“I gave her liquid Nite – silver. It was just meant to make her sick and put her into a coma but London managed to come around as she started convulsing and that’s when you all rocked up” Skky mutters
“What else have you done to Hennessy?” Tennessee growls
“Just stuff. She isn’t one of us therefore she shouldn’t be here” Skky says with confidence.
“I am so angry with you Skky you have tortured that poor girl and every time you have tried to kill her because that is exactly what you have done and tried you become harder to deal with. I don’t understand this hate. She never took us away from you, you did that” Tito snarls
“Bull, what about when she was three and it was my birthday and you all didn’t show up to my birthday. It was just mom and me” Skky says with anger.
“Mom, left Hennessy at the park, we were all on our way to your precious party but our neighbour called and told us they found her and that she wasn’t well. So, we stopped by to pick her up and when we got there Hennessy was extremely sick” Jameson growls
“So, I was your sister before her. Plus, it was my birthday” Skky barks
“Shut up Skky. I am so sick of this; you know that Hennessy is special and yet you have been doing these horrible things to her.” London bites out. “Do you want to know why I showed up so quick when you tried to poison Hennessy. Because I saw it, I saw what you did and I shared that vision to the guys that was why she didn’t die that day.” London says yells.
“That is a lie you don’t have visions” Skky yells
“Actually, I do, have done all my life. I didn’t tell you because ever since you were born, I have seen what you are and what becomes of you and I have never liked the fact that your actions no matter what we have all tried doesn’t change you. So yeah, we haven’t told you everything but you are going to tell us everything that you have done or going to do to Hennessy.” London says.
“No and you can’t make me. I don’t listen to you London” Skky growls. There are some snarls and barking before we here.
“Skky sit and explain yourself NOW!” Tito says using his Alpha Command.
“N….No” Skky says but already her voice is shaking.
“You will tell us or I will bring you back to this realm and I will make you hurt in a way that you can’t possibly imagine.” Tennessee says
“NO!” Skky gasps.
